The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of places to charge one's devices. Coffee pots and refrigerators in the rooms were clean. There are plenty of places to put clothes, including a closet. The TV was easy to use and new. The front of the building is weird. To check in, I parked in front of the parking garage, to avoid blocking anyone in that was dropping off anyone with a disability. The parking garage spots are not quite "generous" and there are not very many of them; there is a very scary, very sudden dead end in the parking garage and I had to make a very interesting turn to get back out of there, but I am not complaining as I still didn't have to pay anything extra to park. Although I did not take advantage of the in/out parking garage privilege, I know that it was available. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was great! Eggs, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, bagels and even slices of kielbasa were available. 24 hour coffee and tea was wonderful. The property was quiet, convenient, and clean.

The location was excellent! The free parking was awesome and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh and the area kept clean. The kitchen/breakfast workers were phenomenal and friendly. The gym was small but adequate m, except there was very poor airflow/ventilation. The front desk were not particularly friendly and there was no housekeeping at all—u needed to ask for towels and to have your trash emptied, which was frustrating since the trash cans were teeny and unlined. I was also surprised there was no microwave in the room. The remote for the tv guide was broken so there was no way to know what channels or shows were on at any given time. Overall a good enough place to stay for our purpose.

Overall everything was good and clean, the breakfast included was nice and different choices every morning (they have a waffle machine) but the only downside is that the parking is very limited (maybe 20spots) for a hotel with 7floors with 10-15rooms each floor… we got some trouble having a parking when we were coming back in late evening.

Great location. Shuttle to North Station /TD Garden. Took 5 minutes. Free limited underground parking. Staff at front desk could be more friendly but got the job done. The floor in our room was soaked by the window and closet from the rain. They told us the window leaked. Asked for the manager to find out what was going on but is off on weekend's. Breakfast is excellent. It has everything. Location Location is the best. The train was closed for repair but the free shuttle was good to the North Station.

Believe them when they say parking is limited because it is!!! Keep that in mind when going in and out of the hotel. But overall my stay was pretty good. The shower was super clean and the bathroom was fancy. My room was clean and the tv was a nice size. My only issue is the water pressure sucks!! Legit didn't even feel like I took a shower, it was like a light sprinkle from a watering can. I'm not sure if that's a boston/mass thing because another hotel in Massachusetts had very poor water pressure as well. Good price, good service, overall besides the water pressure, I would stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay close to the downtown boston area.

After walking around the basement for half an hour, I found that the parking lot was full. I was already exhausted and went back to the hotel to rest. At 2 a.m. in the snow, I had to find a parking space by myself. Then I walked back to the hotel. I actually saw used toilet paper under the bed

Good sized and clean room. My room has a dresser, which is pretty rare these days and convenient for organizing clothes and other items. Decent breakfast. Conveniently located near the public transportation (red line) and close to MIT, Harvard, and Logan airport, but is not as expensive as some hotels in Cambridge across Charles river. I was worried about parking (first come first serve), but there were enough spots available even though I checked in pretty late in the night.

Check in and check out were fast and smooth. The hotel was clean and looked recently renovated. The room was the same, bathroom was very clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Close to the T train and walkable distance to the Science Museum as well. We were very happy with our stay.

I stayed in the King size bed room for three days. It is safe and offers free breakfast and parking, which saves me a lot of money. But the noise from the vent almost drive me crazy. I couldn't even fall asleep with noise cancelling airpods. The AC is not good. even if i switched it off, it started to function from time to time. overall, i couldn't have a good sleep during my stays here.

Located close to the T and features free parking. The breakfast was good and the hotel was pleasant and clean. Unfortunately AC didn't work in our room and the temperature was hovering around 82-83F. They eventually gave us a different room which was not as good as what we booked and the blinds didn't work there but at least we could sleep comfortably.

Maybe we just got unlucky but they gave us room 702 which is right next to the elevator and stairs tucked away like a closet. When we open the door we realized it basically was a closet. Very comfortable bed took almost the entire room. I am not exaggerating. The garage would have been more convenient if both elevators went down to it instead of one. The parking spots were crammed to begin with and that was if you could find a spot. The oversold the garage and people were parking anywhere. It was a great mattress and the employees or professional and nice. Maybe if I was traveling alone and was taking an Uber it would be bearable. The breakfast was fine.

Booked a room with a King sized bed, when we got to the room it was 2 standard beds, went to front desk and was told they over booked. Probably should have been informed when checking in out of courtesy. Was told check out was at 11am but had not one but TWO housekeepers knock before 9am to ask when we were leaving. Heard the entire conversation of the woman on the phone in the next room because there is clearly no sound barriers in the hotel. Terrible parking situation with no signage in the garage. Overall, not happy with the stay. Will not be staying here again.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and of a comfortable size. The breakfast selection was also quite good. It was great that it was within walking distance to TD Garden, and although I had to cross a bridge, I felt safe even when walking late at night.

