the motel was nice! when we checked in our fridge was leaking across the floor…needed defrosting… called front desk and maintainence person came right away. some ice was taken from inside the fridge. worked ok for the weekend! unused pool in back was a bit of an eyesore! was a very hot weekend would have been awesome to have it functioning ! would return for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Motel 6 in Moncton. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, parking is included, and there is a restaurant onsite with a complementary breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is my 4th time in this Motel You have Tim Horton, subway, Mc Donald Convenient store all from a walking distance from the motel. .I love the part you can park your car rights outside your Motel room.. And you can't beat the price...always super clean Be coming back, and I always recommend this motel to my friends Thank you

Personnel accueillant, agréable, attentif et très courtois. Malgré l’état du bâtiment et les travaux en cour, nous avons bien dormi (lit confortable et bien insonorisé). Une déception pour nous, quand l’employé de l’accueil m’a annoncé la fermeture définitive de la piscine. Le déjeuner qui est inclus ( rôtis, œufs brouillés, Bacon, saucisses et petites patates )et ce tout les jours sans aucunes variantes. Un comptoir de café, thé, jus et biscuits est à la disposition des clients 24h/24h. Nous y retournerons c’est certain!

Spend 1 night with family here. The hotel is beyond my expectations. It’s not located in the city Center. However, Moncton is not a big city. It’s still convenient to go anywhere. The hot breakfast is great. The staff it's very friendly.

Easy check-in with helpful simple instructions, 24hr coffee and cookies, good restaurant on site, simple rooms that are clean and modern particularly the bathroom. : Even the bedframes are high and open so they are cleanable and spacious underneath the toe, it feels normal and clean to place bags under there and makes smart room. Bathtub modern with a very clean no-slip bottom and magnetic-tip shower curtain both of which I’ll be researching for home. There is a talent behind this operation. Note not walkable to amenities like downtown, more utilitarian but I think the on-site pub covers that in spades.. Gas station convenience stores very close. Otherwise neighboured by car dealership-type light commercial area makes it very quiet at night. Win-win-win.

We stayed one day and that would have been just one night. It’s noisy and the dirty and it smell in the room and in the hall way as well as the stairs. Carpets are very dirty and smelly. Wouldn’t stay again.

room was ok but floors not clean and bathroom tub did not drain for !/2 Hr after shower. Bed was comfortable. service ok. free breakfast was cold so we had to buy Breakfast for the next 2 days. not enough working plug ins.

Le bain était sale. J’ai lavé moi même le bain et j’ai frotté. L’aspirateur avait pas été passé c’est certain. Fruits bugs et araignée. Tu paie pour ce que tu as. C’est pas pour rien que le prix est bas. Les matelas sont propres et les couvertures aussi. Le personnel est gentil. Déjeuner ok.

It was clean, but certainly not fancy or frilly. Decor was very dated in the room. AC didn’t work consistently. Room had 2 doubles instead of queens. Meh.

The rooms are a little outdated and the heating unit was hard to regulate. The room was either too cold or too hot. There were only 2 working plugs in the room so really would recommend a power bar. The bed was comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was really good, Served in the bar area.

Nice guy at the front desk, room is ok- bed was a bit flimsy, no hooks in the bathroom, big shower with no shelving or anything to put your shampoo. Warped floor, loud fridge (I think) making banging noises in the middle of the night.

No one was there to check us in. No one picked up the phone. We had to leave our reservation and get a refund through the booking site at 1am. Checking closes at 3am. We waited for over 30 minutes. Unacceptable.

I can't begin to say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in my travels but from the moment we stepped into the reception office I was blown away by the exceptional service. Specifically the front desk named Hanine (I hope I got that right) dealing with him was a total pleasure: we had a couple changes we needed to make and he maneuvered us through the whole process in such a pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and professional way. That man deserves a raise! I don't think I have ever had better service. Later that night we went to the bar and the server was very busy but also so pleasant and efficient, big smiles and great energy. The next morning our server was an absolute delight and very helpful also despite being extremely busy. All in all, the service was outstanding!

We like the room, spacious and great for the price. Clean and very accessible to the downtown dining places likewise the shopping mall is just a few minutes drive. We will definitely come back and stay here again. The front desk staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

I was not expecting much when I booked this for one night but I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff are super friendly, the bed was amazing. Large soft and lots of pillows. But it was the breakfast that blew me away. Not the typical so called continental breakfast, but a full on western breakfast with bacon eggs, sausage, and coffee. Great place to stay
