Pictures do not reflect the actual hotel. First pictures presented are the spa and pool, which are not physically in the building, but available upon purchase in a nearby building. The « spa » on the 2nd floor of the hotel was actually a home spa and seemed uncleaned with yellow water. The « junior suite » was also wrongly represented in pictures. It’s actually a regular room with partial walls dividing the room from the rest. An overall « ok » hotel, but falsely represented online.

La chambre avait l'air propre initialement mais nous avons trouvé des traces de sang dans les draps ! Les photos sur le site porte à confusion. Il n'y a pas de spa ni piscine comme sur les images à l'hôtel, il s'agit d'un spa de l'autre côté de la rue ! = publicité mensongère. Grosse déception pour nos enfants ! Pas de restaurant pour déjeuner à l'hôtel. Bien situé, près de la mer.

The place is fairly quiet. Elevator and roomin general were not clean. We could see finger prints on elevator walls, room door handles, sink and shower faucets and the wall air condition was stained . Not worth the price we pay, minimum service, they refused to give me a receipt when signing out.

Nous avons recu une chambre (308) mal nettoyer. Il y avait des bas et sous vêtement souillés dans l'un des tiroirs sous la penderie. Nous avons laver les toilettes nous même pour s'assurer qu'ils soit réellement propre et navons pas utiliser les couvertures de l'hôtel.

Hotel bien situé, devant le fleuve. Chambre renovée. La chambre avec cuisinette comprend toutes le commodités. Grand stationnement. Les espaces communs pourraient etre plus propres. Meme chose pour la chambre. Le menage n est fait que sur demande et apres plus de 3 nuitees. Je comprends- du materiel de nettoyage pourrait etre a disposition pour les clients (ex. Balai). Lors de notre sejour, la clientele sur notre etage etait tres bruyante. Nous n y retournerons pas.

C’était bien en général Mais le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas alors il faisait très chaud dans la chambre. Nous avons appelé la réception et avons reçu un bon service suite à notre appel, malgré le fait qu’ils n’aient pas pu réparer le climatiseur . Ils nous ont fourni un petit ventilateur. Nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit. Un autre point qui a été très dérangeant compte tenu que nous étions une famille de quatre dans une chambre avec deux lits, c’est le fait que la porte de la salle de bain est en verre et que donc elle n’offre aucune intimité. Cette raison est suffisante pour que nous n’y retournons pas . Ce n’était pas agréable à gérer. La propreté était très bien, l’emplacement aussi, et le rapport qualité prix en général.

L’hôtel a été rénové récemment et les chambres sont très belles. Lit confortable. Vue sur le fleuve magnifique. À proximité des artères principales. Seul bémol pour un voyage d’affaires: les chambres régulières n’ont pas vraiment d’espace bureau avec une chaise.

Les chambres étaient relativement confortables et propres mais lors de notre séjour du 30 juin, nous avions une chambre placée à environ 1 mètre de l’ascenseur… à mon avis, il ne devrait y avoir aucune chambre à cette proximité: nous avons été dérangées soir et matin par le bruit des gens. Lors de notre séjour du 24 juin, j’avais oublié mon chargeur dans la chambre. J’ai appelé a deux reprises pour voir s’il avait été récupéré. On me répondait qu’il n’y avait rien aux objets perdus mais qu’ils allaient vérifier avec la maintenance pour voir si de leur côté, ils avaient visité la chambre en question et tenté de le récupérer. Aucun retour à mes appels. Pas plus d’effort non plus à la réception lors de mon retour le 30 juin. Bref, une place ok mais qui ne va pas se forcer pour assurer un service supérieur à ses clients. Je ne crois pas y retourner dans le futur.

Le système d'enregistrement par borne est imposé et ne fonctionne pas ! L'employée n'est pas avertie lorsqu'on y demande de l'aide et qu'il est indiqué que l'employée a été prévenue. Et non plus quand on entre. N'importe quoi !

It was in good condition and very sleek but comfortable. The check in a bit complicated since we spoke no French and she spoke no English. And could not recommend restaurants. Lobby similar to others in stark and small and dark. There was a restaurant attached but only open for dinner and a chain. Location and parking very convenient!

L'hébergement a oublié de faire le service aux chambres (ils avaient mentionné aux 2 jours et ont oublié notre chambre) donc les poubelles étaient pleines et serviettes non remplacées, literie non plus la 2e journée. Les draps ("contours"et plats étaient placés dans le mauvais sens du lit. On a trouvé un seau à glace enveloppé dans un sac noir et ça sentait la moisissure. J'ai dormi dans une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite et les 2 seuls bémols sont que le lit est beaucoup trop haut pour une personne en fauteuil roulant et il manque une barre d'appui à gauche dans la douche. Pour le reste, le personnel est très dévoué (la jeune fille à la réception de soir nous a aidé en remplaçant le banc de douche par un mieux adapté à ma situation). En général pour le prix payé ça ne valait pas la peine.

Terrible stay, the worst experience in a hotel so far in our lives. So disappointing! There was not hot water at all, hence only freezing showers to wash ourselves for two nights. The staff did not notify us at check-in. But we learned that the hot eater tank issue lasted since 10 days. The manager was not present. Nobody proposed a refund because we booked via Expedia.

Great hotel - renovated rooms and just accros the 4 km boardwalk ! and the St-Germain street that is during summer time for pedestrians only ! Highly recommended and we will be back !

C’est un bel hôtel. Il est situé à proximité de la rue principale où il y a des restaurants. Donc on peut facilement se déplacer à pied et le personnel est sympathique. J’y retournerai sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour.

It was in good condition and very sleek but comfortable. The check in a bit complicated since we spoke no French and she spoke no English. And could not recommend restaurants. Lobby similar to others in stark and small and dark. There was a restaurant attached but only open for dinner and a chain. Location and parking very convenient!

Très belle chambre, bien situé et l’accès au restaurant Paccini est très bien. Seul bémol: des verres de plastique pour le café! Et le restaurant qui ouvre à 8:00 pour le déjeuner.

Hotel is great and the italian restaurant is super convenient. Room was clean and quiet. Parking little challenging on the friday we arrived but we did end up finding a spot at the back of the hotel

Great welcome on arrival. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities , with a great fridge freezer, only missing a kettle The bed was very comfortable and a terrific shower. Parking choices were plentiful Saint Germaine street was a 5 minutes walk. We would Thoroughly recommend 666 and saint Barnabe for superb meals and drink deals
