TownePlace Suites by Marriott West Kelowna

Excellent property. Great amenities hot tub, gym and pool. Breakfast was excellent. Only suggestion is to keep on top of touch ups on walls and carpet cleaning. This will keep this as a top property in West Kelowna. We will stay again.

Hotel was nicely furnished. Separate sitting area off the lobby was good for group visits. A BBQ & propane fire pit in outside patio for all to use. A variety of different size suites with kitchenettes with full size fridge. Some with separate bedroom with separate temperature control from main area. Beds were comfortable. Good hot & cold breakfasts with many choices.

Great place. Seemed really new and extra clean. Nice restaurant on site where we enjoyed cocktails and good food. Desk people were very nice. Would easily stay here again.

Pool safety person was so friendly and attentive to kids on the water slide.

Probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Might be because it’s quite new, but still. Small but such nice rooms, efficiently designed but still cute! Hot tub is super hot, water slide very fast and fun. Breakfast quite gourmet considering it’s continental! We will be back!

Very clean hotel which is what is expected when booking a Marriott brand. The breakfast was great, we did not know it was included with our stay. Also the vouchers for the hotel restaurant were an added bonus. The pool and slide were great except the slide was only open when they could get a lifeguard to supervise otherwise it was closed.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, great rooms and loves the bit of a kitchen. Only comment would be the hot tub, need to fix or improve the jets.

Incredibly clean

On the first day the room looked good but the shower area had hair from previous individuals everywhere along the walls, carpet had lots of hair, clearly not vacuum in a while. Had to call staff multiple times just to get our room cleaned and they were not responsive. Had to go directly to the cleaning person who then cleaned our room. Breakfast options are terrible compare to other hotels. Other than that it was okay but the staff needs to brush up on the cleanliness and following through on requests

Location is great with msny amenities nearby. The room was large and spotless with fully equipped kitchen. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were varied and always plentiful. Lots of free parking.

Overall, I was satisfied with everything, but they forgot to empty the previous guest’s trash, and the bin was full.

Very friendly staff, very large rooms, and super clean. Enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and parking lot has plenty of space. Didn’t have enough time to use the water slide and hot tub but they looked nice. Kelowna is beautiful!

We were offered a free upgrade. The room was lovely. Bed very comfortable and breakfast included was okay. Unfortunately the room had a very strong mildew mold smell. If we stayed here again we would refuse the upgrade. Pretty sure some else already refused the room. We were only there 2 nights so sucked it up

Safe, clean and conveniently located. The pool area wasn’t so clean when I went. Towels were scattered everywhere however, the overall hotel and the room itself was clean, staff was welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything is good until we heard the cranking noise from the air conditioning unit turned on and off for temperature set on auto mode !

A lot of noise in room from other guests. Fan in room very noisy and kept turning on. No sleep. Restaurant was food terrible. Breakfast subpar. Disappointed.

We selected a room with a lake view. The lake was at some distance, beyond a golf course, but it was very nice to be able to relax in the room with a scenic view. Other hotels in Kelowna had similar prices, but not such a nice location. [Opposite the lakeside, is a Home Depot, so not all rooms have good views.] The room seemed new and very clean. We had a very nice stay.

Room was small, had everything you need but felt a little cramped and poorer Quality. Walls were thin. Road very noisy. Could hear footsteps above and throughout the hall. Pool was great though. Staff was great. Breakfast was okay- nothing really fresh- a lot of frozen stuff cooked up and sugary options. Because it was loud and didn’t get a good nights rest I would probably look into booking a Bnb or somewhere off the highway next time

My room faced the highway so it was noisy overnight. Comfortable bed, lots of room.

Room was nice, but it was noisy there especially from the room above us. Constant banging noise day and night!!!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the TownePlace Marriott hotel that we stayed at for our 1 year anniversary. Originally, we were planning to stay 2 nights only but extended it to 3 when it started raining hard on our third night camping. The Marriott went above and beyond and checked to make sure the same room we booked was available so we wouldn’t have to switch. The front desk also asked if we had other memberships as the one night alone was quite costly and was able to secure $40 off with our BCAA membership. They even let us check in earlier and had our room ready for 1pm. Furthermore, we were able to bring our dog with us and they were very accommodating and it was nice to be able to bring him along and also to the outside patio area where we ate. My boyfriend and I brought all the leftover food and beverages we had from our camping and they even had a full size fridge in the kitchenette. We rented the studio king size bed with Lakeview room for about $300-400 per night. It was totally worth it as we cooked and ate every meal except for breakfast as they had a free continental breakfast served daily until 10am. We even used their outdoor barbecue grill for our steaks one night and they had seasonings and all the barbecue utensils to cook with! They also had an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and slide! I even got to use their gym which didn’t have anybody in it at the time and was very clean. Since we came from camping and it rained one of the days while we were

Excellent staff

This property was incredible! The only downside was pretty thin walls so could hear your neighbour's easily however remedied quickly by turning in the fan. The staff were the absolute best! Felt like I was at home and welcomed every time I returned. They were so helpful, accommodating and provided the best service I’ve ever received anywhere, the hotel was lovely but they were the gift! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Staff were amazing. I checked in at midnight after an exhausting drive and the gentleman at reception very graciously upgraded me and made my stay so memorable. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast was SO good.

Was an excellent experience at the hotel. There was a little confusion getting charged twice for a restaurant bill that took a while to resolve. All else was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone that values excellent services at affordable rates.

The staff are amazing

We will be back. Great staff, beautifully appointed rooms, and the breakfast was spot on. Pool and exercise area, just perfect for our needs. Easy commute to downtown Kelowna for appointments. Guests with pets were an added pleasure! Met new 4 legged friends, always a treat.

Great rooms and phenomenal breakfast!

Pro: VERY convenient location with a good amount of dedicated, free parking, plus decent amenities for (non-winter) visiting. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Con: A/C is very loud and is showing its age. Tub is surprisingly slippery with no antislip mat. Breakfast buffet needs more variety (especially protein) and, surprisingly for being in Kelowna in the summer, not enough fresh fruit.

Nice room with fully equipped kitchenette including a small dishwasher! Great location in West Kelowna, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hot continental breakfast was included and kept well stocked and clean. Breakfast area turns into a restaurant in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast needed whipping cream for the waffles. No bacon . Could use more healthier options. No Boiled eggs. Coffee was reasonable . I went there just to see what everyone was calling exceptional. ..its not exceptional . Its good. It could be alot better in the options.

Only thing was that the breakfast wasn’t restocked enough for how busy it was during our stay
