Rolig og rent hotell. Sentralt i Nederland for dagsturer til fleste storbyer og andre landslige attraksjoner. Man må selvsagt ha en bil. Fikk stor duplex leilighet for familie med tre barn. Inkludert adgang til Avifauna fuglepark. Gratis parkering men ladere til elbilene er for gamle og det var problematisk å lade med app/direkte på nettside. Frokost er overpriset med samme pris for voksne og barn.

We booked this hotel as we wanted to go the De Haar Castle which is located just outside Utrecht. However, to our amazement this hotel is next to a Bird Park and when you stay at the Van Der Valk Avifanua this entitles you to visit this park free of charge. The reason I am telling you this, is this is not pointed out when you check-in!!!

Das Hotel ist alles in Allem ok, allerdings wünscht man sich (in Holland!) eine größere Käseauswahl beim Frühstück. Zwei der vier E-Ladesäulen waren defekt bzw. offline, das war blöd.

Waking up in the gap between two single beds wedged together is very uncomfortable. The bathroom always felt a little dirty / gross. Waking up to the birds was nice though, if you’re into that. Other than that it’s just a basic hotel, nothing special.

Der zum Hotel gehörende Vogelpark ist sehr sehenswert. Zimmer soweit ok Reinigung oberflächlich, staubsaugen Fehlanzeige Badezimmer eine Zumutung.Fliesen teilweise nicht oder nur schlecht verfugt, Beschädigungen wo man hinsieht, Rostansatz an der Tür der Duschkabine. Wasserdruck sehr schwach, Handtuchtausch ok, ansonsten Reinigung des Badezimmers schlecht, Haare nach Tagen nicht entfernt.

The free entrance to the zoo park just beside the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast 18 Euro is great and convenient. The only negative review is the bathtub and the side towel rack were not cleaned properly.

Over het algemeen prima. Er was iets mis gegaan in de communicatie wat betreft het verblijf van onze dochter (2), maar dat was, tegen meerprijs, snel opgelost. De kamers zijn prima. Simpel en schoon. De badkamer was echt wel toe aan vernieuwing, maar in okee staat.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten soweit in Ordnung, Matratzen ein wenig durchgelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war top, gute Auswahl, leckeres Rührei und es wurde immer zügig nachgelegt.

Rigtig fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Især at der var 2 rum på hver sin etage var godt for vores familie på 5. Fugleparken ved siden af var bestemt et besøg værd - også selvom vi har 3 teenagere. Og så var der gratis indgang for hotellets gæster! Hotellet lå i fin køreafstand fra både Amsterdam, Rotterdam og Haag.

Checking in was quick and smooth, and the employees at the front desk were very kind and sweet. We stayed in a family suite that was well-priced and very comfortable for all 5 of us. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and easy to use. We struggled to find a place in Amsterdam that was suitable for families and I am glad we stayed here instead, we will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Amsterdam.

Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Wir haben es als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, u.a. Amsterdam, Den Haag und Rotterdam, genutzt. Das Personal ist sehr gut, ebenso der Service. Abzug gibt es leider beim Zustand des Zimmers, da gibt es Reparaturbedarf (u.a. ein nicht zu öffnendes Fenster). Wir kommen aber trotzdem gern wieder.

Restaurant was brilliant. Reception staff were very helpful on all occasions. Room large with good amenities. Only one difficulty and that was the heating was inadequate even though reception gave clear instructions on temperature control.

Fantastic hotel. We had been travelling for two weeks and needed to get laundry done! The girl at reception gave me the address and directions for the nearest laundromat which was so helpful!! It was getting late so the outgoing waiter at their restaurant managed to get us in for dinner evee we b though it was getting late. Our waiter was also helpful giving us tips on local sites and towns to see. The room was clean, we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and beds were comfy.

The staff treated my mom and her friend like Gold. The property is stunning, the rooms are so comfortable, the tub- beautiful. The food, incredible. Was a shot in the dark with this location but mom and her friend absolutely loved every second of every aspect of this experience.