The front desk associate, Peter, was awesome! His customer service was top notch, he knew the area and was able to suggest places to go. He had great historical knowledge of the area too. We were also in a group and our room was on a different floor away from the group and without us asking, he offered to move us up with the rest of the group. If I had a need for a customer service (first face of the company) representative, I’d hire Peter in a heartbeat!

We never ended up staying because the stage collapsed at Fenway and concert was cancelled. They refused to refund anything almost $600. And it was nothing of our own doing. They also charged $50. For parking and then told us they could not guarantee a parking spot even though I told her I recently had knee replacement. Needless to say we will not recommend Expedia or the hotel to anyone and have already deleted your app.

The front desk staff was AMAZING. We had a party of 8 with 3 different arrivals and departures. They were extraordinary flexible and friendly. It’s extremely convenient to public transit and had on-site parking. Highly recommend this hotel!

My room was never cleaned during my stay. I had an issue with my luggage gone missing and the employees behind the desk asked if I would step aside so they could help the other individuals checking in. And ultimately never assisted. I would never recommend Hampton inn to anyone. What a disgrace at 300. A night. It’s unacceptable.

Excellent friendly staff! Very kind and helpful with information for Boston first time visit. Train (“T”) and Bus routes access is a walk across the street. I didn’t mind the noise from the train at all and it stops after the last run. Breakfast is also excellent. We enjoyed the Freedom Trail tour, the Boston Tea Party tour, Beacon Hill (including Acorn street), Charles Street ice cream, parts of Cambridge, and of course a Lobster roll from Courthouse Seafood Restaurant (walking distance). There are so many more options to experience, but we only had 1 full day. Thank You Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge for making our experience Excellent!!

Very clean! Bed was very comfortable. Parking is in a garage attached to the hotel, very convenient! The subway is across the way so getting anywhere is easy. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but it was free. Definitely worth the stay if you want to see a game and not pay ridiculous prices. Fenway is about a 20 min ride on the subway.

We stayed to see an event at TD Garden. We don't do rideshare and didn't want to walk to the venue, which is a 25 min walk from the hotel. When I looked online it said 4 min walk to the Lechmere T Station. Turned out is was 1 min because the hotel statf let us know that the T is diagonally across the street from the hotel. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had at a no frills, super convenient hotel stay. The free breakfast was an added bonus and was actually good! The staff from greeting to check out were amazing and the room was very clean. Will stay again and highly recommend for anyone that wants a clean comfy room and isn't expecting a high end experience for a very affordable room in Boston close to a T station line, that will get you to most of the cities major attractions.

It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with a subway station and bus stop right next door, which was incredibly convenient. We parked our car in the parking lot and used public transportation only, thanks to purchasing a CharlieCard for our time in Boston. All the major attractions were very close by, making accessibility excellent, and there are plenty of CVS stores and delicious local restaurants within walking distance.

The location was excellent! The free parking was awesome and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh and the area kept clean. The kitchen/breakfast workers were phenomenal and friendly. The gym was small but adequate m, except there was very poor airflow/ventilation. The front desk were not particularly friendly and there was no housekeeping at all—u needed to ask for towels and to have your trash emptied, which was frustrating since the trash cans were teeny and unlined. I was also surprised there was no microwave in the room. The remote for the tv guide was broken so there was no way to know what channels or shows were on at any given time. Overall a good enough place to stay for our purpose.

This property was convenient to what we were planning for that weekend. And I also did like the fact that the parking was free instead of having to pay hotel fees and then a parking fee. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only suggestion I could make is for the breakfast that’s included. The coffee needs to be better.

Great location. Shuttle to North Station /TD Garden. Took 5 minutes. Free limited underground parking. Staff at front desk could be more friendly but got the job done. The floor in our room was soaked by the window and closet from the rain. They told us the window leaked. Asked for the manager to find out what was going on but is off on weekend's. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and of a comfortable size. The breakfast selection was also quite good. It was great that it was within walking distance to TD Garden, and although I had to cross a bridge, I felt safe even when walking late at night.

The hotel offers an excellent option to avoid astronomical parking fees in Boston downtown. We are very active people. So to walk from the hotel to Boston was a hoot an half. For the folks with mobility issues, you have the metro system just a few meters from the hotel. It only takes 4 stations to be in downtown and you can pay using your credit card. Boston is an amazing city and our hotel location was definitely a plus. About two kilometres away, you will arrive to the vibrant Little Italy where you can find a myriad of Italian American delicacies. Just outside Little Italy, you can access the public market and Quincy Market. I went off topic, the room in the hotel was spacious and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was solid and there is always bananas and apples available during the day and night. The hotel is bang on in terms of quality and price. The gym is the only under the average, the hotel could do much better adding spaces and elastic sets.
