After paying so much for a room they even charged you also for parking 36$… that’s a ridiculous. A hotel to not even have a parking free after 388$ for 2nights.. hotel is so older they should do so renovations. Price is way too high for this hotel.

When I arrived there was a small red stain on my bedsheet and I politely asked the front desk to have it changed. They said OK. I left and came back later, there were four foldes sheets on the desk in my room. I asked the front desk. The lady with highlights just made stupid facial expressions and ran away. The guy with long hair curtly told me I have to change the sheets myself. 3/4 of those sheets had stains on them (I have photos). The sheets gave me "contact dermatitise" (red rash on face, neck, hands) (again I have photos). The shower head is on a horiztonal wall. I'm about 5"10 and it was so low I found it hard to get under the shower water. When I went to the laundry room (which is creepy) there was ladies underwear lying on the floor. The machine was all wet and the dryer filthy. I showed it to a cleaning lady and even she said she wouldnt use it in that state. Otherwise the rooms were clean, the facilities excellent and the desk and cleaning staff are really nice and helpful and do great work!

OVERPRICED HOTEL WITH NO BREAKFAST ($30FOR BREAKFAST PER PERSON!!!!!!!!) NO WELCOME AMENITIES LIKE COFFEE/TEA ETC. THEY TELL TOU TO GO TO STARBUCKS IF YOU NEED THAT REALLY!!!!!! MADE A MISTAKE I ALWAYS STAY IN SHERATON MADE A MISTAKE THIS LAST TIME!!!!
