Excelente hotel! Funcionários cordiais, comida boa, poderia ter opções de drinks mais elaborados nos bares da piscina, porém os que tomamos estavam gostosos. Quarto sempre em ordem, confortável, entretenimento bacana e o que mais gostamos foi a enorme piscina que permite que as pessoas fiquem mais espaçadas e mais a vontade.

Quarto espaçoso e bem moderno, o pessoal da limpeza era pontual e organizado, sempre limpava quando deixávamos o quarto disponível para a limpeza. Os restaurantes eram bons, em especial o de carnes, chamado brasas. Os quiosques de drinks estavam sempre disponíveis por todo o hotel, pois havia um em cada ponta e outro no meio, os funcionários eram gentis e faziam bons drinks. Além disso haviam quiosques de comida que ofereciam batata frita, hambúrguer, pizzas e frango frito. Os funcionários sempre acenavam para nós com respeito ao passar por eles. A praia não é a melhor que punta cana pode oferecer, mas mesmo assim é bonita, com vários tons de cores ao longo do dia. Há bastante cadeiras de praia disponíveis. O hotel conta com um parque aquático bem completo, com lazy river e uns 4 tobogãs, além de um quiosque servindo comidas e bebidas.

En general el hotel y la comida muy bien, el parque de agua muy entretenido, recomendado. Los puntos bajos: 1-Si te toca un vecino escandaloso, se escucha todo (por dicha en nuestro se caso se fue en la 2da noche). 2- El piso del parque de agua super resbaloso, vimos varias caídas, claramente mala decisión de la empresa constructora porque entiendo lo abrieron este año! 3- La playa fatal por el sargazo, entiendo afecta desde marzo hasta setiembre.

Great resort! Unfortunately, algae on the beach made it unusable. The pools were outstanding, as well as the water park. Food was average. Buffet and Japanese restaurants were good. The steakhouse horrible and food came out raw. The Italian restaurant was just ok. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and was a good value for the price.

The Wyndham Alltra was such an amazing stay. The dining, the water park, the spa, gym, resort activities was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming! I was a part of the VIP check in, and I was treated with such care and courtesy. My room had a little issue and right away the problem was fixed. FYI: my favorite dining was UMI.. the food and energy were great! The only thing I wasn’t able to enjoy was the beach due to the seaweed occurrence. I heard it’s not like that all the time but it was truly Mother Nature fault! lol Overall I had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place! Seaweed everywhere but a massive pool and a waterpark help! The gift shop may be the biggest ripoff I have ever seen overseas. $60 for sunscreen and $90 for a visor…in a gift shop. That is in US dollars!

The property is the biggest attraction! It is beautiful, from the driveway to the beach. The pool is huge and gorgeous— it curves and has a bar at the beach end. There’s another bar around midpoint and severs along the way. Little bridges make it easy to navigate. The flowers were in full, brilliant bloom (June). And there’s a resident parakeet!

Extremely clean, good activities everyday. Getting dinner was a little chaotic at times, no reservations and it was difficult to know which restaurants were open on which days. There’s no snacks, so if you don’t eat before 10:30pm the only choice is room service. Mini fridge was always stocked the next day, pool is beautiful. As a vegetarian the food choices weren’t great, but that’s to be expected. Still enough variety to get by. Shows were fun to watch. Staff was nice.

Wouldn’t stay again. Food options were very poor. Drinks are extremely watered down. Service is poor, no one speaks English so ordering is difficult and they are hounding you to take your plates. Made it quite uncomfortable. Very poor cleanliness. Bathrooms were always filled with dirty toilet paper, cleaners wouldn’t start until 10am (that should be done first thing in the morning before guests start waking up, not during busy hours), no paper towels in any of the bathrooms, and many soap dispensers out. Also noticed a hibachi guy drop knives then keep it going.

We loved the pool, it was a unique lazy river style that was great, we also loved the spa. The grounds themselves were pretty, However we found the property to be dated, and the attention to detail and cleanliness wasn’t there. Most Staff seemed like it was their first day everyday, no one was on the same page, especially at the front desk. It was clearly not running smooth behind the scenes and that was noticeable. When we first got to our room we we’re actually grossed out by how dirty it appeared. Hair still in the tub and through the room from the last people, and everything was dusty. Rooms are in need of a huge upgrade.

