Très très très décevant. Les photos de reflète pas la réalité. Beaucoup d’amour à mettre dans ce motel. L’extérieur pas très beau et que dire de la piscine et des meubles de piscine vraiment le tout est à changer chaise brisée et petite table vraiment a changer Jamais pu pour moi

The reception had to come sweep the room as soon as we got there. The top sheets were dirty and stained. There were dirty towels stuffed above the coat rack. The walls were super thin, we could hear what was going on in the next room. The pool was rundown and not usable. Due to the rain, the roof was leaking in our room. When I went to advise the reception in the morning, there was nobody there. The whole place has not been upkept over the years do not recommend. I fell in the tub as I attempted to take a shower. They did not file a report. They did not have a First aid kit, only gave us 2 bandaids.

I usually stay at lower- end hotels or hostels so I don't expect a lot, but wow, this place is in need of refitting. It's old, and that's ok, but it has not been looked after. Dirty, needs paint, bathroom door won't latch. A real "fixer upper". Could be made into a cool "retro" looking place as I think it has good bones, but for the present:Not good value for money.

Hotel very run down. Hole in the hall ceiling, over grown yard , pool out of service, tiles falling off walls, and fence falling down, pictures on website were not recent from years ago, website said rooms full and last room available yet there was no one else in the whole motel bed was hard and very used sunk in in centre. Yet room was clean.

Personnel n'était pas sur le site lors de notre arrivée donc nous avons dû attendre quelques minutes. La chambre n'était pas très propre. Le couvre-lit avait de la saleté dessus. La toilerie dans la salle de bain était décollées dans le bain. Il n'y avait pas assez de serviettes.

the description said small breakfast, there no even a dining room as show in the image nor breakfast. The room was dirty, the mini fridge haven't been clean in a while there was still a half bottle in the fridge from the previous tenant. the TV had only one channel available.

The best thing was hot showers. No ice and no access to fridge. Room with two double beds, no brackets for support stepping into small tub to shower. Tub was stained. Walls were dirty as was bathroom floor around the perimeter of floor. Window Air conditioner framing was dirty. I would have left after being there a half hour after going into room. Husband convinced me to stay. I would not return to this place and would not recommend it to others

You get what you pay for. If you can’t afford more, it will do but it is very run down. There were no deadbolts on the doors and they were very thin so if you’re a solo female traveller you might not feel the safest. You hear the traffic quite loudly until about 11pm then barely anything until around 5am. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep through. The linens and towels were actually quite nice and clean and the lady who checked me in was very pleasant:)

La porte d'entrée se barre à l'intérieur que par une petite chaîne que l'on glisse. La poignée ne se barre pas par l'intérieur. Aussi, une 2e porte qui arrive sur le corridor se barre de la même façon. Un seul coup d'épaule peut ouvrir facilement la porte qui est retenue par les 2 vis de la chaîne. Tout est vieux, désuet. Je ne retournerai jamais à cet endroit. Je ne me sentais vraiment pas en sécurité.

Les propriétaires ne s'en sont pas mêlé, je n'ai pu dormir tout ce temps. J'ai dejà fourni des commentaires de ma première nuit qui n'a pas été meilleure. Je ne retournerai jamais à ce motel. Pour $ 20 ou $ 30 de plus par nuit j'aurais eu une chambre agréable, sécuritaire et bien plus propre. UNE BELLE LECON DE VIE.

we booked it online and it was not able to stay they close there front counter at 9 pm, we could not find a phone # to call them and ended up driving 2 more hours to find a hotel did charge us if your looking to book online make sure you are there before 9pm

Close to highway and downtown Magog. Friendly staff. But property is starting to show its age, with repairs needed in room in which we stayed (eg: holes in bathroom walls, bathroom door doesn't close properly, paint peeling or needed). This might be a result of loss of revenue from Covid, so time will tell. The free breakfast is no longer offered due to Covid, and this is understandable.

the description said small breakfast, there no even a dining room as show in the image nor breakfast. The room was dirty, the mini fridge haven't been clean in a while there was still a half bottle in the fridge from the previous tenant. the TV had only one channel available.

Close to highway and downtown Magog. Friendly staff. But property is starting to show its age, with repairs needed in room in which we stayed (eg: holes in bathroom walls, bathroom door doesn't close properly, paint peeling or needed). This might be a result of loss of revenue from Covid, so time will tell. The free breakfast is no longer offered due to Covid, and this is understandable.

we booked it online and it was not able to stay they close there front counter at 9 pm, we could not find a phone # to call them and ended up driving 2 more hours to find a hotel did charge us if your looking to book online make sure you are there before 9pm

Hotel very run down. Hole in the hall ceiling, over grown yard , pool out of service, tiles falling off walls, and fence falling down, pictures on website were not recent from years ago, website said rooms full and last room available yet there was no one else in the whole motel bed was hard and very used sunk in in centre. Yet room was clean.
