The Waterside Inn

Unfortunately this stay was not as good as our previous stay. I like this boutique hotel because its proximity to walkable food and entertainment, and convenience of having a kitchen. The past times I have stayed, cooking utensils and pots/pans were in the room. This time, I had to request every item, even a knife to cut. The first room we were put in, we got ourselves settled and then the shower curtain fell down. We asked for maintenance but no one was available so we had to repack and move. The next room had no heat. When we asked about it, the staff had no solution so brought blankets. It was my birthday weekend and I was disappointed.

Staff were great, service was excellent, location to everything we planned to do was perfect, so many places to eat and drink was amazing

Yes Kitchen was equipped and in clean condition. professional and friendly staff parking was convenient and secure

The 2 bedroom apartment was nice, great location. It was easy to take the train in to Toronto. Good restaurants to eat at.
