Our trip was great. So good for small kids that still believe in the magic of characters. The food at the al a carte restaurants is really good, the buffet not so much. Character breakfast is a must for us. Super fun and way better breakfast food than the normal buffet. Rooms are nice , pools are clean, for the most part the staff is friendly. Lots of things to do at night like face painting, jumpy castle , kid motor bikes ( extra $) shows , and then a kids club that goes from 10pm to 1am. We did not attend the late kids club as we went to bed early each night. I would defiantly recommend for families with young kids !

We were in the resort for 5 nights. We love that there are daily activities available for kids. The resort is big and very convenient. They have multiple pools available in the resort, private beach, baby pool, and water park. We love that there are many different options available for the kids and adults.

Positives - Aqua Nick Water Area – Enjoyable and well-maintained. We stayed for 5 days 4 night staff was extremely nice. Spend most of our time at the water park 10/10. We did the breakfast with characters that was the only thing was not our favorite but it was still fun. We plan on coming back next year.

Check in and check out were poorly managed. Huge lines with limited staff to support. Food was very nice overall and staff were kind and friendly. Pools and room were lovely. A ‘near miss’ experience of a child almost drowning in the water park dampened the mood. The sales pitch to buy into the properties became excessive.

Overall a good property. Fun for kids. The Water park and snick bar were great for kids. Only issue was a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the property was very annoying and Sales people pushing to buy prestige membership is not good. But overall 3.9 out of 5 rating for the experience.

This property has a nice waterpark that kids will enjoy, but unfortunately, that’s about the only highlight. All the kids’ activities come with an extra cost, and even the character breakfast was about $55 per person. The rooms are not well maintained — the shower was in poor condition, towels were stained, and the balcony doors barely opened. Food across the resort was just okay, nothing special. The arrival and departure process was some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel. At check-in, we weren’t given a map or any information about the resort — you have to wait for the concierge, who mainly focuses on selling activities. At check-out, we waited over 25 minutes just to leave. The beach was very disappointing, completely covered in seaweed. They only started cleaning after three days, and even then it was still full of seaweed, making it not enjoyable at all. Customer service was very inconsistent. At the waterpark, I even had to wait in line just to get a glass of water since only bartenders could provide it. Overall, aside from the waterpark, I can’t recommend this property — especially considering the price and level of service.

Staff was great. Facilities were all accessible and the activities for the kids were plenty. Food was as expected for a “Kids” resort. But had some surprises at the buffet especially that I loved. The beach was inaccessible due to the amount of seaweed, but the infinity pool was awesome especially with the swim up bar. Highly recommend for those with children.

While they are upgrading the property in spme areas, other areas are suffering. Our room wasn't as clean as it should have been, and we had bed bugs in one bed, and that issue took 2 days to resolve. Feels like this resort is ok, but it could be great....

The rooms were moldy. There were not too many food choices. When we were dinning at the Italian restaurant a roach was crawling on the back of the booth. My husband had to catch it with a napking and gave it to the server who did jot even flinch about the situation.

The entire resort was very clean and the staff are attentive. If you call for anything to be brought to your room it comes pretty quickly. Other resorts I have to call multiple times before I actually get it. The food at the buffet is very good and they change it up daily. Desserts are not the best, but the have the Sweetery, so there have lots of ice cream and other options to fix that sweet tooth. The water park is great and they have trolleys back and forth all day to take you there and back. But it's not that far and is definitely walking distance. Overall I have no complaints and would recommend and go back.

La habitación súper mal hecha la limpieza, la cama mal tendida.. dos ocasiones encontré cucarachas enormes en el baño, no barrían porque desde que llegué en el baño había un papel que no recogí y ahí se quedó los 4 días… hice la actividad del slime y fue lo peor, eso apestaba horrible, parecía agua estancada o podrida y me causó infección en los ojos!!! Le comenté a un animador y solo se rio de l situación. El convierte Rafael, muy amable y siempre atento, es lo rescatable. La comida en general bien, aunque el servicio de meseros muy lento. Las instalaciones bien.

The rooms are very wore down and you can tell things were falling apart left and right my daughter had a television problem it keep going out when we arrived it worked maybe 7 hours and then just went out and that tv was in English the brought us a brand new tv took the one that was not working down and then it was in Spanish my toddler speaks and only understands English this was a problem and I only got that room so she could have her own space and tv and we were let down in so many way her cake was supposed to sponge bob shaped it was a circle and was over charged and paid the price for the one we did not receive also our swim up pool had food all in it from previous people the electric curtain in the bath room broken just bad food

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.