The rooms were super clean! Amenities are great and kept in great condition. The staff was awesome but I do have to say Christian was amazing!! He works in the buffet and barasas! Best server ever he was super attentive and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back next year!

Toilet in both mine and a friend of mines room randomly stopped working and the tv in my room stopped working properly one night, other than that i enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great amenities, good selection of restaurants to eat at and the staff were absolutely amazing. It’s a bit on the quieter side so i would definitely recommend for like a couples retreat but overall i’d stay here again

Jewel is a beautiful resort. I loved my swim out room. I loved that the pool allowed me to walk all around without having to get out unless I wanted to go to the pool bar or grab a bite. The whole layout of the resort is just great. My bed was super comfortable. I do think the room could have been just a little cleaner like the bathroom grout. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The food at the buffet was decent. The steak house and Asian restaurant were my favorite. Oh and I love the pizza there because the crust is thin and lots of toppings not the mention the best blue drink the bar tender made me at the Pizza house. Check in and out went smooth. I would recommend this resort to friends and family.

The property is stunning beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking views, and a relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. Overall, really amazing resort! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. While there, our room had a AC vent leaking water problem but was fixed within 45 minutes of it being reported so top notch customer service. Very good food and drink quality and felt safe while there. The resort can check something off for all kinds of traveling demographics: families, friends, couples, parties, retirees etc. Easily go with the swim out option if availably; you wont regret it at all. They also offer transportation to and from the airport which should be done (because leaving PUJ airport can be chaotic with just the shear number of people there). The beach is also gorgeous.

As soon as I got to the hotel, I had to wait for about 20 min for check in because they had some kind of issue, the receptionist told us they will upgrade our room to 3rd flood where they have less noise but it was in front of night club and a lot of noise, our bathroom was not working properly and our shower drain was not draining fast enough, I called and they the shower drain after 2 trying. But other then that everything was good.

Jewel Punta Cana is very much in need of a refresh. The rooms and facilities are pretty dated, and show obvious signs of wear and tear. Rooms were very average and smelled strongly of mildew. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The grounds were absolutely stunning and well cared for. We also enjoyed all of the food, particularly the two open air grill restaurants. The service was also very average. Staff were, overall, not nearly as engaging or attentive as at other resorts I have been. Entertainment was extremely disappointing. There was not much at all to do in the evening hours. We had a fine vacation, but I would not go back.

We recently stayed at Wyndham Alltra and had a very nice experience overall. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, and felt brand new. The staff was also wonderful, very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a new hotel, and you can tell they are still working through some of the usual kinks that come with being freshly opened. The biggest issue for us was the night entertainment schedule. Shows started at 9:30pm, which is far too late for families with children. Starting closer to 8pm would make it much more family-friendly. The beach was unfortunately not useable during our stay due to heavy seaweed, which is completely out of the hotel’s control. However, one major downside was that there were no umbrellas available on the beach 😳. For a resort catering to international travelers, shade on the beach is a basic necessity and should really be provided. Overall, Wyndham Alltra has a lot of potential. It’s beautiful, very clean, and staffed by great people. With a few adjustments, it could be an excellent family destination.

I am just leaving the property after a weekend stay with a family group of 16 people. The hotel is recently renovated and all areas are very nice and clean. Rooms are updated and very comfortable beds. There is some big room for improvement on the service given the following situation we experienced: - We arrived late, due to some car issues on the way, and there was one person attending the counter which was not very welcoming called Whagner. There was no food available only room service at a charge of $10USD per service and the counter was not much help. -There was caos every time we needed a table at the buffet and they did not look ready for the amount of guests at the hotel. -No premium alcohol of any kind even at the VIP Lounge. -At the time of check-out, the bell man kept our check-out slips and we were held at the entrance for about 20 minutes before the guard could confirm that they had the ticket. Frank at the door was very nice and willing to help. All this said, there is alot of potential at the hotel to be premium if wanted, but we left with a bitter taste of lack of service and organization. Hope this helps!

