Absolutely enjoyed breakfast and the staff. Only disappointment was the pool was not open. We had really wanted to go swimming during our stay.

We are a bet older now and look for indoor Pool which was a very nice especially for the kids they don’t care if the water is cold but being older we like the water not to put a sock your system Breakfast was good both days pool was still cold

Very clean and modern hotel, excellent morning breakfast with eggs, sausage, gravy, pancakes and hash browns. We noticed on arrival pool was down for maintenance. Was offered a refund, but didnt feel like changing my booking.

Property was very quiet and clean.Only issue was No drink vending machine on floor and Ice machine wasn’t working but would definitely recommend place. I’ll stay again when in area.

I wish they had a hot tub to go with the pool

The hotel was a perfect fit for our family. We will be staying there frequently over the next couple years. They are going through some renovations, so we are excited to see when they are done. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was a little cold, that’s the only thing that I would say could be changed. The free breakfast was also pretty good. There was something for everyone to eat. We are looking forward to staying here again next month!

Took a quick break with family to swim and hang out. Staff, facility, breakfast and room were great!! The pool could have been a bit warmer and we were hoping for a hot tub but overall we had a great time!!

Very clean & the treadmill worked great in the gym.

There was no breakfast available to us by 9:30am. As we were checking out at 9:30am or so, someone was putting breakfast items out, way past the hours that were advertised. The pool was closed. I explained to the Manager that the breakfast and the indoor pool were the 2 reasons that we chose to stay at this hotel and that we received neither, the Manager bristled and sarcastically apologized. She was not sincere in her apology and seemed irritated that I brought it up. She was rude and not at all interested in whether we were satisfied.

The staff wasn’t great! I asked for more towels and housekeeping told me she didn’t have any as she put her hand over the stack of towels on her cart. So I had to ask for towels at 10pm when we returned. The one desk person was miserable and had an attitude. The parking lot did not have enough spaces, we came back from our event and had to park in the grass along with several other cars.

Cobwebs in the corners of the room, sticky dark stain (like glue from a sticker) on the flat sheet of the one bed, broken drywall, shade of the lamp between the beds broken, unable to use the one overhead bed lamp due to broken switch.

The room was rather dirty. Lots of stains on couch, lampshade, rugs. The property was in the middle of renovations so floors/walls were torn up and a messy.

Dirty carpet, lampshade, sofa- after checking the beds for bedbugs as I always do- I realize that the sheets had not been changed and had food and crumbs in the bed- yuck - so I asked for another room, the sheets in that room seemed ok but the carpet was stained - both the hallway and room hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaning in a very long time. I never saw any mopping or vacuuming happening. They ran out of most breakfast items because they weren’t getting a truck delivery until after the breakfast hours. I also requested the room serviced each day, no soap and there were 3 of us and only 2 towels would be left. I won’t be returning to this place..

Voices were stained with body fluid and what looked like poop. Curtains had stain as well as dirty and ripped lamp shades. Clothes from previous guest still in room.

Deplorable conditions. Everything is completely covered in drywall dust. The entire lobby. No warning. No attempt to conceal the mess/dust. It’s horrible. The room is gross & completely outdated. The flooring is worn and the beds are like rocks. Never again. I cannot believe I didn’t turn around and walk out while I had the chance!

The hotel was very dirty. It seems that the halls and stairs haven’t been vacuumed in at least 1 year. The room carpet was disgusting. Someone had thrown soda or something to the elevator door and it was never cleaned. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the highway so we were able to get out of there pretty quick.

Found the door to my room propped open when I got to the room. There was a stain in tub and on the foot stool and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. However, I got there at 10 min. to midnight and my room was still there even though they looked full.

The heater clicked all night we didn’t sleep at all. Room was warm then cold we couldn’t work the room temperature. Bed was awful and basically sinking and falling apart.

The bathroom toilet seat is old and rusted on the inside. Water pipe noise from the upper floors can be heard every time someone takes a bath or flushes a toilet

The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. The only negative thing about the property was the bed was very hard.

The staff were not the issue. The paper thin walls and floors are. We were awaken at 2am by the people above us and it seriously sounded like a hammer being hammered on the floors. Called the front desk and she said she would call them. Just about back to sleep and it happened again. Called the front desk again the girl said she would go up and check. Husband by this time went up to the floor above us and ran into the front desk girl and she came to our room and could hear the loudness. So we got up and left. Again the staff were great just recommend staying on top floor so you are the annoying one and not the one being annoyed.

The room was spacious, comfortable and incredibly clean, as was the entire property! Samantha at the front desk was very personable and friendly, even coming to our rescue to enter the pool area. The pool was perfection, clean without an overpowering chlorine smell, so relaxing! Breakfast was really good, with a variety of hot items. 💯 would stay here again!