It was beautiful my family and i enjoyed every restaurant all inclusive and our swim up suite was super. When we got there we where welcomed with champagne and my daughter with her slime drink. Chanel went above and beyond to make our stay very easy and helped my daughter's birthday vacation and all characters events the best experience. Ramon he worked at the beach area and at the aquatic water park he went above and beyond expectations he spoiled us.thw ice-cream place was our daily 2 or 3 tines my daughter loved getting her ice-cream and us our coffee and donuts

My stay at Nickelodeon Punta Cana was extremely disappointing. The private pool was dirty, and the food was absolutely disgusting — bland, low quality, and in some cases barely edible. The reservation app is useless, making it frustrating to book anything. Beach service was slow, there were far too few staff for such a large resort, and the character activities were minimal and underwhelming. The rooms dont look as nice as in the pictures, and the Minibars you have to beg almos for them to refill the fridge. For the price, this was a huge letdown. I do not recommend this resort to anyone.

We stayed July 20-23rd and the check-in was smooth and the room was nice but, the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud. Also, the whole resort experience 5 power outages extending up to a hour during the first outage. The staff members including security aren’t doesn’t speak English and continued to tell me that they don’t speak English so that a huge concern. I asked the Security personnel questions about the entire resort being without power at night kinds dangerous especially with small children and he said I don’t speak English. As the power continued to go out day two not as long but, definitely going out none of the staff addressed the issues. Not, all the dining places opened each day and I was told at check-in they were fully booked 400 guest so it made it really challenging to get dinner reservations even when trying at 9am when the reservations opened. They had a buffet restaurant open to everyone no reservations needed however, eating the same foods when there are other options isn’t good for the guest. It feel that if you didn’t speak Spanish you weren’t a priority when it came to communication. Nickelodeon is a large corporation and they should provide training to their team on speaking other languages. Lastly, some of the team members weren’t practicing the most hygienic food handling I observed a team member testing sauce and licking his fingers and not washing his hands. I definitely believe more training would help this resort.

We had one problem after another with this property. The room we were given had food crumbs all over one of the beds. The first time we ate at one of the restaurants, the food was cold. The other times at the restaurants the service was beyond slow, and twice, the waiters just disappeared. Let me also mention that the entire property did not have any hot water for the entire stay, and we were there for 7 days! The big question is how did they keep anything sanitary without hot water. The staff, other than the waiters, were overly friendly, and I felt sorry for them that they had to keep handling non-step issues during our entire stay.

Overall, this resort in the 5nights of stay was OK. Really geared towards kids at certain age but, what made the stay enjoyable was the staff in general, approachable & always available to assist. Concierge Vlad made my stay his focus to ensure daily bookings for dinner/events was made. Food choices was unlimted for whatever you felt like eating, hotel team always had local + other choices daily. I visited with my wife and our two kids, ages 2 and 4. The room wasn’t ready until about 45 minutes after the scheduled check-in time, but that’s not really my main concern. Overall, I liked the resort, but I can’t give it 5 stars because my 4-year-old nearly lost his life — if it weren’t for how quickly I reacted. The pool surrounding the kids’ water park is 3.6 feet deep, which is quite deep for children under 4. I think it’s poorly designed to have such a deep pool around an area meant for young kids. They do have lifeguards, but wearing life jackets isn’t required like in other places, meaning you’re basically swimming at your own risk. On our first day, we went to that water park and didn’t realize the pool was that deep for small kids. We lost sight of our son for about three minutes, and when I finally found him, he was in the pool alone — no staff had noticed. He was holding onto the edge, and I still don’t understand how the situation didn’t turn tragic. I believe the hotel is irresponsible for not requiring young children to wear life jackets.

Furious with this resort. They force you to meet with a “concierge” who proceeded to lie to us about a promotion which ended up costing us $240 more. Our concierge disappeared after it happened and refused to make it right. The hotel staff and managers also refused to help us. We are angry and it ruined our experience.

It was an awful experience, staff only will help you if you pay them. Air Conditioner made sounds all night. could not sleep. Property is pretty. Everything else is horrible. The food is not edible they cut costs so much that you cannot even eat anything. It's like a local mafia extorting you the whole time. We left after one day. our stay was for 3 days. $1200/day to be treated like garbage. I would like to request a refund for them ruining our family's holiday. Could not be less impressed. HORRIBLE PLACE!

