I booked the hotel room same day because I arrived at the Santiago airport a day early. They were very accommodating because within hours of booking the room they were able to send a shuttle to the airport to get me. The airport shuttle is included in the price of the room. The amount that I paid for this rule is at least equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the United States and the service was much much better much more attentive and comfortable. I would stay there again, I would stay there long term, the staff is top notch.

Only stayed two nights. It was very comfortable very clean. The staff was very attentive friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. The restaurant in the evening was very good. For me the only downside is it’s right on the Major highway which means I could not walk anywhere. Had to drive everywhere outside of that. I’m staying again.

A/C did a good job keeping the room comfortable. My biggest issue was only one complimentary bottle of water??? Seems like a cheap-out thing. Also the trash can next to the toilet was half full when getting in to the room. But, they did manage to charge for the two bottes of water used from the minibar. The restaurant is decent and the comp breakfast was adequate. Pool area was nice. I'd stay again.
