This resort is beautiful and in a great location with self free parking. We loved everything about it. Our suite was quiet, clean, comfortable. and fully equipped. We enjoyed the two pools, hot tubs, and the Gellatly Nut Farm on site. The resort’s restaurant, called The Landing Kitchen and Bar is very nice with good food. We would definitely go back!

A great complex of hotel and holiday apartments. Terrific views and v well equipped spacious suites. Only down side was that pools / hot tubs were not open and a lot of noisy maintenance hindered our enjoyment of the balcony. Would have been good to know this in advance. Still a great place with helpful staff

This is certainly a gem on Okanagan Lake! Beautiful lake view, large spacious rooms, kitchen has everything you need and the pool and hot tub area was amazing. Located close to everything yet in a quiet removed spot. Beautiful walks along the beach and the adjacent nut farm. Can’t say enough about this property. We will definitely be coming back!

Would have been great to know that the pool and main hot tubs were closed for the winter; given how prominently they are showcased in the property pictures. The one hot tub that was available was in the back and was dark and in the corner.

Restaurant staff was in training so service was poor, but manager kindly made adjustment to bill. Food is good. Hotel hallways had very unpleasant smell. Carpeted areas need cleaning

For the price we paid, we expected more (cleanliness, higher end finishes (pillow top beds) and comfortable furniture. The beds were so hard we really struggled to sleep at night. Whatever side we were sleeping on would go numb within a few minutes. The floor was so dirty we had to stop and wash our feet several times a day, because they were black from walking on the floors. The deck didn't have a lounger on it, so the only way to see the lake view while on the deck was to stand. The upright chairs on the deck put the metal bar right at eye level, obscuring the view of the lake. I had hoped to spend a lot of time on the deck. The warm pool was really enjoyable and the view of the lake and surrounding area was very pretty.

Our room was filthy when we checked in. There was hair all over the floor. We were moved to another room which we found a hair in the fridge. Manager was not very apologetic, only wanted to show us their current awards. Hot tub was lukewarm and vending machines were not working.

Booked a lake-view king suite for 3 days. Lovely view and spectacular room. Very large - full kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry. Full bathroom off of the bedroom. Everything was well-maintained and clean. We did not need any service past check-in but that went smoothly. There is free parking for guests and ample lakefront, paved pathways, to explore. As lakeview rooms face the courtyard, where the pool is, I can imagine it will be noisy come warmer weather. You're not immediately close to amenities, past the in-house restaurant (which we didn't go to) but you're very close via car (about 5-10 minutes depending on what you're looking for). I'd suggest picking up some groceries before check-in. One small, odd, thing to note: the bathroom used 1-ply toilet paper. I've stayed in cheaper places with better TP. So keep that in mind if that bugs you 😆 Otherwise great place - I will definitely be back.

If I will be honest... Starting with the booking, it was quite difficult to be talking to them because they do not take notes. I will have to call few many times to make sure everything is smooth when we check in, considering we booked 3 (2bedroom) rooms... As for the inside of the suite I've seen molds in some bowls in the cabinet, some plates and pots and pans were not washed properly you can see the residue of the foods that was cooked there. The carpet was so dirty and needs cleaning. The sofa needs to be cleaned too.. It was too sticky... We used some sheets to cover we were grossed out by it. The whole unit needs a good upgrade and cleaning!!! The Coffee machine was not working for almost 2 days until we demanded to replace it because no one pays attention to it. Asked us to keep on rebooting it while it need a replacement. The only good thing here is the location (close to everything) and the pool which our kids enjoyed full day of our 2nd day. The staff needs improvement. Some are ok and smilling.

Lake location was good and great to swim in the lake. Apartment we had was a little dated and we had a view overlooking the road and the refuse collection kept waking us up. This was our first stay at the Cove Lakeside Resort and we will be back. The resort is very pet friendly and there are plenty of walking trails. Front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful as are the other roaming staff members. Our first floor, pet friendly room with a walk out patio suite had a comfortable king bed, kitchen, dining/living area, one and half bathrooms was very spacious, but the furniture, carpet is dated and the electric fireplace is only for ambiance (no heat). The resort was surprisingly quiet at this time of year. The gym is adequate for simple workouts. The outdoor pool was not open for obvious winter weather, but the hot tub is a nice spot to relax in. I went to the on-site spa for a simple pedicure, the staff and the environment are also pleasant to relax in. Thank you.

We checked in for two nights. We had no hot water or heat in our room. We called the front desk immediately to have this resolved. They were not able to send anybody for the heat all night And they told us they were unable to accommodate a different room as the hotel was sold out (which we found out the next morning was not true). At the same time, they would not refund our money. As we checked in late in the night, We had no choice but to keep the room for the first night. Regarding the shower: concierge told us to leave the shower on for 10 minutes and the water will get hot. The shower was lukewarm at best which was an improvement from icy cold. The next morning, the staff at concierge were still unable to help us. We asked about the temperature in shower and they told us we can use the pool if we were looking for hot water. This is completely unacceptable. After waiting over one hour and refusing to leave without a resolution, Concierge was able to get us into a different room room for the purpose of showering. They would not allow us to move into the alternative room. Instead, we had to wait the entire day before the heat was resolved. We did not get our room back until almost 6 PM As we were unable to enter into the room while maintenance was working on the issue. Do yourself a favour and book the Delta instead. You will not regret it.

We stayed at The Cove Lakeside in West Kelowna for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. The staff Kashminder and Jashan provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The amenities were also excellent, with everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kelowna.

Everyone was friendly accommodating, we arrived early hoping we could drop our bags off early, they didn't hesitate and had no problem, but the lovely people up front checked our suite and said it was ready. We arrived 4 hours before our check in. They were very informative and help.

I never leave reviews and hardly ever conplain but I feel people should read my review on this over priced resort. NO breakfast...thsts right, no breakfast. A truck sits in the parking lot if you want to pop out in the morning for a coffee but the onsite restaurant does not offer coffee. For only 600/night you too can pack the family up and head to Dennys. Cold pool. Thats right, nice and cold for those cloudy days. The rental rates apparently won't cover the cost to bring the pool up much past lake temps. Both hot tubs broken at different times while we were there. Again, maintenence apparently not covered. NO housekeeping. Apparently I missed that in the small print but its there...many of you will probably miss that as well. They do provide sheets and towels so you can make your own beds and stack the towels. But again....for 600 a day ??? really No salt and pepper...note this fact...fully equipped kitchens but be sure tonremember the small things. Over all the pics are done EXTREMELY well but we were very disappointed. We needed to change our 5 day reservation by one day...we got stuck on hold and therefore missed the 2 week ahead of time deadline by 7 minutes...the resort would not budge ... A 5 day vacation cost us 3300 plus breakfasts....teust me on this one...book somewhere else. Very overpriced and underwhelming...

The property is beautiful, however the restaurant isn’t open until 12 every day ( weekends at 11). If you haven’t rented a car it’s expensive to Uber/uride/cab- also sometimes difficult to get a Uber,uride or cab from this property. Check In wasn’t until 5pm and checkout was at 10am. It feels like an entire day wasted with that late of a check in and early of a checkout. There are no coffee places open or anywhere to eat after you checkout. The restaurant is awful ! Minimal choices and the food was terrible. Would not recommend at all. The snack bar at the pool is only open for a short time and the girl kept leaving. You can only buy chips and pop and most of the options were sold out. Beautiful area, pool and clean nice rooms but not worth the price at all ! They have awards at the front of the hotel for best Kelowna hotels and I wonder how the heck did they receive them. Do not waste your money on this hotel.
