There is no ice available in the building despite the ice buckets provided and there were hairs on the pillows upon arrival. For an extra $20-40 dollars it’s worth staying at the Radisson next door.

I booked this property pre and post vacation and to utilize the extended stay parking. When we arrived the property was closed and we were told that we had to stay at the hotel next door. I feel this could have been communicated prior to arrival to avoid confusion. Once we went to the sister property we were asked if we wanted to pay cash instead for a cheaper rate, if we used cash for extended parking it would also be cheaper. Classic case of collecting cash and likely not reporting it. They also didn’t take a security deposit for the room. There was no complimentary breakfast served here, you would have to go to the restaurant and pay for that. Upon the return home the shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel that was previously closed, checked in, took a deposit and away we went. The room had no garbage can in it so we utilized the recycle bin, not a huge deal it was bizarre that there would he no garbage can anywhere in the entire room. This hotel normally has the continental breakfast however there was nothing served. Communication should have been sent out prior to arrival to make guests aware. There are lots of choices when choosing a property prior to flying, this one I wouldn’t revisit.

The shuttle service from the airport is consistently not great. The receptionist said it would be 20-25 mins. It took 50 mins to arrive. Happens every time I stay there.

The staff is very nice here and attentive to travelers needs. The shuttle to the airport is great. Breakfast selections are great. And most importantly...the room was quiet.

Do Not trust the shuttle service to pick you from the airport bec it took me 1.5 hrs for waiting an airport. I took an uber in the ens. I couldn't get through to the front desk. For half an hr. Man. It was a mess. Otherwise property was ok.

This property is closed for renovations. My stay was transferred to the Radisson next door. That place was lovely. It would have been nice to know that Park Inn was closed.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is very good and helpful.Don’t have an ice machine in the building. Not set for breakfast yet, You have to walk to next hotel close by for breakfast with their coupons.

The lip under the bowl of the toilet was filthy. There was hair in the bathroom shower/tub ledges and when i pulled the blankets back there was 3 long hairs as well its like the bedding wasnt even washed

While the bathroom in my first room was dirty, the front desk quickly moved me into a new room. However, I am not confident in booking with them again as high-touch areas such as door knobs, light switches, and the door frames where people often touch were grimy and dirty in both rooms.

We were unfortunately super disappointed with our stay. Our tv didn’t work and the shower had no pressure and didn’t drain properly. When my husband brought it to there attention when we where leaving as we only had a one night stay. They just said sorry. 😔

Rock hard mattress…if you like a VERY firm mattress this place is for you. At check-in my reservation was changed from a king to a room with 2 double beds, all because I asked of I could exit out the side door (which I had parked near). The desk clerk said that was all that was available near that exit, to which I told the desk clerk I did not want or need to be near the door. I would prefer to have a King bed as booked. This was ignored and I ended up in a room beside on exit door that would slam shut when used. AND the laundry room was right across the hall. They started doing laundry at 5am with the laundry door wide open and had the pleasure of listening and the constant loud thudding of the machines. This wouldn’t have been the end of the world but I had a very late check-in as I had just finished an extended shift and was not able to travel home (1 hour away) due to severe weather and travel advisories.

Overall the hotel was nice. It is by the airport, so we did hear planes at times. We had an upstairs hotel patron that walked back and forth very heavily and was very loud for a very long time that inhibited our ability to go to sleep. And in the morning, it was exactly the same.The patron was so loud and noisy. It was like they were pacing or exercising and wearing cement shoes.We were on the second floor. That is not the hotel's fault though. The breakfast was a hot breakfast. There was sausage and omelettes and decent coffee and juice. The hotel was very affordable and nice for the price.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were surprisingly big. The bathtub was very large, which was nice after a long flight. The front desk staff was kind and quick for my late night check in. Finally the bed was so comfortable and made for a good nights sleep! The free breakfast was underwhelming, but it was a meal before I checked out. All in all I would definitely come back. The gym was nice, but there is no pool.

Arrived at Park Inn 4:30pm Thursday and found lobby under construction. Called number in email and no answer, spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to surface and assist us. No information in an email to notify us that Park Inn was under renovation and needed to go to Radisson for check in. Was very unimpressed with lack of communication with us due to renovations. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and there was NO room service at all for the duration of our stay. No coffee refill, no clean towels, no help with refreshing the bedding, the bathroom sink did not drain properly. When we checked out we voiced displeasure with stay and was told room service was every three days! Lack and of communication on services and necessities was quite disappointing for moneys spent for 3 nights. Will not consider Radisson on future travels

Atul at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite when checking out. I had an issue with the incidental and he was quick to figure it out for me. Also offered for me to use his phone charger as mine was having issues.

Check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 3:30pm and our room wasn’t quite ready. We waited 15 minutes and then the front staff said our room was ready and she gave us our key. We went up to the room and it wasn’t ready the cleaning staff was just about to clean it, they asked us to come back in 30 minutes. Very frustrating! It advertises free buffet breakfast and there is no breakfast on site, we had to go to the hotel next door and it wasn’t buffet breakfast like advertised. Only one option available, very misleading.

The property is an average, acceptable hotel. Close the airport with a free shuttle, there are limited options around in terms of eating, and no recreational activities - the area is a collection of airport hotels from various chains and each has their own restaurant. Staying at any of them essentially means you are just waiting for a flight the following AM, or arrived late and just want to chill before heading off somewhere. The room was clean, and perfectly acceptable with the exception of the loud fan from the heater/AC unit on the wall which ran all night and cannot be adjusted or turned off at the thermostat. If ambient noise bothers you, this will be a problem. Good value and it does the job.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room is a good size and breakfast is included. You need a vehicle to get to shopping or restaurants but it is quiet and close to the airport.

The hotel is affordable. Staff are friendly and very professional. I like that it has free shuttle to and from airport. The downside is, the location is not convenient for bus transportation. Guests ended up paying a lot of uber rides to go around.

The corners of the floors were dirty. Restaurant staff was great. Food not so great. Breakfast was poor food. Not continental breakfast as the norm, and there wasn’t even 2 slices of toast as per the norm. Ham and sausage was gross

The buffet breakfast was pretty basic. I wanted bacon, eggs and toast. You are not going to get it here because the only meat they serve is sausage, unfortunately. It also would of been nice to have more fresh fruit options, other than apples.
