From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the customer service was absolutely GOLD STAR level. Every single staff member made us feel welcomed, valued, cared for, and honestly… like family. The amenities are excellent, the resort is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and full of fun energy. We stayed in a pool view room and it was AMAZING — peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect way to wake up every morning in paradise. The entertainment staff deserves a huge shoutout because they truly made the trip unforgettable. The events and activities were fun, engaging, energetic, and brought everyone together. There was always something exciting happening, and the vibe throughout the resort was incredible. Let’s talk about the FOOD and DRINKS… absolutely top notch! Every restaurant we tried was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the drinks were consistently amazing. 🍸🔥 What stood out the most was how the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND in every interaction. The small details, kindness, smiles, and genuine warmth made this the best trip we’ve ever had. Great staff - relaxing (no kids), and nice beach.

The Rooms are awesome but the outdoor surrounding features such as cosmetics outside of resort is nothing special. The restaurants are at best 3 stars maybe less The is not enjoyable. They nickle and dime you for any common amenities that are free everywhere else, such as beach accommodations, house wines are terrible they charge you 6,0000 to 7000 pesos for a bottle of wine upgrade that only cost $ 7.99 dollars anything that they can make money they charge you. Drinks are not that great weak and bad liquor. The beach view is regular nothing extraordinary. This supposed to be all inclusive $500.00 night. Not worth it. They are also building a family resort feets from the all adult resort which is suicide. I don't recommended it at all l. This is realy a 7.8*.

Excellent stay, great food, fabulous staff. Only downside is the noise from the music at night, needlessly too loud.
