One star for it being up to standard in cleanliness. Minus 4 stars for the staffs lack of caring. Upon arrival the entry way, driveway and parking lot were not plowed, resulting in a serious slip and fall at the front entrance. Front desk staff watched it happen but didn’t care at all about their guests safety. Don’t offer an apology, didn’t check on the guests well being, simply took their money and gave them their room key. The next day, staff member Alex had the same attitude towards the guest when it was brought to Alex’s attention that an item was forgotten in the room. Alex hung up on us, told us he would call us back on three different occasions but never returned a single phone call. It took two days before we found someone competent enough to look into the lost item matter. The item was located and needs to be shipped to us. We have paid for and provided the hotel with shipping details/label/info/etc. but the item has yet to be shipped, prompting another follow up from us. Absolutely horrendous customer service and useless staff.

Really liked the room, but wasn't happy with the pool and hot tub. The water in the pool was freezing cold and the temperature of the hot tub was a little extreme. They need a little bit of balance... turn the temp in the hot tub down 5 or 10 degrees then turn the temp in the pool up that same 5 or 10 degrees. Otherwise it was a great stay

I'T WAS VERY UPSETTING THAT THE POOL WAS SO DIRTY AND THE HOTTUB WAS DIRTY AND THE JETS WERE BROKEN.I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE MY GRANDKIDS LOVE TO SWIM AND THEY WOULD NOT GO IN THE POOL OR HOTTUB. BUT THE STAFF WAS GREAT.

They failed to notify before booking that the property was under renovations. The painting crew had every single accessible parking spot blocked. Which was a huge problem for me having to park very far away. They also advertised as having a hottub, it has clearly been out of order for some time but they failed to advise about that before booking as well. The hotel is far from soundproof, you could hear other guests just walking and talking in the hallway, car alarms woke us up from the next parking lot over, windows and walls must be paper thin. The sofa in our room smelled strongly of urine. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean as well, hot water and nice pressure. Overall we were very disappointed and would have not booked had they been transparent when we booked about the Reno’s and the broken hottub.

The shower was full of soap scum. The wallpaper was full of stains. One singular bar of soap in the bathroom. The comforter seemed like more of a throw, it was so thin. We will definitely not be returning.

The room was ok a side from the line for the pull out couch was stained and there was crusty sport socks in the closet, there was no extra toilet paper in the washroom. The staff was quick to resolve the issue of the stained linen.

We did not request an accessible room but were placed in one which was not desirable for two young children with the open shower. Also, I had awful allergies all evening in the room-the room was carpeted. My husband had to leave and grab me some Benadryl.

Here’s why this got 2 stars (and not 1): I booked a room for two adults and two tween/teen girls near Canada’s Wonderland. The listing said “king bed + pull-out couch,” and since the booking system knew we were a group of four, I assumed—reasonably—that the pull-out would sleep two. It didn’t. It was a twin. I’ve been in the airline industry 17 years and stayed in more hotels than I can count—never have I seen a pull-out that only fits one person. So the hotel’s idea of sleeping arrangements for four people? Cram three of us (including a 13-year-old who's my size) into one bed, and toss one onto a twin-sized couch. When I brought this up, the front desk staff was dismissive and borderline rude. Her advice? “Next time, book a room with two queens.” Great idea—if anyone had actually disclosed the pull-out was a glorified cot. Why was this room even shown as an option for four guests? In the end, the girls took the king bed, I took the tiny pull-out, and my husband slept on the floor on a thermarest we happened to have in the trunk. To be fair, the room was immaculatelclean and the pool was warm. But that doesn’t make up for a night of terrible sleep and zero customer service.

Very nice property and room. Very disappointed they advertise two queen beds in the room, and that’s what you pay for, but the beds are double beds. Too small for my family of 4 as we are tall and larger. Feet were hanging 1 foot off the end of the bed, and width not good on a double bed. Very misleading.

If you are facing the front, be prepared for open air concerts on the weekend from 5-10 pm over at the next parking lot. ‘Vaughan Fairgrounds.’ It’s loud. Connecting room doors are thin, if you are a light sleeper you’ll hear everything.

The only good thing about the hotel is the building. Poor customer service, no shuttle from and to the airport, no breakfast for so much. I was double charged and didn't realize it until later. I called and was told, they'll call me back. They never did until I called them before I was told, the bank has been instructed to release my funds, "it was a mistake" I do not recommend this hotel for no one.

Very good position, nice yard, very quiet, great location. Stuff needs to learn some manners... The receptionist very rude. We asked for 4 bottles of water (that we didn't get at all at check in) and the receptionist was very rude accusing us of lying that we did get them earlier, and he barely gave us 2 bottles. Really that's not how you treat your guests.

The shift manager was terrible. Probably the worst customer service i have ever had. I travel 100 days a year, and this easily the worst. Ill never stay at thos property again!

We checked in before the rush and had previously requested 2 queen beds. We got to our room and it was a king bed and pullout twin. When we went back to reception and politely requested two queens, the front desk agent rudely said since we booked through Expedia she wasn’t willing to give us what we requested, so one of us had to sleep on a terrible pullout twin. The pullout’s sheets and pillows were dirty, there were chips and crumbs all over it and we found bottles of Tylenol in the cushions. Also one of the elevators are down, and the stairs were at the opposite end of the building.

Property was very clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. Room even had a small balcony with a bistro table and 2 chairs for relaxing. I especially liked how close the hotel was to the Hwy 407 TTC station. Very convenient.

This property is in the middle of a construction site as our building condos all the way around and Ikea next door is going to renovated. Price for pop and juice is very high and limited food selection at restaurants with only certain hours. Definitely need a car as bus transportation is really not an option unless you want to walk through construction sites to get to the farm buses.
