Our stay was good, just over night as we were traveling home. One thing that stands out is there was no air conditioning in room where breakfast was. Other than that it was a good stay.

The frront desk staff was very kind and helpfull-no issues there. However, the room was very loud all night long-literally a 1 inch gap around the door letting light and noise in. Also, the room.was dirty, and all but one piece of equipment was broken in the workout room, along with a huge moldy growth on the ceiling likely due to.the fact that the hvac system in the workout space was broken as well. As a quality manager, I would order a formal inspection of this space if I were the site inspector. Im not trying to be rude, but this is all factual and i have images to back up my complaints.

The rooms are fine, but we chose this property, from many other options, because of its pool. When we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance. If i had known, i would have stayed elsewhere. There should have been a note on the website.

Would not recommend. Our room smelled like ramen upon arrival and the walls were paper thin. I was takking to my son and my husband could hear me down the hallway. The air conditioner was as noisy as a freight train and when the noise cycled off, you could hear the phones vibrate/ring and/or voices in the room around you. Sleep was limited due to these factors. Also, can confirm pool is still empty, which is why we booked the stay at this location.

This property was close to everything regarding Ripken baseball, Walgreens, places to eat etc. It was clean and staff was polite. Everything was convenient and we would stay here again for future baseball tournaments. A plus was the pool where the boys got to cool off and relax after games.

The hotel was very clean and updated. Smelled wonderful. The bed and pillows were amazing soft. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was great too. They even had an option for Cinnamon rolls flavored waffles. Definitely recommend and will use again

The room smelled like mold, the floor boards weren't even attached, and the furniture was covered in stains! We couldn't even stay the night because we were completely disgusted and it would have been a health hazard! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Bathtub was disgusting. Nozzle was coming out of wall. Painted tub was chipping as I showered and I had to stand in inches of dirty water because it wasn’t draining. Hallways also smelt. This place needs to renovate!

Stopped here for a quick overnight sleep on a road trip. Was in a safe area, close to food and shopping. The lobby was nice and decorated very nicely. The room was nothing fancy but was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable as well.

The hotel was okay, just a one night stay. Took me a while to figure out the lights. The bathroom needs repairs. The toilet paper holder is broken and there was something on the shower drain. I liked the walk-in shower. There was a noticeable gap at the bottom of the room door.

1. The AC/heater was very noisy. I got another room the next night. AC/heater was a tad more quiet but still loud. 2. The facility seemed very dated. Old couch with stains on it. The desk chair kept sagging down (the hydraulic lift won't stay up on its own).

My partner and I needed a pet-friendly place to stay near home while getting some work done to our house. We booked 2 nights at this location and had our 3 dogs. The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites in Aberdeen was more than accommodating to what we needed. When I checked in, I let the concierge know that we would not be staying the first night but would be in before the standard check-in time for the second night. He confirmed that we would not have the pups the first night and only charged us the pet fees for the night we actually stayed. While this seems like common sense, I greatly appreciated it as (while we were prepared to pay the fee for the entire booking) this saved us $75. Overall, the stay was quiet and most other patrons seemed to be on business travel. The hotel is near a variety of dine-in and fast food restarants, connected to an iHOP, near to a few different shopping centers/strip malls, and has a nearby dry cleaner. We would stay here again.

I had a reservation and said that I had a dog when I reserved when I got to the hotel they asked me to confirm I did not have a pet and I told them I did. The desk clerk took the room key out of my hand and said you cant have that room. All they had for a pet friendly room had 2 double beds which my husband is too tall to fit in. When I had no other choice I took the room he then informed me it was $10 more for that room and a $35 pet fee. After I gave him my credit card a second time he asked me to step away from the desk and rudely told me to go sit down while he made a phone call. In the end they charged me an additional $25 not 10, I would not recommend doing business here.

We arrived very early for check-in. The receptionist was very accommodating and let us check in early and even waived the fee. The hotel itself was okay but the room was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I booked a sweet with beds enough for my family in what was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. When I arrived I was downgraded to a room without enough beds and charged a surprise fee for my dog. The room is dirt including 2 different prescription pills we found on the floor and a dirty towel with a clump of hair folded up in the bathroom.

This hotel did NOT smell of smoke/vaping/weed like so many other hotels! People did smoke just outside the doors occasionally, but it did not reek of their smoke in the doorways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not own a cell phone, so would have preferred to call home from my room, but the room phones do not allow calling out. However, the staff allowed me to call from the front desk every day, no hassles. I did not use the pool, but it was a nice pool and rarely too crowded. Continental breakfast was ready promptly in the morning. I will use this hotel next year on my vacation, too!

This was our second trip to Aberdeen for a Ripken tournament, but first time staying at the Comfort Inn. Every staff member that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. They were willing to accomodate my sons tournament schedule and allowed us to check in early and were willing to let us check out an hour late as well. The pool area was so nice and we enjoyed spending time there after our games. Free breakfast was great before our early games. Less than 5 min drive to the stadium and close to so many food options. We will definitely stay again the next time we play at Ripken!

Quick friendly service at check-in. We were even offered bottled water and a cookie! Nice, clean room. Clean bathroom with good water pressure and super water drainage in the shower. Also, nice free breakfast! Would stay again!

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very nice to my dog. The breakfast was delicious A Step Above what you usually find. The pet friendly room at two double beds in it and they were fine but the heating unit was very loud. The bathtub could have used a safety rail. But overall it was a great stay.

Very close to Ripken experience. Check-in was quick. My room was nice, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. My only complaint is I wished they vacuumed the couch. The breakfast was great, and had a lot of variety and was well stocked.
