The sinks are oddly very low. I am a 5 foot one woman and the height of the sink is below my hips. It was very weird to get ready to go out. Instead of replacing the chairs in the bedroom, they have put an oversize chair cover that is messy looking in the room The bed was just OK not as comfortable as other Sheratons I have stayed in The customer service was lacking. Check in took a long time. The staff was training I understand. The room had hand prints on the head board of the bed. I requested to be transferred rooms. He asked me to come back to the desk. I requested to send up a staff with new keys so I wouldn’t have to carry my bags back down. They refused. I also requested to not be by the elevator. I have a sensory disability. He gave me the room right across from the elevator. It was loud. The room beside was loud. I could hear their tv word for word. I didn’t feel safe as a single woman traveller in this hotel because the staff did not listen to me. The customer service is severely lacking at this hotel. I am a frequent traveller. I will not return to this location. Although the Tim Hortons beside the hotel is nice.

Option 1: Professional & Polished (Great for general travel sites) Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! Stayed: Two nights (Sept 5–7, 2026) | Booking: Hotels.com This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it certainly won't be my last. I primarily just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep, and this property exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel is incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff is both friendly and highly professional—with a special shout-out to Daniel for his excellent service. This kind of hospitality is exactly what travelers hope for. While it is a smaller, cozy hotel, it offers plenty of parking that is safely lit up at night. The environment is wonderfully quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. My room was perfect: spotless, equipped with high-quality toiletries, and featured a fantastic shower. Location-wise, it is conveniently situated about a 15-minute drive northeast of Square One. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and highly recommend this place! Thanks again.
