I have stayed here 4 times for business and really like how convenient it is. Besides the convenient aspect, there is plenty of shopping close by and lots of food options. The staff is very welcoming, there is a nice pool and gym and a decent free breakfast as well. It is for sure a great value while visiting the Laval area! DB

The checking took more than hour, I had a credit on file, it was already charged $285.99 for the first night, and I had to leave another $415 for the whole amount even they had already charged half on my card, and I got a call on my room a day before asking how I was gonna pay, unacceptable, they had my money for the entire stay, plus $285 on the card, way more than the total, what a hassle, plus my whole information on file, license and everything

The carpets ion the hallways need to be replaced or at least a real good shampoo. There are GROSS stains everywhere in the hallways. The breakfast was as basic as it could be. The food was not good.

Nice welcoming clean hotel thank you it only happened that our room view was the breakfast area “ I didn’t minded it” but one of the table located on our door however seats , you can hear all the conversations and noises unfortunately my kids did not like waking up this way We will come back but we will make sure where is the room located

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was clean and modern inside and the staff were friendly and professional. On the downside, the area was a little odd (in an industrial park next to a highway). While the room itself was great (modern, clean, comfortable), for some reason, the shower kept fluctuating from freezing cold to burning hot.

When we checked in the staff asked if we want housekeeping and I told her no then before we left the front desk I repeated it that I don’t want a housekeeping. The next day we went out to sightseeing all day, when return we saw 2 police in the front desk so continue walking to my room when I opened the door the bed was fixed and the other is not, the bathroom was refilled a soap only so I got upset. I went back to the front desk and it’s a different staff and the 2 police still there so she told me to wait until they’re gone. I complained about what happen and she was so rude as in very rude! She told me to wait tomorrow until she’s back in the front desk so I asked for the supervisor and told me that her supervisor can’t do anything . I mean this staff need to go back in training she is not thinking. Anyway next day I complained again in the front desk luckily it’s different staff again and the supervisor was there. So I told her about what happened and she apologized about what happened. Supervisor was professional but other staff was unprofessional need to be trained or replaced.

Absurd fees! On the day of check in, they charged my card nearly $600 in fees for two rooms to "test the card" and then charged the cost of 2 nights, then claimed it didnt work. I opted to paud debit. The debit machine did not work. They tood me i had to take out cash. The $700 charge shows as pending on my card and thus removed from my available balance. I had to pay ATM fees at the atm machine and pay in cash. Still, this hotel had $1300 in additional fees pending on my card. This definitely was not part of my budget planning for my weekend getaway. The staff could not help rectify the situation either. Ontop of this, we found hair in the sink when we got to the room. There were no towels available in the pool. The Sunday breakfast buffet was poorly managed, they had razor thin bacon. It was like bacon chips. Ugh never going back here. Save yourself from this garbage experience.

Booked the hotel and called ahead to reserve a folding cot for a third person in the room. Was reassured it would be ready. When we showed up, the person at the desk denied the cot saying it wouldn’t fit in the room. Bad communication. When I called and spoke to the manager of the hotel, she was rude and combative blaming Expedia. When I gave the specific date and time I called the front desk, she seemed more personable. But it was a struggle.

I was travelling for business and found this hotel to have good overall value. It has close access to Hwy 15 to get into the downtown core of Montreal. It's also close to Carrefour Laval which is a very nice shopping mall. Hot breakfast was included which is always appreciated. My room and overall facilities were clean and modern. I would stay here again.

Bien pour dormir mais je n'y ferais pas un séjour en famille car l'emplacement n'est pas selon moi idéal. Situé dans un parc industriel face à l'autoroute. Pour un séjour en famille j'apprécie davantage quand il y a un espace vert et de l'endroit pour marcher et jouer avec de jeunes enfants. Mais convenait pour aller dormir après un spectacle un centre Bell et repartir le lendemain. Un odeur peu agréable d'humidité dans la chambre mais sinon super propre et personnel accueillant

I must say that I was very happy about everything at the hotel. I think the only issue for us is that there was only breakfast served at the hotel. It would be better if there was a restaurant for meals to be served throughout the day..very clean property and helpful friendly staff.

Breakfast was bad. Badly managed its hygiene. I was afraid to eat anything. The cover for cooked eggs was rusted and moldy and fruits and fruit salad was old. And there was a black thingy in the hot water. :((

The room looked like it was brand new! It was extremely clean and spacious! The breakfast was simple, but good (especially the potatoes) and I appreciated that it started at 6am so I could enjoy it before I had to get back on the road. I have already booked it again on my return trip!