My husband purchased a few things from them, in front of the resort’s security. Paid via cash app, we later received text messages from these people demanding more money and sending threats to us. We reported this situation. The response we received was “it’s ok don’t worry, this is why we tell tourists not to buy from them”. We were never given this information, nor were we warned by the security guard on the beach. The staff stated they couldn’t control who goes on the beach since it is a public place. Needless to say, we were extremely uncomfortable sleeping in our room due to this situation. We also got sucked in a long promotion pitch about their rewards program. They offered free breakfast with the characters, for 1 hour of our time. It ended up being 3.5 hours and they charged us for the breakfast at checkout. To save anyone from this headache, one of the packages they were selling was 100k USD and they wanted 18k down payment. Save your time!

This place doesn’t hold a candle to the Nickelodeon in Mexico. Seems like investors made their money back and just let this one go. The most unhelpful, unwelcoming staff I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, this stay was a nightmare. No welcome drink, no greeting — just rushed straight to the front desk where I was aggressively upsold a swim-out room that had to be paid in cash. Then I was handed off to a concierge who tried to pressure me into a timeshare presentation. I told him I’d been traveling 13 hours with an overstimulated child and just wanted to rest, yet he kept pushing. When I finally got to my room, the mini bar was empty. The food was mediocre, and the drinks were so watered down they tasted like virgin cocktails. The bathtub leaked all over the floor, the shower flooded the bathroom, and the mini bar was hot. Maintenance came, but somehow made it worse. No one ever followed up or cared to fix anything. Throughout my stay, I was harassed by multiple timeshare salespeople — at least four or five times. When I finally complained, a staff member pretended to “send an email” to fix things, but of course, nothing was done. At checkout, the power went out for over two hours. We packed in the dark and heat because the air conditioning barely worked. Staff were rude, especially if you don’t speak Spanish, and they still expected tips for poor service. As someone who’s worked in the hotel industry, this level of service is unacceptable. Just because it’s a family resort doesn’t mean guests should have to deal with filth, broken rooms, and pushy sales tactics. Being followed around the gift shop like a thief was the final straw.

No check out por volta das 12h do dia 12/10, haviam 2 atendentes para fazer check in e check out. Devido ao alto volume de hóspedes saindo, gastamos quase 1 hora aguardando atendimento. Gastamos muito tempo no setor de atendimento ao cliente para tentar resolver esses problemas.

It was definitely geared for the kids, but if you have a little kids, please bring a stroller because you cannot always get a golf cart and if you are all the way by the beach, that is a lot of walking to restaurants and water parks. We had a nice swim up suite and I totally recommended. It was nice because the waterpark closed at 5 PM and the pool is closed at 7 PM. Bring snacks for your kids and socks for indoor play area. Do not forget the sunscreen. I brought 2 bottles and finished one easy with a family of 3 and aloe with you get burned. Our room was clean but condition of the room things could have been repaired. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms was nice and cool stayed at 19 degrees Celsius and our other room. We could not get it to go down. It stayed at roughly 25°C. I told staff but it never was fixed. Food wasn’t the best for kids in my opinion but it was ok. Download the app for the hotel to see daily activities and when you get there scan QR code so you can make dinner reservations from 9 AM to 3 PM every day. K

Property is pretty clean ok dining and all inclusive is not so theres alot you have to pay for and prices a bit high. And dont go to the beach you have scammers that will try and rip you off for 300$ us for figurines lol.. concierge is amazing though also to mention heny and rafa they are great. Lock up your valuables thats all i have to say but if you have an issue call henry or rafa.

A maior parte dos funcionários não se esforça para ser gentil. Alguns são bem rudes. O quarto era ok, quase nunca ocorre reposição do frigobar. O frigobar tambem não funcionava direito. O chuveiro não tinha temperatura constante...esfriava e esquentava. A estrutura do hotel é legal, a praia é perigosa e é praticamente impossivel tomar banho nela. A comida é muito ruim, sem variedade e sem gosto. Meu filho teve intoxicação alimentar e teve que ser medicado.

At check-out, we waited over 25 minutes just to leave. The beach was very disappointing, completely covered in seaweed. They only started cleaning after three days, and even then it was still full of seaweed, making it not enjoyable at all. Customer service was very inconsistent. At the waterpark, I even had to wait in line just to get a glass of water since only bartenders could provide it. Overall, aside from the waterpark, I can’t recommend this property — especially considering the price and level of service.

