When we booked, the website showed a beautiful pool, but when we arrived, it was closed, and it has been under maintenance for months with no explanation. The staff didn't warn us before check-in. It wasn't until we asked where it was located that they told us. As a matter of fact from the moment I checked in until the day I left, it felt like the staff was actively trying to ignore the guests. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to check in because no one was at the counter. When someone finally appeared, there was no apology for the wait. As for the breakfast there was zero sense of urgency for replacing items as they were all gone when I arrived. It felt like being on display while eating at tables in front lobby. At least there was another dining location down the hall that another guest helped me to find. No mention of the exterior construction on the website when booking. Resulting in construction dust all over the car. We were placed in a second floor suite overlooking the steel roof. If I have been made aware of any or all of the aforementioned issues I would have booked elsewhere. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody I know.
