I checked in for just a 1 night stay ahead of my flight back to Portland, Oregon. The room itself was mostly fine for a long term stay. I wasn't doing that. But for an overnight it was bad. There were food scraps in the kitchen sink disposal drain from a previous person, and there were about 10 dishes in the dishwasher which indicated to me that this room was not fully cleaned before my arrival. There was NO ice bucket despite an ice machine being on my floor and when I walked to the front desk to request one, I was told one would be brought to my room. Nothing came. An hour later I called the front desk and was given the most ridiculous reason of "So sorry, the hotel is at capacity and if you wanted an ice bucket you would have had to request it at the time of booking" LOL talk about pulling some policy out of thin air. No hotels do that with regards to ICE BUCKETS. The room was inferior and you couldn't fix the problem, so instead, have your front desk girl LIE in the stupidest way possible. I won't stay here again. The first floor was a maze and too confusing and I just can't justify giving this hotel anymore of my money when they tell me I have to ASK for an ice bucket for a single night stay, as if that makes any sense at all.
