The staff was very helpful. There was no recycle container for recycling. No plastic liner in the shower. Very good restaurant for supper . Very close to downtown Magog and stores and restaurants galore. If not for the rain both days it would have been perfect. Hotel room was great. Very comfy king size bed. Lots of pillows and blankets in case. Very nice hotel with elevator.

Nous avons resté 4 jours pour nous reposé et c'était parfait. Chambre propre et lit king très confortable au 3e étage. Déjeuner continental offert mais a 8.50$+tx, ca devrait être inclus mais Mcdonald en face avec trio chaud a 6.29$+tx donc nous n'avons pas utilisé le déjeuner. Nous avons une voiture électrique, il y a 3 bornes offert mais non fonctionnel, il faudrait faire réparer ca c'est un plus quand nous choissisons nos hotels. Il n'y a pas vraiment de vue sur le lac memphrémagog mais plus sur le quai de bateau derrière le Mcdonald.

La chambre était en bon ordre. Le service était bon. La terrasse sur le toit était un plus mais avait besoin d'un peu d'amour. Des réparations seraient nécessaires et les chaises dataient elles aussi. Nous avons souper au restaurant asiatique et c'était un pur délice. Par contre, le déjeuner le lendemain, ce fut tout le contraire. Le grille-pain d'un autre âge était très lent. Les fruits trop mûrs. Les croissants n'étaient pas frais. Les yogourts laissés sur un comptoir n'étaient pas froids, donc pas mangeables. Les confitures étaient ordinaires.

Room was spacious and the bed and furniture was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Centrally located. Great views from roof top terrace. Decor and finishes were dated. Carpets need to be replaced. Rooftop terrace decking needs attention (did not deter anyone from enjoying the sunset views or fireworks over the lake).

The room was very clean and we enjoyed the proximity to the main town, as well as the lake. We were pleasantly surprised that the refrigerator was somewhat larger than we expected and that was helpful. The front office staff was very pleasant and helpful.We would definitely stay here again.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience. Les draps sentaient bon et le lit king était très confortable. Malheureusement la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait eu un splash de café sur le mur et le sol qui n'était pas lavé, ainsi wue un peu de poussière sur le téléphone. Des petits détails qui ne m'empêcheraient pas de revnir. Très bon emplacement, on a tout fait à pieds!

Nous avons réserver une chambre "deluxe" avec deux lits. Les draps d'un lit était rempli de different cheveux et poils, ça peut arriver quelques poils parfois mais c'était clair que les draps n'ont pas été changer/laver. Mon collègue est simplement partie dans un autres hôtels. Mon lit avait seulement 4-5 poils mais avec deux petite tâche 'rouge'. J'ai dormi habiller avec mon linges de travail. Le plancher de toilette et les chaise sont rempli de cheveux. Je suis habitué des hôtels pour le travail. Et je sais qu'en payant 124$ on ne peut s'attendre à un Hilton... Mais il n'a pas de Hilton dans le coin alors j'ai pris un gamble. La prochaine fois l'option de dormir dans le Truck sera la meilleur option même en hivers. C'est dommage car la chambre paraissait jolie en ouvrant la porte mais c'est vraiment l'éthique de travail sur le côté hygiène qui semble faire default. Quand on cherche un hôtel pour le travail, la priorité est la propreté plus que le décors. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de remplir des reviens mais c'est le 5e notification que hôtel.com et l'hôtel m'envois pour remplir le review alors voilà!

wE LIKED THE ROOM, THE BEDDING WAS COMFY. bATHROOM HAD MILDEW ON THE CEILING CORNER BEHIND THE DOOR. STAFF IN THE MORNING WAS NOT CHEERY, OR JUST NOT TALKING . bREAKFAST WAS OK, COULD BE PRESENTED BETTER. NOT EASY TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO GET MILK, NOT SURE IF TABLES SET UP WAS MEANT FOR BREAKFAST OR DINNER.

A great budget spot for a night or two in Magog. It's an old building / hotel but very functional. The common areas are tired and need some love but the rooms are more recently renovated. Super clean beds and bathrooms, very comfortable all around. And you can't beat the location - perfectly situated relative to the main strip and the lake. Also, not sure why others had issues with parking. There are many regularly sized spots right behind. I've already booked for another night for a concert in Magog.

The hotel is very conveniently situated. Close to the Main street and all the boutiques and restaurants. It is close to the lake and the park. The only thing negative I have to say is that insulation between floors is not so good. I could hear the person on the floor on top of me walk. For the rest, it is very clean and they have a good Chinese restaurant on the premises.

Comfortable room nice bed tv and shower had lots of hot water without waiting. Quiet room air conditioner worked well. Could not open windows so the air was a bit stuffy and dry during the night. Convenient and walkable location.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and extremely helpful. The bathroom is huge and exceptionally clean. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The room has its own cooling/heating system. I would for sure stay here again.
