Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage. Das Hotel ist sehr atmosphärisch und lädt zum Seele baumeln lassen ein. Die Anlage bzw Außenterasse ist sehr schön angelegt und das (Abend) Essen sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist solide gut. Ein Parkplatz zum Ausladen ist direkt am Hotel; das Auto kann kostenlos auf einem größeren Parkplatz oder keine 5 Minuten außerhalb des Dorfkerns abgestellt werden.

Easy 25 minute regular bus into Amsterdam central, buses take contactless payment. Potentially a better option than staying in Amsterdam centre if you don’t want to be there beyond 11pm. Free parking nearby. Rooms comfortable and fan provided without asking when hot. I actually cannot fault.

Super fint hotel, meget serviceminded personale. Eneste minus var trappen op til vores værelse, den var meget stejl, men eller var alt ok, også maden på hotellets restaurant. Parkering var gratis på p-plads lille stykke fra hotellet, og det fungerede fint. Absolut et genbesøg værdigt.

Close to bus transportation, walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfasts included. Dinner was delicious with good variety of choices. The room was very clean and comfortable. Many good bathroom products to use. Close to cheese museum and shops. Charming and by the canal. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Min kone og jeg bode på hotellet i to overnatninger, vi var helt betaget og meget positive. Det er ikke sidste gang vi vælger netop dette hotel. Personalet var meget høflige og guide os til de aktiviteter vi spurgte om. Vi fik dejlig morgenmad og lækker aftensmad, værelset var rent og pænt og hyggeligt beligggende. Ja selv vejret var godt..

Vi, forældre, 2 voksne børn og en lille hund, var på 4 dages ferie. Hotellet er super hyggeligt og stilen er gennemført, som hele Edam, som er en hyggelig by. Fra vi ankom til vi rejste var servicen helt i top👍 Godt morgenmad, hvor der ikke manglede noget. Beliggenheden er super god, vi havde værelser lige ud til kanalerne og vores egen lille terrasse med bord og 2 stole. Det var let at tage bussen til Amsterdam. Busstationen ligger 7 minutters gang fra hotellet og det tager under en 1/2 time at køre til centrale Amsterdam . Vi vil klart anbefale dette skønne hotel😊

A cute little property in the heart of Edam. It is close to the cheese shop and a few restaurants. We stayed in a back building on the second floor. The spiral stairs were steep! The property sits on a canal and it is beautiful. There is a bus very near that is non-stop into Amsterdam and only 30 minutes.

Es war eine wunderschöne Umgebung mit einem sehr, sehr nettem Personal. Edam ist eine niedliche Stadt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das kleine Zimmer. Aber letztendlich war es kein Problem. Wir wurden liebevoll umsorgt. Direkt an einer Gracht... romantischer ging es nicht.

Da vi ankom hotellet i Edam trodde vi nesten at vi hadde kommet til et eventyrland. Hotellet består av en hovedbygning og flere små hus på eiendommen, hvor vi bodde i 1. etg. i et koselig rom. Servicen var upåklagelig, og verten tar seg også tid til å snakke med gjestene, hvilket vi synes var veldig koselig! Frokosten var normal buffet med yoghurt, rundstykker, brød, pålegg og egg. Vi spiste middag der den ene kvelden også. Maten var god, men det tok litt lang tid før vi fikk den.

It was a great way to take a break from busy cities. It was so relaxing we ended up adding an additional day to our stay. Don’t miss the opportunity to have dinner here- it was one of our better meals on a two trip through the Netherlands. Breakfast is pretty simple, but good enough to get your day started.
