We were given key cards that did not work, elevator not working, pool not working, room old and dirty, rust all over fixtures in bathroom and tub surface peeling and chipped all over. Carpet in room dirty. Whole place / hallways smelled like pot. Not a great place to take a family.

Parking was great. Ok for continental. Reception was great. Feel added discount for expedia booking got me a room that was size of a sardine can which was ok. But must be reserved for a certain clientele. No where to put suitcase. Ended up getting bed bug bites. Stayed there before at higher cost which was teason i stayed there again.

We are seniors with mobility challenges. We reserved in advance, and had requested a room near an entrance or elevator. When we arrived, we were told the only room available was on the 2nd floor, and that the elevator was out of order. That was just the beginning of our worst hotel stay of out ten day road trip. We climbed the stairs up to our room. The good parts were the comfortable mattress and the fluffy towels. The bedcovers were very thin and light. We needed to add towels and some clothing, along with empty pop bottles filled with hot water to be warm enough. 3 too small, too soft pillows. No bathroom fan / ventilation, and a toilet that was too low. Breakfast was only okay. There were several cold items (boiled eggs, dry cereal, breads, muffins, yogurt, fruit). But the pancake making machine was taking a long time to heat up, so the only hot items available were coffee and whatever bread products you could fit into the toaster. We noticed that the swimming pool was closed for repairs between Sept. and the end of Nov. When I asked how long the elevator had been out of order, he apologetically said it had been a long time, and that their requests for repairs had not resulted in any plans for action. Due to the stairs, we'd packed and taken our bags down to breakfast with us. As we were checking out, I asked if there was a bathroom on the main floor, so that we wouldn't have to climb the stairs again. Yes there was, but it too was out out of order! Of course it was!

We didn't like anything. Stale smoke smell in the room. Old torn furniture. Stale beer smell in the hallway carpet. Breakfast eating area has no windows so it was small dark and dingy . For the price we paid, we had a much higher expectation. We will most likely not stay at a travel lodge again. Staff were indifferent about issues with exception of the lady working in the breakfast area. She was energetic and polite.

The place is a pit. Dirty room, dirty walls, dirty carpet, sticky bathroom floor. Old curtains and furniture. Unsecure door. Inadequate electrical plugs. Sketchy power bar with too many room items plugged in. An embarrassment to the Travelodge/Wyndham brand.

The room was really gross. There were what looked like blood smears on parts of the wall, substances spilled on the night stand, carpet was wet in a spot, tub hadn’t been fully cleaned, fruit flies coming out of the sink drain. The hallway smelled really bad and we stayed in room 343. The bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way due to the sink counter in the way. At 3 am for an hour someone was knocking very loudly on a door across the hall, we went to call the front desk on the phone in the room but no dial tone. Called on our personal phones and they came finally around 4:30am. The room was labelled no smoking but still smelled like smoke and I got a migraine from it. This hotel has gone downhill fast. I booked the “business room” hoping for a decent stay and it was bad. They even stock narcan in the room for you. If you’re looking for a cheaper stay then great but it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend.

The staff here were all really nice and accommodating. However, my room was really gross. The floor carpet was sticky. The remote for the TV had layers of dirt on it and the bathroom was bar far the worst I've experienced, with black mold all in the shower. This was definitely not worth the $300 I paid for the night and will never stay here again.

The room had bed bugs. I thought I was itching from dry skin but then a couple days later I noticed welts on my arm and leg. On the fifth day of my stay I woke up itching bad and I looked under the pillow annd saw two bed bugs. I put them in a bottle then brought them to the front desk and I ask the front desk to tell the manager I want a refund for my stay. Haven’t heard from the manager yet. I was avoided.

This hotel was filthy. The rooms are dated and smell bad. The hall way was littered in garbage. We'll never stay here again or at another Travel Lodge for that matter. They've really gone down hill

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room still had carpet which had a very strong odor. Bathroom was in desperate need of an update, was clean but beyond dated and not super functional. Noise from the adjoining room was extremely loud, just talking but clearly no sound barrier.

The room was clean, I had a king size bed which was very comfortable. i found it strange that there was a desk in the room but there was no chair to sit at the desk in order that I may utilize my computer. I had to sit on the bed and use the end of the desk (short side of the desk) to position my computer. The space where the chair would have gone was occupied by a small bar fridge that was located below the desk. Perhaps the layout of the room was not suited for a king size bed? The staff were friendly and accommodating.

rooms were clean but very small.Bath room was very small and needed serious up dating.Rooms allowed a lot of street traffic noise.Had to be very carefull walking around the bar fridge which was located at the end of the king size bed ,pluged into the wall,giving you a path to the bath room of about 2 feet or less,which is not very much room when walking to the rest room at night.

Ugh, so I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a total disaster. Right from the start, things went south. Check-in was a nightmare. I'd booked and paid a week ahead, but when I got there, my card decided to stop working for "security reasons." I even offered cash, but they wouldn't take it, so I wasted a good half hour just trying to get in. And then the room? Not clean at all, and my bathroom had a leak!.

Got double billed then room card only works once front desk gave out cards to call manager Christopher Payne and both lines are conveniently out of service...... Front desk says they can't contact manager and gives false info on his whereabouts. Still fighting going to be endless stress for so called glitch. What a complete letdown shame on Wyndham hotels

There wasn’t anyone at the desk for us to check in for 10 min. We were waiting in the lobby with other people waiting to check in. The key didn’t work in the back door and had to walk all the way around the building to the lobby at 11pm in a rather run down, dark, bad area of town. Bathroom window wouldnt close and the heater would only blow cold air. Never did see the morning breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE!

First time I seen this. Check with hotel at 12:30pm when room would be ready. They told me room is ready but wanted $50 as checking in is 2:30pm. What the hell is that? Well I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction to make extra $$$. Their trying to gouging or as front desk it's POLICY. The next morning I went for continental breakfast. What a joke. It was 6:30 am and just opened. No boiled eggs, no muffins, 1 yogurt, 1/2 a loaf of bread. It's was a shame. This been going on for a few months now. Elevator still down. Been a few weeks. I know this for a fact been staying there alot since May. Your probably saying alot of complaints your staying there. It's at good location for my appointments, most hotels in tbay full during summer.

Both morning and night front desk staff were great, the hotel itself was terrible. The room was dirty, the window didn’t have a screen and was open when we got there, water damage on the walls, something splattered on the walls. The floors in the bathroom and the stairwell were sticky. The area felt and looked very sketchy and unsafe. Would NOT recommend staying here.

The hotel looks very run down and the broken window and closed restaurant didn't help. The minor cosmetic repairs and upgrades they have done do not makeup for how worn out most of the hotel looks. Lastly, the Expedia site said breakfast included but really it was Continental. There should be a clear distinction between Continental and Hot Breakfast
