I cannot emphasize how terrible this hotel and the staff are. Upon inspecting my bed I found numerous blood stains that were not mine.. And on the other bed, there were blood and other bodily fluid stains. Also mould in the bathroom. I immediately asked to speak to the manager and his front line desk workers refused to put me in touch with him, and only gave me an email to which he has not replied to my numerous requests for him to contact me. I asked to have my bedding changed immediately, only to find out that the dirty linens were put back onto my bed while I was gone. I immediately went back down to the front desk to find out why this disgusting behaviour happened only to get a reply of a shrug. I was then brought up linens for both beds in which I had to change. The towels had holes in them and were dirty as well. To this day, the manager has still not contacted me. I will be going to the Simcoe Muskoka health unit next to report the disgusting state of this hotel.

Room was ok when we walked in but I opened a dresser drawer and there was a used bath towel with I don't even want to mention what I think it was. There was grease or coffee stains on the ceiling in the bathroom over the sink. Everything else was ok for one night but I think management needs to have a chat with their housekeeping staff to double check their work and make sure they do a better job in the rooms. Otherwise the complimentary breakfast looked good.
