Spend 4 nights at the hotel. Forst two nights the parking lot was blocked off for resurfacing and had to park in the adjacent lot. Had to drag the luggage! Room was OK. Service was good. We opted to walk across the street for breakfast. Gym was nice; however, the pool didn't look great - had a strong chlorine smell and dark patches in the walls and bottom!!

Everything about this hotel is fantastic and i really enjoyed my stay except for the parking . I drove round the property for 1 hr 30mins looking for parking space with my 3 year old in the car after driving for 7 hrs from Montréal to Toronto Makham. Its was really frustrating and draining ,the next day i went out for dinner with my son and when i came back, i faced the same situation, i had to sit in my car for 1 hr and when i walked to the front desk to complain, i was told ,theres absolutely nothing they can do. I had a great stay but parking is the issues.

Friendly staff and clean room. The property is a bit old but clean. Location is great. However, parking space is seriously inadequate. We had to park at the mall next to it. And it was very noisy in the morning. Kids shouting in hallway at 6:30am, and staff cleaning trash bins at 6 or 7.

Picked the hotel because it had a pool. Pool was being renovated but was suppose to be completed before we arrived. It was not. Very disappointing for my 3 year old grandson.

Friendly staff, great location. Room was clean. Bathrooms need updating and the pool definitely needs work (tiles missing, paint in pool needs fixing). Gym is great! Good hotel for family stay as it is near dining options and shopping.

Very nice! If I want to be super picky, I'd ding them half a point because I noticed the vent in the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in probably months, leaving it caked with dust. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was very clean and in great repair. Hotel was quiet. Would stay here again!

Noisy heater/AC in the room. Made a weird noise in the middle of the night. My colleague had the same issue but worse in his room. Otherwise the property is quite good. Recommend (as I often do in my hotel stays) turning off the heat completely at night (it doesn't get cold anyway)

Stayed one night. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings was quiet at night. The check-in was quick. I wanted to have a shower before bed，the water was cold. In the morning the hot water only kept for 1 min and then started cooling down. Please fix this asap. It is not fun to have shower with cold water in winter time.

We were at the hotel with a hockey team. We had 14 rooms with our 18yo male team. The team wanted to eat meals in the lobby area that they purchased outside the hotel. The hotel had no internal food service. The hotel had a HUGE area of tables and chairs in the lobby. Others at the hotel sat and hung out and ate there. Yet the hotel we staff gave us a hard time all weekend. They didn't want us in this huge space. They wanted to charge us $150 for what other guests use for free. Our team is well behaving. We travel almost every weekend and have never encountered this lack of friendly service.

Check out concierge experience wasn't as pleasant as I hoped. Forgot some belongings back in my room right after I checked out. Had to ask for the key to retrieve the items. I understand that there is a protocol that the concierge has to follow with respect to safety procedures but the tone and attitude of the concierge came across as condescending and quite rude, considering that the items left in the room after check out had sentiment value and I was quite worried about them still being there.

The staff was very unprofessional. The lady at the fron requested a $50 deposit for any miscellaneous. Upon completion of the transaction she said there’s something wrong with her computer and cannot see the transaction on here side even though i showed her the my card has been charge already. She made me pay another $50 because of ger computer not working properly which seems unfair to me. Upon multiple questions on how will i get refunded on my other $50 she said i could talk to my bank and that’s it. No to mention the only reason why I booked online was to save the hassle. This entire check in took me more than 20 minutes at the reception.

Booked large room. Arrived and room not available, so down graded. Could have lived with that except the bill, when presented, was for the original room and it took some time to convince the hotel that we shouldn't have to pay for the room we did not get. We still paid more for the down grade than was advertised at time of booking. Worse; was the manager to whom the reception staff referred couldn't be bothered to talk to us. Thanks Hilton!

I thought the hotel was wonderful. I would’ve appreciated one of the lobby bars to be open at 5 o’clock to have a glass of wine before walking over for dinner. The lobby could be set out in a nicer way. It was cluttered and I feel the concierge’s desk should be at the front. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Nice & beautiful hotel for family stay! The hotel looks more bright, clean & nice than you see from the photos, it looks more bright & colourful, the room is clean after renovation, you can smell the scent of flower like their name, free parking & close to some very good restaurants, just two three minutes by walk, we recommend this hotel! 👍
