One of the best hotels in Bradford. I've stayed at them all. It's nice having an in house restaurant and bar. My kids have enjoyed the pool in past years. Would be nicer if it was indoors for year round use. Nice breakfast buffet and comfortable bed. Great parking. Lots of rooms. Convenient to highway, groceries next door, and near downtown restaurants, etc.

They need cheese for breakfast sandwiches. I love staying in October because they always had a pumpkin waffle option, i was disappointed this year with only the regular waffle option. Another issue was the first floor...aka the dog kennel. We have never had the unpleasant experience of the first floor. Apparently this is where they keep all of the dog people. They bark non stop and you can definitely smell dog. For future stays, we will request the upper floors. The staff is always pleasant, but unfortunately were unable to accommodate a room change due to the hotel being full.

Was there a week and not one time did they clean my room or pick up the trash. Charge more money and do less hospitality is unacceptable. Hire the people and do the work. I will never stay there again.

Not a lot happening in this town. It’s very industrial. The zippo museum is very interesting so check that out. Big hotel. Clean but dated. Rugs need to be ripped out. I believe they are short staffed in housekeeping as there were dirty sheets and towels lining the hallway when we got there at 4:00. Not housekeeping’s fault I’m sure they are doing their best. Breakfast was great eggs sausage bagels cereal yogurt waffles. Breakfast attendant right on top of filling things and keeping it clean and he had a wonderful personality. It was a great price but I probably wouldn’t stay again because it’s a bit run down. Good for one night passing through

Building is old. We used to come here 40 years ago! Room was clean but bathroom is extremely small and outdated. Feels kind of like they put lipstick on a pig - but it was clean and quiet and it was just one night.

I had a room on the first floor. When I went to my room, I noticed a door that led to the outside. SO, I went over to the door & it was unlocked!!! Both that door & the room door do not self lock. So unless you actually flip the locking mechanism , your door will not be locked. This is very unsafe. I will not be staying there again.

The overall experience was good but the key card kept blocking and restricting room entrance every now and then. After hectic work if you walk for 5 minutes to your room and find that the card is not working, it is so irritating to walk again to the reception. This happened 3 times in my stay. They should fix the Key card issue

Bathroom sliding door had broken latch difficult to open. Need a warning sign for Shower head facing the curtain. We flooded the bathroom because of the direction of the showerhead. Beds comfortable. Need to tell people there is an outside door to the rooom. I walk with a cane and was assigned the 2nd last room. If I knew about the outside door I caouls have saved myself a long walk and drove to my room.

The property is well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. The biggest benefit to staying here is the breakfast. I am usually skeptical when hotels provide free breakfasts with rooms but this place is an exception. Fresh eggs (not powdered) and bacon or sausage every morning. Fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, a yogurt machine with toppings, a late and moca machine, coffee, juice. What more could you want? Also, the onsite lounge is a nice area to have a drink.

We have been staying at the Hotel for the past four years. Up until this stay, 10 stars. However this stay was disappointing. Apparently the first floor is literally the "kennel" A plethora of barking dogs and their over indulgent owners. We never experienced the annoying non-stop dog barking as this is the first time we were roomed on the first floor. Never again. Moving forrward, we will always request the upper floors. When I expressed my unhappiness with the yapping dogs, the person at the front desk was rude and offered me a king room. We had a double queen, as we needed 2 separate beds for ourselves and our kids. I understand the hotel was full, however instead of us moving the dog issues should have been addressed with their owners.

Check in was horrible. Got to the motel and was told that they did not see my reservation. Told me i would have to contact hotels.com. i would have rather been able to tall to someone instead of doing a computer chat. In the end it took nearly an hour to check in.

When we arrived and went to our room the toliet had leaked into the room! We called the front desk! They immediately took care of the issue had maintenance immediately go to the room and they changed our room immediately. The hotel is really nice, clean and the staff was very professional. I would most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

WE COME ONCE A YEAR, AND LIKE THAT IT'S ALWAYS KEPT UP IN GOOD REPAIR, CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. WE WERE SAD THE LOUNGE COOK WAS NOT THERE TO COOK DINNERS FOR US. WE'LL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!

I was in town for a wedding that started at 4; check-in time is also 4. I called the day before to see if it would be possible to get an early check-in; the man said he would put in the request and I would likely be able to check in at 2. I got there about 1:40 and the desk clerk said she'd ask housekeeping to get the room ready. I finally gave up about 2:15 and went into the ladies' rest room to dress and put on makeup. When I left the clerk said housekeeping was just getting to the floor my room was on. So apparently the likelihood of early check-in depends on whether your room is on the floor that they start cleaning! Inconvenient and not the end of the world, but still disappointing.

We stay here every time we drop/pickup our college student or visit our college student. The hotel is clean, convenient to the college and they have a fabulous coffee machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos or just regular brew coffee. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice.

We stayed here on a visit to Pitt University. I liked the location of the property to the university. The room were very clean. They have a complimentary breakfast, it is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay here again.