Quarto muito bom depois de um upgrade para o primeiro andar. Equipe um pouco desatenta, mas carinhosa dentro do possível. Funcionários dos bares da piscina tratam bem somente quem dá gorjetas, o que me desagradou. Hotel não deixa transporte de outras empresas de turismo entrar para buscar clientes no lobby e obriga os hóspedes a irem até a estrada para sair, o que foi muito desagradável, é uma forma muito deselegante de forçar a fechar passeios somente com a empresa deles.

We had a really nice time with our young children at this resort! The staff are very friendly and genuinely show that they care! The grounds are clean and well cared for. The water park is great attraction! Our rooms were good size and well cleaned daily! We enjoyed the kid focused evening entertainment and really appreciated the level of engagement the kids had every night. However, we found that the resort lacks dining options and could use a revamp in the food department and was our only issue during our stay. This is not to say that we didn't eat well, their were several fun and flavorful meals but we would have appreciated more variety in restaurant options as well as healthier choices! The beach could have been cleaner - we founds cups, straws, and other sorts of small pieces of garbage in and on the sand everyday during our 7 day trip/ this bothered us because we spent our days at the beach! Also, the non affiliated vendors are obnoxious and honestly we felt constantly disturb by someone every 10 minutes to buy something. Overall, we had a great time and we're glad we went!!

Staff was great. Facilities were all accessible and the activities for the kids were plenty. Food was as expected for a “Kids” resort. But had some surprises at the buffet especially that I loved. The beach was inaccessible due to the amount of seaweed, but the infinity pool was awesome especially with the swim up bar. Highly recommend for those with children.

Overall good trip, but I think that they do need to have shuttle bus from the airport to the resort and from the resort. Also, the staff needs to be more attentive and takes them a few minutes before they come to your table to ask you what you want to drink and when you tell them it takes a few to receive your drinks. This was in the majority of the restaurants at the rest. The property is clean and you can see the they are doing some upgrades. They also need to do better with the golf court service that takes you to and from the water park. They told us it runs every five minutes this was not true because we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and no golf cutter so ended it walking over there.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I will only say the food in the buffet area needs an upgrade as the quality is not great. However, the food in the specialty restaurants are great, but they are by reservation.

Swim up bar was nice, pools were also nice. Buffet food options lacked diversity and options, overall it was not good. Only one restaurant open per night and the reservations fill up FAST. Do NOT trust the guest service people to set your reservation, my first reservation was set by them but when I got to the restaurant they did not have it so I was forced to eat the buffet again. The Italian restaurant gave the entire family food poisoning all 4 of us vomiting all night (2 adults 2 kids). The WokWok restaurant was great! For a kid focused resort there was not a lot of kid focused attractions. The character restaurant costs extra ($200 USD for my family) and was NOT worth it. Everything was extremely over inflated in price (excursions all about 4x the price, example private beach was $180 per adult, but I could book the same one for $50 on my own). Arcade area is about 3-5 dollars per game, kids toys I wasn’t too surprised on the high prices. The kids water park was pretty enjoyable. Just a short 3 minute walk from front lobby to the park. Kids really enjoyed the park even though it was a little lacking in attractions. It was just a big splash playground and a lazy river. Nothing else. The room was good and kept very clean by the cleaning staff. They even really helped us out at 1am when the whole family was sick with food poisoning and the kids had vomit on their beds. I really appreciated the staffs quick help to clean it. Overall I would never recommend it go back.

My recent stay here was honestly not great! For the price they charge, It is not a luxury resort. The food was terrible in the buffet. I actually became sick one night. I didn’t like that you have to book your specialty restaurant each morning at 9am sharp or you would not get an ideal time. They upcharge you for so many things that I am used to having it included with other all inclusive resorts I have stayed in. For instance top shelf liquor and fresh coconuts. The food was better in the specialty restaurants. The staff were friendly overall. I expected more entertainment and character experiences out and about. It just didn’t live up to what I expected for the price point. We could have went to another resort and saved thousands of dollars. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place to be.

The maní topic of insatisfaction is that various restaurants were closed. So we needed to eat mainly in the buffet and the experience was conditioned to this place.

The food was horrible. We all got sick. No air conditioning in any of the restaurants or buffet, only at the ice cream parlour. Rooms didn’t have AC that went lower than 25 degrees Celsius. All glassware smelled like fish and alcoholic beverages tasted like soap because they didn’t have enough cups and would have to quickly wash cups to give out new drinks
