Stayed here twice and the first time was really good -service was good. Second time stayed last week and the service was poor. Waited at the bar for 10 minutes even though most staff members saw me and just walked past as they seemed to be focused on the restaurant - for me, you close the bar or you man it… not let people just wait. Spiolt the visit to be honest and not sure I would come back. Room nice and big - holes in the bed sheets and breakfast was average. Sorry for the review but I was expecting better based on first stay last year

Room and shower where small, some things had bad maintenance but not to noticable like many hotels. Breakfast itself was decent. But the organisation was straight up bad. When we came down staff was chatting with reception. Several things were gone from breakfast. It took 20+ minutes to refill. When eggs and beacon where finally refilled it looked like it was already ready in the back for over an hour. Cheese and ham looked like it was not fresh anymore. Some things weren't refilled at all like butter. Cheers to the 1 guy working in overdrive to give the guests the best breakfast possible in the current situation.
