We just had overnight this weekend but was disappointed with few things. There was no hot water in the room. I have 2 children who swimmed in the pool few times during our stay but having no hot water for showering in the room was very inconvenient. The change room shower was busy with lined up as the whole wing area of the hotel did not have hot water. Our key card also did not work for 3 times and had to get it changed at the reception which was a hassle. The staff in the reception did not even apologize when key card was changed. We enjoyed the hot pool at least.

Such a great experience. Only thing to note is because we checked in early we were not given robes in our room and there was no liner for the ice bucket.

We were given a small, poorly light room., no safe , no fridge, no coat hangers. Bed support was broken on the single bed so I felt like I was sliding out. We had to wait until our second day before we got house robes to go to the pools. No cleaning of our room on the second day , no clean towels or stocking up of coffee. Had to ask for everything. Heritage building is very tired and run down. A room change was going to cost $ 400 a day more to move, ridiculous, and I booked almost a year ago. Will not be returning

The rooms and hotel in general are tired and need an updating. The pool area is nice, but again in need of some updating, or at least some general maintenance. Notice lots of low voltage lights that were not working, and this made for a very dark walk around the Adult pool at night.
