No good shuttle from the airport

The decor is dated. I could not get the phone to work or the TV. Quiet area. Clean linens. Shuttle was prompt. Left at 4 am before breakfast opened, but was still offered a coffee and toast.

Definitely a dated property, our room was not in the best condition, but suited what we needed. Price was low and long term parking was fair. Shuttle service and parking for long stays was what we needed, there was no issues with parking on site - lots of room and chain link ran around the whole property. Shuttle service was easily booked to take us to the airport, arrived in a timely manner, shuttle on the way back was a 20-30 minute wait which we were informed of. Front end staff on our initial day and return stay were all fantastic. When we called for our shuttle back from the airport they assisted in reasonable manner and greeted me by name over the phone. We felt welcomed. We would use this property again for travel purposes.

Was very nice comfortable clean quiet they also do long term parking which was very good to know. We shall see how that turns out tomorrow. Left in parking for a week.

I had to wait for over 30 mins for the shuttle. And had to call again for it. Need the hotel name on the shuttle. And needed some paper and pen in the room.

Good location, accessible to Leduc transit to Century Park Edmonton transit station. Closed to restaurants and groceries, just walking. Reasonable pricing as compared to other hotels within the area, also it's near to the airport and very good shuttle service.

Shuttle arrived and left on time.

The room was spotless, the front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The shuttle drivers were very helpful as well. Amenities(soap,shampoo etc )were barely enough luckily it was just me staying the night

Room was very clean. It’s very quiet street noise.

The bathtub was clogged so when you had a shower it would fill up and you would find yourself standing in the previous people's backwash from the drain. I had to stand one foot on each side of the tub to stay out of the gross bathtub backwash. The water only gets luke warm, not hot enough for a comfortable hot shower. The room smelled when you would walk to certain areas maybe coming from the radiant heat radiator fins, or from the stagnant water in the bathtub drain. Room had dead insect carcasses all over. Like it was unused for a long period and hadn't been cleaned in between and maybe an insectiside is used in the cleaning process. Like returning to a cabin or summer cottage after winter. I did not see any evidence of bed bugs when I checked so that's a good thing.

Room condition and cleanliness was abysmal. Drywall mould, rot and holes behind toilet and up to bathtub. Drywall patches not even sanded or painted. Lights that don't work. beds & mattresses so worn out and noisy/squeaky. Exterior room doors don't seal letting in bugs. My room was full of flies, likely due to the fact the hotel staff pile all the garbage from housekeeping on the sidewalk outside my room for a few hours before it is picked up. Booked 2 nights but only stayed part of the first and left to find another hotel. One of the most disgusting rooms I've stayed at in 20 years on the road (180 hotel nights per year)

There was bedbugs

The room was dingy, there were hairs on the sheets, stains on them and the bed skirts, the wall plug in covers were held in by tape, the bathroom floor was filthy, the whole room stunk like cigarettes even though it waa supposed to be a non smoking room.

The room was dirty and smells really really bad. Smell like cigarettes. The Carpet was filthy. The beds were old and the mattresses were not comfortable.

The room was disgusting were family of 7 we didn’t sleep and room very bad smoke smell even we booked non smoking room I have kids and they smell smoke even we spray air fresh and our perfume still very bad pls close this travelodge is not safe and not convenient to the family who wanted to have a good sleep.Poor quality service it says free breakfast is only coffee don’t book this travelodge extremely poor and dirty rooms

The room and entire building reeked like cigarette smoke. There were very questionable stains on everything including the couch and chairs. The shower was not clean, honestly I didn't want to touch any surface. It all looked dirty and the carpets were grimy. The light in the entrance of my room was burnt out making it extremely difficult to come and go in the darkness. There was no coffee maker. They provided a single packet of shampoo the size of a ketchup packet for the 3 night stay I had there. Just enough for 1 shower and it was 2 in 1 shampoo so the pain was real as I tried to brush out the tangles for 20min. I would not recommend this place unless you are literally homeless, it was gross.

bathroom sink had large crack, dirty room. was going to let it go but went to go to bed and the sheets had large brown stains. asked for money back and front desk was rude and said no

Great place to rest your head for a night but rooms are warm and there’s always noise outside so it makes it hard to sleep with the windows open

The guy who checked me in was accommodating when I asked for a room that allowed me to keep an eye on my Triumph. It was clean, a little dated (so am I), comfortable, and everything I needed for a nights sleep. There was a fridge and microwave in my suite, a t.v. (I assume it worked, didn’t try) and the bed was comfy. The only negative was the planes flying overhead on occasion but I’m pretty sure all of Leduc is on a flight path since you’re next to an international airport.

This motel was the option that was within my budget but the wifi did not work unless sitting near the window, and the hair dryer in the bathroom did not work at all. Location was fine.

