Close to beautiful parks, trails and the bay. Industrial like area close to the arena. Not walking distance to much other than the arena. Navigating the hotel can a bit complex especially when with a large group that is spread out like we were. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was clean, even the areas that usually get ignored like stair wells. Only one EV parking space for the hotel that we could see otherwise a large amount of parking. Room 354 spacious with a kitchenette, microwave and small fridge. Dishes limited to some cutlery and dinner and bread plates. Dish soap, one tea towel and one dish cloth provided. Cups were disposable single use and wrapped. Chairs at the large conference style table were office chairs, some were broken unable to go up or down. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. The ones provided were very firm and cube like. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Pool is more like an oversized hot tub. Gym is no where near the hot tub, suana area. Gym is located across from the front desk which I found a bit awkward since there were a number of people checking in when I went to use the gym. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone I passed smiled and said hello. The place being as clean in all areas is a tribute to their hard work and dedication.

Walkable. Lovely waterfront trails and Ferry access. Pool area was a fog of chlorine! I coughed for 30 min after leaving the poor area. Ventilation issue? Was looking forward to a swim. Room smelt like stale smoke. Maybe carpet fresh would help. Paying for parking is shocking after hotel price!

Washroom was not the very clean in the room. Hot tub water was not clean either. Electric car charge was not flexible. It blames to Noodoe but it was really the hotel’s setting. Idle charge apply even after midnight. Expect you to move the car during sleeping time. Not electric car friendly.

The location is lovely as you are near Georgian Bay and a great walking path. It is easy to get to downtown where there are great shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean and check in was easy.

The staff did not know the hours of operation for the dinning room and was not open when they said it would be. They spent more time making fun of my last name and generally showing off their grade 5 mentality. Not very good ambassadors for a very nice hotel room very comfortable with a very good view.

The front desk staff was so rude to us at check-in that we didn't feel comfortable enough to stay. When I told the woman at the desk that I might prefer going elsewhere because I felt so unwelcome there, her response was, "fine with me." The worst customer service experience I've ever had, will never return. We changed our booking to the Comfort Inn up the street where we were greeted with a smile and an offer to check in early. No question which chain I will prefer to give my money to in the future.

Great stay, the location and property are in a great placed. Well maintained, great views from the room. Staff was rude - showed up a bit early and was told room wasn’t ready - not a big deal, they explained I would be called when it’s was ready. 2 hours goes by and no call. Finally just gave up and showed up, staff was rude about the situation stating that it was busy and didn’t have time to call me. It would have taken 30 seconds - not a valid excuse.
