5 other friends and I were here for 4 days to visit Toronto and go to a concert (SOAD). The staff was very friendly but unfortunately the hotel itself is in rough shape. Only the ice maker on the 4th floor worked. The carpets, walls and furniture were either damaged or stained. Bathroom was moldy and in bad shape also. Pool is tiny but otherwise decent condition. Gym funny enough is in incredible condition and the only place to find a water refill station. The beds were stained, humid and gross.

The hotel was fine. The shuttle service was not up to par. The van was dirty, inside and out. It was difficult to tell that the van was, in fact, for the hotel because the sign was so small. Just a card in the front window. Not what I would have expected from the Sheraton.

The shuttle driver for the Airport was rather rude; The fire alarm went off very early in the morning and was not turned off for a long time. 45 minutes after this, the elevators were not working and I had to carry luggage down from the 5th floor.

Shuttle service is few and far between. We had to wait for 45 mins in the airport watching shuttles from other hotels come multiple times already. What is worse is that the staff doesn’t tell you that there are multiple Four Points in the area, and when finally one Four Points shuttle showed up and you happily hopped on - you got to the wrong place, and had to ride that bus back to the airport and wait again. And ya, if you land and wait around 10, and got to hotel past midnight, it is coz they have the worst shuttle service in NA.

Check in was great. Very fast. Unfortunately getting from the airport was difficult. When we arrived we called the hotel number and it rang and rang. Then we called again and were put on hold. After 10 minutes we were cut off. So we called again and the shuttle would be 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later it arrived.

Room smelled musty and gross. The bed looked like it had been slept it. There were stains on the sheets. We tried calling guest services and housekeeping but the phone didn’t work. We would have left but after 20 hrs of travelling we just didn’t have any more energy to find another hotel that night.

I’ve stayed in Toronto for YEARS & I’m left disgusted this time around. I booked two nights & as I entered the hotel, everything seemed great. I then stayed my first night to make my bed the next morning to find a dirty condom fly out of the sheets, as I further inspected I then found dry blood marks on my pillows ( I should have checked before I went to sleep, Never again! ). And a cockroach dead in the bathroom. I tried to resolve things with the front desk and they offered to “clean the room really good” . I decided to stay since nothing else was available with such short notice but I was absolutely sick to my stomach when checking out in the morning around 4:30 am waiting for the shuttle I then see a mouse crawling on the windowsill inside the office, which is one of the front building windows. I’ve never written a review before, but this one needed one this hotel is absolutely unsanitary. I will not be staying again.

The room was fine. Bed was comfy and good enough sheets. Good shower pressure and not hard to figure out the shower. Need more towels in the bathroom. The carpet needs replacing. Though it looks clean, it has that old carpet smell that permeates the room. The AC was working hard in 30° weather which I appreciate but it was very loud. I'll take loud AC over hot room, but something to consider.

Hotel is decent and staff is friendly. It would be good if they provide shuttle or mention that shuttle will be provided only when you reserve. I waited for 50mins to get the shuttle. The wifi was bad. It connects and disconnects every 1 minute and connects after 5 minutes.

Whilst the room was smaller than expected for a king, it was comfortable, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for check-in and received complimentary check-in! The dining room staff (regrettably we cannot remember his name) was exceptional! He was so very efficient as a lone worker: greeting partons, working ther bar, taking orders and waiting on the tables effortlessly. He's an asset to the organisation!

What was the best was the gentleman who checked us in. His name is YASIN. He was absolutely amazing. We didn't get to the hotel til 3 a.m.! Our reservation had been cancelled due to info from our stay the week before not being recorded by the hotel to ensure our reservation was confirmed for the 11th (even tho the fellow assured us our room for the 11th was 'a go'.) Yasin made sure we had a room. A kind, courteous man.

I was not happy as I was provided wrong information upon check in. At check in I was asked if I was a Marriott bonvoy member I would be awarded points for my stay. I said I was however I did not have information on hand and the guest agent said even if I provide the information at check out, it would added and I would get my points. Upon check out I provided the information and the guest agent said, unfortunately I will not get any points as it was booked through a third party. My question is if that was the case, why was I told that I would get the points. Another piece of miscommunication upon checknin was I was told that Breakfast was included and was told the time however next morning when I confirmed with the guest agent,she said breakfast was not included and we have to pay separately. This whole check in process was a bad experience. Stay was comfortable though. Room was good and check out was okay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a maintenance issue (a/c was extremely loud) in our first room and they were super accommodating and immediately swapped us to a different room. The breakfast buffet was pretty standard as far as hotels go; not good, not bad, so it felt a bit overpriced at $20/person when most hotels offer free breakfast buffets. The rooms and lobby were very clean, but much of the building seems pretty worn down. The elevator was constantly having issues and everyone was constantly having to wait 5+ minutes for the elevator to arrive. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there were a few maintenance inconveniences. Any negatives were definitely not the fault of the staff, who were all lovely :)

To the owners: Your staff was exellent and should be recognized for their dedication to help all who stay there. Phenomenal in everyway, polite, courteous, and I feel went well an above their exptations and I would stay again just becausee of them only. Great water prssure and the water was hot. Breakfast was of buffet style. Good variety of choices. Now for the hotel it's self, needs to be renovated. It is showing it's age. We stayed in room 611 and the carpet was dirty, yes vacuumed but still had spots. Suggest to put vinyl of some sort, The toilet, you had to hold the handle down in order to fully flush. Need brighter lights and more bars in the bathroom. Need an exhaust also. Art work could be different and depict the surrounding area. Please get a new van to pick up individuals at the airport that is staying there. My wife and I stood out there due to going into toronto and each time we new when the van was approaching. It was the only one that looked old and hate to say it, nasty. Take some pride and buy a new van, it just shows the owners they want the money and not spend in order for individuals to have a nice ride. It just might surprise you that people tend to stay at a place that is nice in all aspects. Renovate, buy a new van, and then see if more individuals stay or not. You have to spend in order to achieve.