Rooms were clean, but slightly beat up. Breakfast was great. Whomever laid down new tile on first floor hall must have been drinking. Would stay there again

The checkin process was smooth. Room was spacious enough and washroom is also upgraded and nice.

Stayed to visit my niece at Pitt. Only complaint, we were on first floor and you could hear EVERYTHING above us. Walking, stomping, toilet flushing, shower. Don’t know if it was just rude people or the hotel has very thin walls/floors.

We stayed a night at this location on a trip to New York. My husband needed to work for the day & the Wi-Fi worked well for his purposes. The staff was nice. Very close is fast food & grocery. The free breakfast was okay, plentiful. The pool was open but a little chilly. One thing that upset us was they assigned another visitor our room also so at about midnight a stranger walked into our room which was very upsetting. They did comp us a night for our troubles. The vending machines were also pretty poor. Needed exact change & the soda machine was out of our first 5 selections. This location is okay if you are passing through but definitely some security concerns.

We ended up being stranded in Bradford PA because our vehicle died. We were checked in to this hotel on the spur of the moment and everybody was very helpful and understanding. We had to renew our reservation and stay a second night and again they were very accommodating to be able to keep us in the same room.

My daughter has a service dog and was told she cannot eat in the same area as us because of her service dog. That was not fair of them to do that to her. It made her feel less of a human and almost like she was the animal. How dare they treat my daughter like that. The staff is incredibly friendly, both front desk and housekeeping. However, it is very clear that the hotel is understaffed when it comes to housekeeping. Nobody ever came to pick up/replace used towels or to change garbage cans, despite standard housekeeping being requested for my room during my stay. The front desk did happily supply clean towels when requested, which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good.

The staff at the front desk were great! This was one of the better hotel stays I’ve had in the US.

The Manager offered substandard assistance. Once he observed my I.D. information his demeanor quickly changed. There was only one hotel hostess (pregnant) for the whole establishment which was unavailable when needed. Upon arrival to room we observed that the towels were enough for one person, not four as was delineated at check in. When requested additional towels, the Manager stated that they will be delivered to the room. Hours later I had to go to the front desk, request the towels and pick them up. There were large undisposed garbage bags next to the elevator doors.

I stayed here with my husband while visiting church friends. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My card was charged three times for my stay. I was given no reason as to why just that they were fixing it and that it was just an accident. It was an over $500 charge to some that may seem like not a lot but to others, it is extremely inconvenient to have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund that large when I have other bills to pay. This day was decent when visiting my college town however, the hotel was under construction and half the hallways were unusable. The breakfast was OK, but the potatoes were spicy. Overall, I would rate this stay a 6/10.

Great restaurants around the hotel and shopping

Good location. Nice views. Right next to a train track, but no trains at all during my stay.

This had easy access off interstate. Was a quiet location.

Table tops were dirty. Drive in to the property had a lot of pot holes.

Overall a pleasant stay. It’s oddly placed in town, once we figured out where to turn it was ok. Staff friendly, especially Andrew serving breakfast. That young man was respectful, fast, & fun to watch. If he lived closer to me I would recruit him!

Location is odd. Entrance is sketchy. Location noisy due to highway traffic and trains. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast not so good. Hot things not so hot. Danish stale and hard. Staff was all very welcoming and helpful. All in all...a mixed bag. Some good. Some bad.

The lobby was great, and the hallways etc- the room could have used updating. The carpet could have used a deep cleaning as there were various stains on it. The little couch in the room was the same- stained and no one wanted to sit on it. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean but the room didn’t meet the expectations seeing that the rest of the hotel was spotless. It was good enough, but I’m not sure I would stay there again. The breakfast was adequate, but a lot of items were missing… and not replenished.

Nice hotel, one night is enough. King size bed was hard for me, pillow too soft. Bathroom was great! Pool was cold water and wished there was a hot tub. Breakfast was very good! Egg omelette, sausages, lots of choices. Heard you don’t get room service every day if you stay longer. Check that if you expect room service. Change beds etc.

Overall it was a decent stay. We stayed 4 nights. The first morning we were able to enjoy the great breakfast provided. We didn't have the opportunity again until our last morning there. Unfortunately, there was a large group of cyclists that devoured the breakfast and left nothing for the other guests. The hotel staff never replenished anything, even though there was almost 2 hours left of breakfast. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst. I would probably stay again in the future and recommend to others.

Property was under renovation and construction materials were not safely stored. No ice available and hot breakfast was not available one day. Felt as though a discounted rate should have been given.