Wifi didn’t work entire 2 days ..only in the lobby. On the 2nd night staff did offer us to move to an inside room but we did not want to move all our items. Evening staff was friendly, but she was alone & over worked! In my opinion not safe! The room looked NOTHING like the website!!!!!! Very sketchy people staying there, like full on loud aggressive arguments in the middle of the night. Will NOT stay there ever again

The room is outdated. Staff are friendly. Door leaks cold air to the room.

Bed was uncomfortable

Fridge had to unplug as it was so loud. Connecting to the internet was impossible. Beds were horrible Im a small woman and I could feel the springs all night. I worried about bed bugs as I spotted little tiny bugs flying .

staff is great

I checked in and was charged for safety deposit and the cost of the hotel…After I checked out they charged me the cost of the room again and told me they sent my safety deposit and the charge of the room back and it would take 7-10 business days to receive so I paid $284 when I checked in and another $84 when I checked out so I’m still waiting for my $284 to return to me it’s been 7 days first time I ever had to wait this long

Front desk receptionist service is unprofessional and not friendly st all.

Very friendly staff. When I initially walked into the room booked the cleanliness wasnt up to par. I called the front desk staff and they were quick to apologize and moved us to a new room with out hesitation.

My stay was Great, the staff were courteous and helpful, the room was awesome.

The front desk clerk was in an argument with someone else that was staying at the hotel when I arrived to check in. Then after I checked in and went to my room, my friend and I are getting changed and the front desk clerk barges into the room without knocking, opens the door wide open, I yell at him to get out. My friend and I immediately pack up our bags and go check out. When I go to the front desk to check out, the clerk proceeds to tell me that he didn’t think I was in the room, as if it was okay to say that when he was the person that checked me in it made me think what would have happened had we not been in our room when he entered, would he have given our room to someone else or would he have gone through/taken our stuff. Worst hotel stay/experience I have ever had!

The staff was super courteous and helpful.

They forgot to provide a wake up call and I almost missed my flight.

Didn’t get refunded for the $100 charge on my credit card, called them and said it would be refunded but never was. Otherwise the stay was good.

Good: - the shower was hot and good pressure - the airport shuttle is free and easy to book Bad: Our room smelled like smoke the area was very dirty, and it felt unsafe The outside of the property was messy and unclean The staff who checked us in did not understand our instructions about the airport shuttle and timing.

Convenience, close to Maclab theatre

Located behind a KFC, they were permanent residents sitting out front of the rooms smoking and drinking and addicts hanging around out front with shopping carts full of junk. Everyone just stared at us when we pulled up, I had a 1 and 3 year old with me, and I was like "nope" and went and found another hotel (I grew up in downtown Toronto and my "spidey-senses" were tingling on this one)

It was close to the airport

Entering the parking lot the property seemed unkept and had weird people hanging around in the parking. We ( kids included) decided to not stay due to safety concerns and condition of the property and took a U turn from the parking.

The property was in a residential area, the route Maps was giving was slightly confusing. It is located in a small area with some fast food restaurants if guest want to grab food. The continental breakfast was appreciated at this location.

breakfast was included but there ws cold coffee no teabags and only muffins cut into slices and not enough for the people there I would not recommend this hotel to anymore

Only Thing that caught me of guard is that it said that there is a continental breakfast include. And there were only breakfast cereal and toast. thought there would be hot breakfast.

Accessible, reasonable price. Good service. Poor breakfast - not even the coffee was good.

Very old and not as advertised. We were booked for a kitchenette and got a mini fridge and microwave only. Bathroom sink tap was missing the insert and was told part was ordered. Two days later the maintenance guy came with the insert that was in CLR no new insert when u turned the tap on the water smelled awful. Water and mold damage on the wall by the bathtub. Had to ask everyday for facecloths and toilet paper. Room smelled of smoke as clients smoked right outside the doors. The maintenance man told us he was the owner, which we found out he isn’t. Was definitely not a people person. The only staff member that was customer oriented was Tyler. He was always very helpful, caring and friendly. We were told we could not park our truck outside our room door but yet we came in late one evening and there was a truck parked there and if we didn’t say anything it would have been there all night. We would definitely not recommend this motel to anyone. They seem to cater to people that are on monthly rates. Breakfast consisted of brown bread for toast, yogurt, Raisin Bran or corn flakes and packaged cookies. Coffee or tea

It was affordable, clean and overall good stay. They even had breakfast for us. Thanks for the stay.

Room was below average at best, not worth the $214 per night when regularly $73, at that price you should get more than cold cereal and toast for breakfast. But due to concert in edmonton that's what you get, should be a law against price gouging.

The property is safe and easy to access. Breakfast was great.
