We had couple of problems with no room left for us on wifi but they got us onto the business server and remedied that. Bed came with only two pillows, asked for extra, got them. Staff was very attentive. What I DID NOT LIKE were the spiders. Five dead in bathtub, and another 6-7 were found in the next hour. Very scary for me as I’m allergic to spider bites. Killed another 4 in the morning before I could use the tub. Other than that and a woman begging aggressively in parking lot, well fot over 300.00 it was a price gouge. We’ve stayed in first rate hotels in Vancouver and Toronto and never paid much more. Pics are kind of deceitful as 99 per cent of hotel doesn’t look as portrayed.

The place was pretty clean except the headboards. I can see why. I took a towel to clean them from the dust and they were hard to reach, super high. I’m 5’5”. The door was hard to open and close, had to slam it. The floor and cupboards in the bathroom had seen better days but the shower was hot and good pressure with a rain head. Great location close to the waterfront even though there are some sketchy characters in the area. We ended up buying some beautifully painted rocks from a homeless man. He was very respectful. Breakfast was great! Had a wonderful waiter! We were actually served breakfast which is rare! All in all i would stay there again! Also the previous guests left their jackets and a pair of pants in the closet! I alerted the front desk on our way out!

Old building but room was apparently updated. Felt safe. Security on property. Not a bad night. Breakfast was included at the Hotels restaurant and was extremely good. Free parking on site. Worth the price.
