Cette hôtel est de mon avis prêt à fermer, aucune salle à manger, nous devons payer notre café, chariot pour bagage manquant, le seul disponible sale, et briser, aucune lampe de nuit, table de nuit cheap en tôle, piscine pas d’eau, ascenseur instable donne des coups, cette hôtel ne devrait pas être offerte par votre site, vraiment déçu…….

Rooms a re very noisy, we could clearly hear the conversations in the next room or in the hallway. Only coffee and vending machine on the 1st floor but all for a fee. (Coffee is not free) 1 elevator for all floors and doesn't say up or down so expect some surprises and confusion.

The property was empty for a period. A few areas were renovated and the hotel was reopened. The rooms are well renovated and clean. The elevator however was not working. The front desk attendant just shrugged and apologized. No one offered help for the elderly clients with mobility issues with their luggage up the stairs. Other than the renovated floors, the rest of the building (restaurant and pool area) looks abandoned.

La chambre puait. Propreté à désirer. Rien ne ressemble aux photos, vieil hôtel non rénové depuis trop d’années. Il n’y avait qu’une borne de recharge pour véhicule hybride alors que 2 pour les Tesla. Nous n’avons pas pu charger notre véhicule alors que nous avions choisi l’hôtel en conséquence. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce type de chambre .

L'endroit semble manqué d'entretien ,le tapis a l'intérieur dégage de mauvais odeur et était sale. I Notre chambre n'avait pas deau chaude. Ont a du changé de cambre,apres avoir fait une plainte a la direction. La 2e étaient sans tapis et beaucoup mieux que la premières.

Lits confortables et literie propre. Petit frigo et machine à café dans la chambre. Le système de climatisation/chauffage est un peu bruyant mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. La salle de bain était propre mais elle a du vécu: comptoir et bain usés. Manque de prises électriques et pas de lampes de chevet. Pour le peu de temps qu’on passait dans la chambre, ça convenait à nos besoins.

Les plus + : La propreté était au rdv et les lits confortables ! Nous avions une vue sur le fleuve!! L’hôtel est bien situé près des restos à pied ! Les moins -: petite odeur dans l’air ambiant de vieillot! L’insonorisation est moyenne. La hauteur du jet de la douche n’est pas fait pour une personne de plus de 5’10 environ étant fixe et basse .

Old hotel that has re openned for the summer. Was told that there had been some renos done, but certainly not in my room. Decoration must date from the 90's. No lamps on the bedsides, but holes in the wall where they used to be. Bed was very comfortable. TV cable was awefull! No clean reception for any channels. Staff was very friendly.

Non insonorisée, j’entendais les gens de la chambre à côté ronfler, parler et même lorsqu’ils étaient à la salle de bain. Les portes bruyantes et claquent toujours. Bref très décevant pour l’insonorisation. DES murs en cartons.

J'ai loué A cet endroit, parce que la photo montrait une chambre avec une vue sur le fleuve, et la vue donnait plutôt sur le stationnement et je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié, quand j'en ai fait part au personnel, ça ne semblait pas vraiment être leur problème...

There were no lamps in the room. We had to get out of bed to turn off the lights and find our way back to bed in the dark. Every time one of the adjoining rooms turned on the water, you would hear the noise. When people talked in the corridor, you would hear the noise. The refrigerator was noisy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Would definitely need an upgrade as the property and rooms are very old. When we booked, it stated Breakfast buffet included but there was none offered upon check out. The entire section was closed off.

I hadn't been in Gouverneurs in awhile, I don't think I will for a long time. Old property and facilities, I felt like nothing had change for at least 20 years. No coffee in the room, I had to pay for one in the lobby... No iron. But on a positive note, the staff was courteous, and the bed very comfortable.

Nous aurions aimé prendre le déjeuner à l'hôtel mais ce n'était pas possible, c'était fermé. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre douche, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude.

Everything was nice. There was no free breakfast , but the hotel was just renovated . Should be a microwave in every room though. I believe my room was upgraded as I had two double beds, which were very comfortable

This place is, as the staff said themselves, abandoned and only opened for tourist season. Some floors are completely closed, the restaurant is closed, the pool is permanently closed, the outside paint is chipping everywhere. The first room they tried to pass us had a cardboard screwed in the bath because the tiles were broken. The ceiling showed previous water infiltration. The space under the door was so big we could hear perfectly the tv of our neighbour. Honestly nothing in this place, except the kind staff, was in order. When I learned it was still closed few months ago, I was afraid to drink the water. DON’T go there.
