I arrived just before dinner. I checked in, went to my room, had a good meal downstairs and then went for a swim. Loved the inside/outside pool. It was refreshing. The room and bathroom were comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep. Fully recommend to others.

OMG this is such a great place. Indoor/outdoor pool. Very good restaurant on site. Staff were awesome. We came in on our motorbikes and this was such a highlight. Gas nearby and easy to get back on the highway going south or west. Felt very spoiled.

This hotel has recently opened We had the misfortune to deal with Christine the manager over a number of issues with the hotel that they were aware of ,and had failed to inform us prior to our arrival including he following The , hotel was arguably not ready for occupation. Hotel systems were not working properly The staff were poorly trained No Fridges or microwaves in rooms Poor communication with the attached restaurant Re breakfast Rooms failed to be cleaned overnight The manager was happy to blame everybody else,but not take any accountability and yet no offer of any refund or future credit was provided. This would have been our minimum expectation and still is.

The hotel was quite nice, and the room had a lot of space, but the view was not much since we could only see the parking lot and the back of several buildings beside it. Interestingly, the room had gym equipment in it. What was quite disappointing though for a hotel that charged that much is that when they supposedly cleaned the room, all they did was make the bed, and take out the garbage, but the space where the coffee maker wasn't even cleared, or the used cups replaced. Everything else seemed pretty much in disarray.

Check in took 55 minutes , when asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he/ she was on a break . I was assured they would reach out and I was put on a list with others who were also waiting for the room to be “ inspected “ My wife and I were offered a cookie and asked to wait . Now an hour before checkout I still have not been contacted by the “ supervisor “ The shower drain is plugged so you are standing in 2 inches of soapy water - some inspection!

Staff was helpful and accommodating. We weren’t exactly thrilled about our foom being below ground level of the hotel , it seemed quite dark. The room was newly renovated and quite comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the nesspresso coffee. The only downside was the noise levels. None of the guests were really noisy but because of all the new flooring there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room. It felt as though the people next door were almost in our room. We could also clearly hear the children in the room above us. Everyone was respectful of quiet times so we still had a great sleep. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was nice.. We had a drink and a snack in the hotel restaurant. The calamari wasn’t very good. It was not crispy and hot like we had hoped. It came out very quickly as though it was already made before we ordered it. The staff was cheerful and friendly.

We arrived and checked in. After viewing the room, we discovered there was no fridge or Microwave installed. After talking to a staff member at the front desk, we found out the hotel had just opened up two weeks prior, and later in the afternoon, we had all the Units installed. We would like to thank the hotel staff for a speedy installation The room is spacious with the newest technology and with super high-tech shower fixtures, I can recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel

Newly renovated and clean, this 3 star hotel is beautiful. All staff were very friendly. On the flip side, noise insulation is poor and the (lovely) shower isn’t the most comfortable for people over 6ft tall. We had a wonderful stay. That cookie at check-in was divine.

This is a great hotel but our room had one major issue. It was an adjoining room (with a locked door in our room to the one next door), and we could clearly hear the folks in that room. Whether it was the TV and phone conversations late at night or them getting up in the morning, both cost us sleep and made those times very unpleasant.

It was still being renovated so there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms yet, no ice machines either. Just a communal fridge, microwave and prepackaged ice bags in the freezer. Not a huge issue but I would have preferred those amenities and would have liked to know a head of time if they weren’t going to be available.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk, bar and restaurant. Amazing being in such a new property too. Very well appointed and seeing our favourite amenity, a Nespresso machine, was the icing on the cake. Glen Canyon trail was a nice surprise too.

On our first night at the hotel, we were woken up at midnight to a bunch of loud noises outside our window. My partner checked and realized there was someone working outside of the restaurant. Then that person started a motorized pressure washer and proceeded to power wash grates for hours in the middle of the night. My partner called down to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do and upon checking out, we were told that nothing could be done. We were offered free breakfast as compensation but breakfast was over by that point so we got some leftovers. We weren't even warned about the noise even though the hotel was fully aware it was happening. Super unhappy with our stay here. The only highlight was a lovely employee at the restaurant.

The area around the property was a bit sketchy. The hotel is new and has a ton of basic hotel operations that they are trying to work out and makes a big difference to the experience. For the price, it does not equate to the location, the property or the experience. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. What we found a pleasant surprise was right behind the hotel was an entrance to the local hiking trail which was spectacular. To walk from the hotel to local grocery stores or conveniences took no more than 10 minutes. If we return to Kelowna we would definitely return to this hotel!