Check in was a disaster. They had the wrong info from our booking agency and then forced us to pay an additional $2000 to get into our room. Seemed very scammy and our friends who checked in the next day also had major issues with their reservation even though they booked directly with the hotel and were also forced to pay extra at check in.

The rooms were super clean! Amenities are great and kept in great condition. The staff was awesome but I do have to say Christian was amazing!! He works in the buffet and barasas! Best server ever he was super attentive and welcoming! I will definitely be coming back next year!

It was getting tiring to eat the same food for four days and in order to go out, had to get a car as nothing is close by. The closest was 25 minutes drive. 24 hour room service was not so great. Very limited choice and food was not really yummy. Pool was clean and a lot of entertainment on property but it is more for family and kids than young adults. I would come back with family but would not consider it if alone or with friends.

Ce séjour était incroyable. La piscine est superbe sur plusiseurs centaines de métres, trés propres ( seul bémol le chlore qui jauni les mailors de bain), plusieurs restaurants, snacks et cocktails avec ou sans alcool à volonté, un personnel aux petits soins, souriant et se bonne humeur.. Je retourne rarement 2 fois au même endroit mais là je n'hésirerai pas. Attention pour la plage, la eone de baignade est limitée à cause des sargasses qui touchent toutes les Antilles. Nous avons pris le taxk pour aller à Macao plage, la seule plage pas trop touchée dans le coin sinon nous avons également pu faire une excursion sur l'île de Saona.

I felt that it was a very safe resort. I liked that security was at the front gate and also at the front entrance and would double and triple check to make sure that the correct people were allowed coming in not just anybody could come in.

Great resort! Unfortunately, algae on the beach made it unusable. The pools were outstanding, as well as the water park. Food was average. Buffet and Japanese restaurants were good. The steakhouse horrible and food came out raw. The Italian restaurant was just ok. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and was a good value for the price.

Overall great stay. Staff is helpful and nice. Facilities are good for a family all-inclusive. The resort is pretty remote though, which is not an issue if you are planning to stay in but makes things a bit trickier if you like to wander.

Beautiful place! Seaweed everywhere but a massive pool and a waterpark help! The gift shop may be the biggest ripoff I have ever seen overseas. $60 for sunscreen and $90 for a visor…in a gift shop. That is in US dollars!

40 minutes drive away from PUJ airport. Very new and clean facilities. Great pool and beachfront. Very attentive and friendly staff! We ran into a few problems (key card didn’t work, toilet stopped flushing) but they were very quick to help us. An overall great experience.

Nice envirenment. Staff is very friendly and excellent service. WiFi is week in some places. Expedia is not providing Airport to Hotel transfer service. So you need to arrange with the hotel and it may cost you $50 to $100 extra

This resort isn’t brand new at all!! It’s just painted and rebranded. Wish I didn’t spend my money here. Food wasn’t great, and the lines are ridiculous for the restaurants. No reservations are allowed, only walkin. They charge a fee for room service and they didn’t come clean my room at all. Entertainment is blah at best. The drinks here were strong.

Positive: Great food selection, very clean, love the creativity with the central river-like pool. Public parties and most of the staff are wonderful as well. Good place to meet other people. Negative: Charged me $80 not sure why. Website and online doesn't provide email address for the issue. I'll be making an international call later but don't think it's right to not have email/online message system. Alcohol is very watered down or fake so if you have strong tastebuds, try another resort.

Extremely clean, good activities everyday. Getting dinner was a little chaotic at times, no reservations and it was difficult to know which restaurants were open on which days. There’s no snacks, so if you don’t eat before 10:30pm the only choice is room service. Mini fridge was always stocked the next day, pool is beautiful. As a vegetarian the food choices weren’t great, but that’s to be expected. Still enough variety to get by. Shows were fun to watch. Staff was nice.

Stay was pretty okay. The room was nice but we had a spiders nest in our bathroom that just stayed there all week. 75% of the staff was great, the other 25% were straight up rude. Food was okay but for the price of the hotel it was pretty on par. This is a situation where I'd say you get what you pay for

We really have an amazing experienced, the hotel was amazing, food was good, very clean, everyone was welcoming, all the services were great.
