Nous avons eu un beau prix, la propreté était de mise sauf le stationnement est restreint si tu arrives après 5 h00. Pour le confort, la chaleur du personnel super. Il manquerait un frigidaire mais qui aurait un congélateur dans le haut ce serait plus pratique pour congeler nos aliments.

The hotel was located close to the highway and close to a lot of stores which was good. We were only there for the night and we wanted to go get a few groceries before leaving in the morning. The hotel itself was a bit rundown. The entrance on the side of the building where we entered had garbage bins along side of it. The carpet in the stairway and hall looked old. The room itself was clean. There were 2 burn marks on the headboard and the wall, and some of the furniture was chipped. We ate at La Cage which is connected to the hotel so that was nice. We had a good meal.

L'hôtel manque d'amour. Meubles d'origine dans ma chambre, murs écaillés, manque de peinture, murs noircis. Joints de céramique noirs dans la salle de bain. J'y suis restée 3 nuits et aucun ménage n'a été fait, les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées. J'ai attendu longtemps au comptoir de la réception, il n'y avait personne, la responsable était partie fumer. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Located near plaza with subway and mcdonalds. First room had smoke odor. We requestdd another room, but it had light chemical smell. Overall room was clean, but very small. In morning we found live adult bed bug full of blood, and some bites on us. I suspect chemical smell is attempt to kill bed bugs. Nothing fancy around property - mix of industrial and shopping.

If you reserve with Expedia they give you the oldest rooms. I saw all the other rooms by staying couple days, they are newer and bigger. I asked to be transferred to another room and they just gave me the same old and small room. My bathrooms floors where not clean with other peoples hair. Counter customer service just don’t care and don’t try to help you. It’s a Motel at 200$/night with a hotel title!

The hotel was located close to the highway and close to a lot of stores which was good. We were only there for the night and we wanted to go get a few groceries before leaving in the morning. The hotel itself was a bit rundown. The entrance on the side of the building where we entered had garbage bins along side of it. The carpet in the stairway and hall looked old. The room itself was clean. There were 2 burn marks on the headboard and the wall, and some of the furniture was chipped. We ate at La Cage which is connected to the hotel so that was nice. We had a good meal.

Was met by a very rude associate. We were early and asked if we could access our room. She rudely told us check in was at 4 and our room was not ready. We asked if we could maybe have a different room. She said they were not obligated to give us a room before 4 pm. She was ready for an argument even if that is not what we wanted. We sat in our vehicle to figure out what to do, I need the washroom so went back in. I had just entered and she came up to the counter and said "YES MADAME!!!" as if I was coming in to argue. I asked if there was a washroom I could use. She felt pretty stupid for acting that way and got all friendly when she realized we were not looking to argue with her. Lucky for her we are nice people. Anyway despite it being in a great shopping district, we will not be going back. Room was nice though. Hallway and stairs are pretty outdated.

The room as well as the bathroom were really nice and clean, the staff was professional and efficient. The parking is kind of small which could have been an issue but overall I was satisfied fo my stay.
