He needs to clean the room because there are a lot of cockroaches. The staff needs to be more courteous to customers and willing to assist them, because the person I dealt with provided terrible service.

Stayed 1 night

I checked in just before 3pm then that night around 11:24pm, I heard someone trying to use their key card to enter my room, luckily I had the door locked and the door hook in locked position. I had to place my foot against the door to not let the person enter I don’t know who it was and I finally knocked on the door, the person on the outside heard and stopped immediately, next the hotel night worker knocked on my room door asking if I was assigned to the room. I told him I checked in this afternoon and there was clearly a parking ticket which they give you so that your car doesn’t get towed out the lot. The parking ticket shows your room number and you hang it on your rear view mirror. After I gathered myself I opened the door to respond to the hotel employee and he was apologetic after he seen the parking ticket. He claimed the previous hotel front desk employee did not enter my name for the room. I had to sign my signature on a tablet and I provided my drivers license, I don’t know how my name was entered into the computer. Either way, I was very confused and upset that my privacy was violated. I paid money for a room that wasn’t even entirely upscale and lastly the front desk employee just seemed unbothered by his own staff’s mistake. Finally I would not suggest this hotel to anyone to book a room at this place. Totally unacceptable and very dangerous also. I can’t imagine if it was a female person then it would have a bad outcome. Who knows it all could have been worst.
