The Clerk that checked us in last night was professional, kind & made the process quick & easy. What we did not like and what we absolutely did not find acceptable was we had to pay $9.95 for parking at a hotel was have already paid for. No reason we should have to pay for parking. Unacceptable.

Very hard to get to location-wise. You have to pay for daily parking. The staff was friendly and nice. But, will not be booking a reservation there again. Everything is an extra amenity change. I;ve been a Marriott customer for years, with no issues except now.

Great property. Clean. Convenient. Only issue was paying for parking. If they have to I do understand. Just ask that Staff make mention of it. A small sign was posted which I saw after the fact. Mention the parking and have a bigger sign. Just my opinion.

Room was very noisy with the trucks going by. We were told that you had a free breakfast in morning. Not so! Was not told about the 10.00 parking fee. Did not receive invoice via email for room. Got two invoices for 1 large bottle of water that we purchased.

The property was clean. Check-in was ok…I think that the front desk clerk was overwhelmed as there was some sort of convention going on in the area so the hotel was booked solid. They should have had another person to assist her knowing that they were full. The thing that really upset me was that we had to pay $10 to park in the Courtyard’s parking lot. We were unaware of this extra charge and felt it was unfair. We were not asked for any information about our vehicle to confirm. We were not given any sort of parking tag to place in our vehicle. It is not a gated parking lot to protect the vehicles, it’s not a parking garage, just a regular parking lot outside of the hotel so I’m still confused about having to pay to park.

Happily surprised a newer build hotel ( and not one built for weddings and events) having a restaurant and conference rooms. Real food is always a plus since sometimes you don’t want the hassle of going out. Entire hotel is super clean, quiet and comfortable. Love the decor and the way the rooms are set up. HUGE shower. Very very clean. I travel a lot, in a hotel at least 2-4 nights a month, and stayed at every price point…very impressed with this property.

Overall very clean except for the bathroom, it looked like it someone rushed to clean it. Old soap bottles and dirty wash rags from the last people that stayed in the room were still in the shower.

Room was large and clean, but the ice machine, door and toilet paper holder were all broken. The $9.95 parking fee is unreasonable given it’s not a garage, just the parking lot next to an empty field close to a Starbucks and Royal Farms. Not a high traffic area, not Urban. We expected the hotel would be in better shape given its new. On the plus side, the location was not too far from the highway and a great half way point from our destination.

Very new feeling hotel. The staff was extremely kind each time I interacted with them. The room was spacious, big TV, comfy bed, great bathroom - mirror and shower. The only thing (and I'm nitpicking) are the sheets could have been a touch softer. But this place was a solid 9.5 / 10 for the price.

Our room face the main highway, there is no sound barrier, every single cars or trucks drove by we can heard all night long, seems we are slept outside next to a highway. Although is a brand new building l will not recommend it

went to this property for a stay only for them to tell me that they overbooked the hotel and referred me to a different hotel not only did I not stay at this establishment but they they also charge my card for the amount of the day when I didn’t even stay, there wouldn’t book for this hotel again thanks

The bed had 4pillows, when you combined them they still did not make much of a pillow. There was no complimentary breakfast at all. For $180.00/night charge this was the first MARRIOT without any breakfast

It was clean and felt safe. But I wish there was a market in lobby for purchasing drinks/snacks, and that it didn’t require signing with Bonvoy to get wireless in the room. Hours and menu for restaurant should be more prominent, it was hard to tell options and cost.

Every hotel in different states offer free breakfast!! Here you have to pay $13.50 for a microwave egg bacon potatoes breakfast. Fortunately across the parking lot there is a Royal Farms 24 hr gas station with good affordable breakfast and lunch,dinner options. Besides that hotel is brand new.rooms absolutely modern and beautiful!big TV!!nice furniture!!

Even though I paid the extra $22 per day for breakfast they were not prepared for it. I understand they are newly opened (4-6 months) but if they are offering it then it should be available. I also didn’t like it having to walk through the cloud of smoke as I walk in due to a group of smokers standing by the front door 😡
