Monte Carlo inn is well situated off the main highway and has plenty of parking. All staff members were very friendly and greeted us each time we passed through reception. The room was quite small and looked dated. And wasnt as clean as it should’ve been but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but very basic but there was an option to pay extra for hot food.

Room renovated and includes everything you need including a safe, The only downside to our room was a very noisy bathroom fan. Ample parking, clean stairwell and an exceptional continental breakfast. We live two hours away and will return to the Monte Carlo on future trips

Staff was not friendly, no greetings, or welcome upon check in. Booked a room with a Jacuzzi, which was different from room and picture of original booking. Could not use or indulge in Jacuzzi, as water was brown and settled on Piss yellow after letting it run for awhile. Ok me blind wouldn't go down fully, tried to put it back in the track to work properly and the top sash wasn't connected properly and came down and caught me in the eyebrow. Not a good feeling and too close to eyes. I went down and informed front desk, all I got was a oh sorry, we are having work done. That was it. The bathroom door was sticking and warped. The toilet seat was so loose it came right off the bowl itself. The shower let you experience a shower and a tub bath at the same time, as drainage seemed to blocked. I informed front desk next morning of all the problems, to wit, her response was, " I ll let maintenance know." Again, that was it. Nothing more. I booked a Jacuzzi suite for a specific reason, to treat my spouse. We could not indulge in any of it. Looks great from the outside, but they got Issues. Would not recommend.

The room was dated. I used the jacuzzi and noticed some dark scummy stuff when the tub was drained. Those tubs definitely need to be replaced. The rings around the Jets looked like there was rust around them. Front desk lady seemed like she couldn't be bothered. Rolling her eyes at the group who was checking in beside me. Also not sure what kind of deodorizer is being used on the 4th floor but man could you never smell it coming to my room.
