I went out back of the hotel. There were 3 picnic tables. I sat on one and it collapsed. I hurt my arm and a bit of my head. I looked at the other picnic table, and there's bolt smithing out of it.

Clean rooms and comfortable. Easy parking. The second floor has no elevator so not great if you have a lot of luggage. There was some renovation noise on first day. Washrooms are a bit small, new carpet in room.

Room was dirty. There were dead and live bugs throughout the room. Bathroom walls and toilet were very dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast choices were bagels or 2 types of ceral. Only juice was apple, orange juice was out of service. Terrible experience and will never stay again.

I did not like my stay here. We had bed bugs and woke up to lots of bites on our bodies. Left early because we didn't want to stay and get bit more, and when Expedia reached out to get us a refund for the unused night, they weren't able to get it approved by the property manager. Horrible stay and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. The bathroom floor was also not cleaned well. Also, it says free breakfast, but the options are horrible and few so we got breakfast outside instead. Will not book again.

The room had very few supplies. 1 coffee , 1 soap, 1 shampoo for 2 guests. Carpet was dirty and worn. The Hallway was like a storage facility, no carpet , bare walls. Probably a first class hotel in the 80's.

The bathroom has a lot of mildew on the ceilings. The fridge was not clean. I understand that Gravenhurst is really busy in the summer, so it would be hard to keep rooms perfectly clean, but some major cleaning during the winter would help. One good thing: The A/C worked well and was quiet.

Nicely furnished rooms. Washrooms are another story. Door wouldn’t even open without hitting the toilet, shower wouldn’t drain, so had to run water 30 seconds at a time. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast could have used more options.

So close and convenient off the highway, with anything you could possibly need so close by. Very clean (not a hair or dust bunny to be found) and super comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Don't expect the Ritz for this pricepoint and you won't be disappointed! Rooms facing the road may have a bit of traffic noise (as mine did) but this was easily blocked out with earplugs for sleeping, and I tend to be a light sleeper. Would stay again if passing through!

The staff was good and welcoming. We had an issue with our tv on the second night and the staff came up and fixed it. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple and light. What was not good - the internet was terrible and our iPad would not connect. We had to keep putting the password in our phones many times. The building itself looks old and worn, as does the carpet on the stairs and in the room. We had ants on 2 occasions on top of the TV unit and also in our cooler with the lid on.

In Gravenhurst two nights for business. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic room - clean, quiet, no issues. Lots of food choices walkable nearby. Easy access off hwy 11. Would stay here again.

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's dog friendly and the pet fees was very reasonable ($10). There are lots of eating options within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel including 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy. 5 minutes drive to the Muskoka Wharf and the downtown area.

The room was relatively clean, and some updating had occurred, but much of the space needed further improvement. The breakfast had absolutely no protein, so it should be noted that it is a continental breakfast, rather than breakfast. The lobby was strange with a weird rock style decoration and pots of flowers all over it.

Ok hotel for one/two nights. Just outside Gravenhurst. Walkable to restaurants as MC, Tim Horton and more. The breakfast at the hotel is ok (bread, yoghurt, cereal etc) no service and quite a cold and not cozy at all breakfast room. The receptionist was friendly.

For breakfast milk was spoiled and they offered cereal an coffee. There was about 6 bagels and about 6 pieces of bread. There was peanut butter, jam, cream cheese and bananas. I considered this the worst breakfast ever offered.

Easy check in and check out. I did have to put a security deposit down after i paid for the room. Breakfast was simple; bagels, toast, juices, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay was surprisingly good. The room was nice, big and comfortable. Staff are very nice as well. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast. There is nothing much to eat apart from the bread and cereal. We were hoping to get at least boiled egg or something. The breakfast area is a little small as well. For the number of rooms they have, they only have 9 table so we end up eating in our room. But all in all, it was good.
