Very friendly staff Breakfast was not desirable - limited selections. Parking lot needs to be repaved - pylons on sewers that are sinking. Bathrooms need to be renovated - cracked sink, toilet and tub. Propery was clean but needs some desperate repairs and upgrades

I love how they are redoing the rooms and keeping them up. I was here years ago and I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing i was disappointed about was that the pool is no longer there!

The Wi-Fi wasn't working the entire 2 days of our stay. Breakfast was minimal. Very pleasant front desk attendant. He came to our room to help us with the TV connection. Good area to get to hikes and kayaking

Bed was too soft for my liking. vending machine was near empty. Coffee in lobby was always running out. toilet lid had been broken and glued. WIFI would not work .. Next time I will pay a little more for nicer roo.

Overall everything was pretty good. The biggest problem was the climate control options on the air condition. The air was on when we got there, and was cool, but only stayed one temperature and one fan speed. None of the control buttons worked at all. I woke up after about two hours of sleep to a really cold room. I had to unplug it to get it to stop blowing cold air. After another two hours, the room was stuffy and getting warm, so I woke back up and plugged it back in. So when I had about four interruptions for climate control! My guess is they have another room with a similar air conditioning that they’re not using, and could change the control panel, but that’s just a guess. The only other major negative was the parking lot condition, but I just drove slow and maneuvered around the larger holes

Be prepared for a subpar hotel stay in a heavily neglected facility. While staff was pleasant the facility would send me running for hills if I had to stay longer than our one night. The most dirty room walls and maintenance neglected room I have ever stayed. Flickering room lamps, bathroom fan noise similar to train running by, dirt on the walls everywhere in the room, mold in the bathroom, dust and thick spider webs in literally in every single corner of the room and ceiling. The office chair state was deplorable and crawling bugs on the wall. The best and laughable part was the envelope left to tip the housekeeper for their hard work.I have seen 2 cleaning carts next morning but not a single vacuum for the carpets. This hotel allows pets!I pray they vacuum the room carpets but have not seen single evidence it actually happens. I have not taken any pictures to avoid being irritated but the state of the room was shockingly neglected.

Room smelled of wet dog. Very old mattresses, beaten-up furniture, and some alarming stains on the mattress in our first room. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, moved us to a second room which was cleaner and smelled better, but still was overdue for upgrades. Breakfast was fine location was good. If in a pinch, this place will work, but it looked much nicer on the pictures and positive reviews had my hopes up more.

The house phone in the room was in poor condition I couldn't carry on a conversation on it. An odd failing was that the privacy drapes on my 1st floor room could not be close. This not due to a hardware problem but rather by design. I just found it annoying but a woman might insist on a 2nd floor room. Only a gauzy curtain went across the picture window and allowed comple visibility into the room at ground level. I'll stay there again, much better than there competitors in the area.

Good location. Check in was easy. The WiFi is choppy The room was very spacious and clean except the sheets and towels- they just looked slightly dingey and had old settled stains.the windows had a sheer curtain & a thicker stationary curtain for decor- you can not close it for privacy/room darkening unfortunately. Also the window was unlocked when I arrived so make sure you check that The breakfast was very simple- cereal, danishes and a waffle maker. They did bring out some sausage patties, and eggs a little later.

No internet tv was broke and had to get some guy who came into room to fix in his pajamas at 11 pm at night, who roceeded to give me a phone number to get my internet working because that’s how they provide internet and the company requested a lot of my personal info to do so which made me very uncomfortable so we left the next morning and now have been refused a refund!!!!!

Due to traveling, we arrived late at night, and there's barely any lighting in the area which I feel is unsafe. The guy was extremely rude at check-in, and rude again in the morning when we missed the complimentary breakfast time by a few minutes. The room as a whole was great, but the staff not so much.

I grew up in this neighborhood late 60's. The area does not inspire scenic views but serves a necessary purpose. Clean rooms, quiet and walkable to town. I will continue staying here for future visits to Bradford.

The staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped us with questions we had about the area. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the warm breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is within walking distance to many stores, museums and restaurants. I’d book here again!

The hotel was clean and quiet. It had basic facilities like free wifi. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, had a desk and chair as well. When we arrived, the safe didn't work. There reply was no one usually uses them anyway. No one showed up to fix. Ended up doing it myself. Twice the toilet kept running because the chain kept falling off. As for the full hot breakfast, that was a joke. It consisted of bread, cereal yogurt and a bowl of bananas. Last year I stayed at the hotel across the street. Their hot breakfast usually consisted of bacon, sausage, home fries eggs etc. etc.. What one would expect if they advertise "FULL HOT BREAKFAST". I guess in hindsight, you get what you pay for.

I use hotels that offer breakfast. My wife is handicapped and it is helpful to have something to eat ready when we get up. In the lobby " breakfast" consisted of: A. 2 mini muffins B. 4 rotten bananas (Photo enclosed) I went back and spent an hour getting my wife dressed so we could go out to find something to eat. We ordered breakfast at a diner ($35) but my wife became ill because she hadn't had food. We had the food packed up for take out but she ate little back at the hotel because it was so long without food. She's finally recovering now that we're back home. If I had known that breakfast was a joke, we would have stayed somewhere else. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE THAT YOU OFFER BREAKFAST when you DON'T! PICTURES ATTACHED

The room was clean yet could use a few tweeks, i.e. upgrade the holey blackout shades, replace the rusty lamps and the shower curtain is torn between the rings that hold it on rod. None of these affected our stay and the price was good, needs a little fixing up. Breakfast was hard-boiled eggs, bread, cereal and waffles, no variety.
