We arrived to check in and were hit with $400 in surprise fees. In addition to that, even though I had called the property to confirm that morning, they were going to refuse check in to the second person listed on the booking. We were unable to check in as we didnt have the additional $400 that we didn't know about and going back through it cannot find that fee disclosed ANYWHERE. On top of all that the staff was incredibly rude. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

The room was quite large at a fair price. Ii t was clean and everything worked. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette which was super handy considering our 6 day stay. Nothing negative other than the smoking area outside is somewhat close to the door. All in all, definitely will return if possible
