The breakfast was amazing, probably the best breakfast that was included with the room. Parking was ok, but a little small for larger vehicles. Also, main elevator wasn't working. Room heaters are dated without a thermostat in the room. Pool was closed only opens in the sunmer.

Front desk associates were wonderful especially Savannah I believe that as her name.. pool Small, chips in bathtub could be touched up .. Front desk drive should be one way .. gets a little congested trying unload baggage ..hotel was very pretty and different than being a chain hotel

this is a hidden gem! quaint, immaculate and surprising. The breakfast was incredible, I was not expecting such variety. Nothing was run of the mill. From the croissants to the Italian meats and baguettes to the little fruit cups with berries. Eggs scrambled and hard boiled, bacon and sausage. Then there is the magical garden with the cutest pool and European inspired terrace. Room and beds were great and the service was superb! thank you all!

The one bedroom suite was amazing! Staff was very friendly at the front desk, the breakfast was pretty good also! The croissants were amazing, just like in France. There was a super sweet Ukrainian lady working the breakfast, she asked if I wanted espresso when there was none. The only problem that I encountered during the stay is when I came down with my wife with a bottle of wine to enjoy by the fireplace, I was told that I’m not allowed to have it. I have never seen that happen in a hotel before. When you pay for a room, it automatically becomes your house.! I ended up buying wine from the bar.

Room needs improvement. We had stayed there before and we had a newly renovated room, but not this time. Worst part was we couldn't find parking until 11 pm. We were told by the manager on duty to find street parking or park at the convention centre across the road.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. All the staff were incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. Hands down the best hotel shower I have ever had. Great water pressure, a door that actually closed and no water leaking on the floor. The breakfast was fantastic! I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return again!

The pool was a dipping pool. Too small. The staff were pleasant always. Breakfast options was very good. Lots of variety, fresh and nice. Our room was located on the quiet side of the hotel which was great. Although the room appeared cleaned everyday, there was lots of stains on the bedsheet, pillows.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel itself is stunning, in my opinion. The breakfast was the best spread I'd ever had at any hotel. The staff was perfection. The only reason I removed a star was because I was a bit creeped out by some stains on our bedding and even the replacement set after a few days.

Charm, elegance and stately. Nice place. Nice staff. Good breakfast, parking. Did not like the bathroom..it isnt private!! Glass walk in shower and sleeping area on the other side has louvered doors you can slide open and see someone showering or using the toilet. The room was on the ground floor. One large window with only sheer curtains. Anyone can walk up and look in at night. Again, not private and light shines in from outdoor lighting and then sunrise. Not bothered by these but i feel worth mentioning.

I stayed for a week on a business trip. Very nice and well appointed hotel. Great staff and a quiet hotel. Easy to walk to a good selection of restaurants. I did not realize when I booked my room but, it had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a small selection of plates and utensils as well as a sink to clean up. On my next visit, I will probably shop at the grocery store across the street and fix some meals for myself. The breakfast was well appointed as well.

Belle hotel, personnel extra et le petit déjeuner était bon. Par contre si vous voulez vous assurez une tranquillité complète, ne pas prendre de chambre avec une porte communicante. J'entendais mes voisines de chambre parler comme si elles etaient a côté de moi. Jai fait la demande pour changer de chambre et ensuite c'était parfait.

Sadly some of the staff here let the hotel down. Especially the men on the main reception, Condescending and talking in French and laughing and making it hard for people who struggle with the language.

My absolute favourite hotel by far in Montreal. The reception staff; Julien, Johnny and George have been very helpful and outstanding. The rooms are super clean, quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast is a pure joy! Thank you 🙏🤗

I wish i was speaking French or i should say the staff is not too friendly to others than the french speaker, the french speakers would get a welcome bottle of water during check in and other guest would not just because they don’t speak the same language. I gotta say the breakfast is fire and might comeback to get their breakfast. Huge thanks to all the cooks!!

I didn't like walking out of the property as much, the small section without a sidewalk wasn't very safe. By car, the hotel is easy to reach, with sufficient parking and convenient exits.

had such a great stay at Le St-Martin Hotel & Suites Laval! I came from the US to celebrate my husband’s birthday — it was our first time visiting Canada, and this hotel made the trip even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, with everything we needed after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. There were plenty of self-parking spots, and the location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants, shops, and conveniently about a 30-minute drive from Montreal. Breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Laval or Montreal!

We used this stop as a layover on our way to Quebec Hotel was beautiful and new There’s a few restaurants around the hotel but it’s a fair amount away from Montreal We took the 49 minute ride to Montreal and were able to get most of the day in before heading off to Quebec so all is n all A great comfortable hotel and convenient Not that far from the city and the cost was very very reasonable

This has become one of my favourite hotels when I need to be in Laval or the north end of Montreal. The parking is convenient (although they need to repaint the lines!), the staff is very accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and it's well located near the highway and major malls. Recommended!

Beautiful property with easy access to interstate. Our room was super comfortable with all of the amenities. Breakfast was high end continental, very delicious! We did eat dinner there upon arrival which was convenient for us since we had traveled all day. The menu is small but had a some diversity. We ordered pizza which was sub par at best but the Caesar salad was good. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay. Beautiful rooms, fairly quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby. However, I did not feel like going out for dinner and decided to try the in-house restaurant. My complaint is that the menus were only in french.

Room was amazing and comfortable. Very Clean, even comfortable bath robes. Lighting in the bathroom was dim, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. The Nespresso machine in the room was lovely. The breakfast was to die for, no one beats a Canadian breakfast! Every savory and sweet option was offered. Will be staying here again!
