The room was basically clean, but not thoroughly. Dirt on the bottom of the bathroom door. Shower not thoroughly clean. The smoke alarm was missing with wires hanging out of the wall. They charged $5 a day parking for a lot that was mainly empty. That fee was not disclosed at booking. I will definitely not stay there again or recommend.

I was very disappointed in this Hampton Inn, it had a 8.5 star rating and I left out of here not understand how or why. The rooms were dirty and outdated. The staff was friendly! And for you traveling with pets, $75 dollar fee (non-refundable)!

Pros: breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. Fitness room was open and had water and working tv. Rooms fine. Cons: no swimming pool despite it being listed. I had to pay for parking despite it being listed as free and “self park”. Trash in the parking lot.

The pet fee for one night was excessive. There were a handful of coins and some sort of pill found on the floor as if no one had cleaned the room. The dog almost ate the unknown pill. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. I complained and the manager was supposed to call me when she got to work. She didn’t. I called twice and left a detailed voicemail for the manager and she never called me back.

The room was very clean, BUT it had a very strong MILDEW smell. I attempted to get another room, same MILDEW smell. The staff tried to accomodate, and was aware of the issue. I will not stay there again. Air Quality was HORRIBLE

Room smelled like mold and was very damp. The smell was so strong I had a hard time sleeping. Bathroom was not cleaned well. 2inch centipede came out from under my child’s pillow. Front desk staff was helpful when I brought up our concerns and moved us to a clean room but the smell of mold and dampness was also in that room.

This hotel was the worst Hampton Inn we have stayed in. We had 2 rooms. Both smelled moldy and had damp carpets. One room had mold in the bathroom and the shower head was broken. No shampoo. We are not people who are fussy but this hotel needs serious work.

The hotel is closing very soon as a new building is being put up next-door. The room was musty on the first floor it had rained we checked in at midnight they said they would’ve tried to move us to another room upstairs, but it was very late. they should not have rented out the first floor at all… The breakfast in lobby the next day were fine.

Was an overnite stay traveling south on 95. Soon as we walked in and saw the extremely dirty welcome carpets I knew it wasn’t going to be good. That’s a first impression when checking in. The room looked clean but extremely humid from the AC unit, even towels in the bathroom seemed gross. Hair in tub and on sink area, total turn off. Worst was 2 dirty towels on the hook behind the bathroom door. So not up to Hampton Inn or Hilton standards. Have stayed on other Hampton Inns with no issues. Hotel needs updating for sure.

Coffee maker wasn’t clean, single cup machine but was already filled with water. I dumped the water out and it was brown. Moved nightstand to plug in phone charger, was filthy dirty around plug.

Overall the stay was good. Your normal breakfast items. It was clean and the rooms were good. It was a little noisy at night and early morning while sleeping because of people slamming door closed.

Staff was polite, bed was clean. The facility needs to be updated. The place looked warn with stains, toilets that rocked, bad paint jobs, simply old and outdated. The place is very small, maybe 5 tables and a few barstools outside of the rooms. We had several rooms in our party and nowhere to gather. It was ok, but won’t go back.

The room that I was in did not get below 73 and it was very stuffy. There was a large gap in the door and frame you could fit a hanger in and flip the lock open. When checking into the hotel I had to search for someone to be able to check me in it took about 15 mins to locate someone

The hotel needs a major restoration. The walls are super thin and the shutting of doors woke me up multiple times during the night. TV options were very basic with no streaming apps. The included breakfast did not have any staff to keep food/drinks/condiments stocked like I've seen at other Hilton hotels. Some of the "hot" food was uncovered and cold. The kitchen/eating area was small/crowded. The hotel is dingy and one of the grossest things was the carpet in our room felt damp. I'm glad we only had to stay 1 night.

Things were mostly fine with the staff and cleanliness, but the room I got this time was clearly well used, the HVAC unit did not have a functioning control panel. The shower curtain rod sagged meaning the curtain wouldn't stay closed, and there was a LOT of noise coming from the lobby area which was really close. For $200 a night, I would expect a much better experience.

Two bed room... beds were not comfortable. We had to ask for towels. We complained about horrible noise elevator 2x. Front said it was okay. The next morning myself and another guest were stuck in the elevator for short period before it started moving - we could not open the door until the elevator finally stopped at 1st floor. (Only 2 floors) The front desk then called for service. Red MESSAGE LIGHT on phone remained on our entire visit. New messages could not be returned because we could not determine there were new messages. For whatever reason the tub faust got stuck on hot when we first turned it on. Because chambermaids shut the tub drain the tub started to fill immediately. We immediately called for help. I was able to open the drain under hot water and managed to finally unstick faust before someone arrived. Overall, after over 25-30 years of traveling weekly and staying in hotels, this was one of my worst hotel experiences.

Your reception person Elly was fabulous. She turned my sour lemon stay into one of lemonade. She was the only staff on duty when I checked in. Once I got to my room, I had a sour odor coming from my refrigerator (the freezer)section . I went back to the front desk and Elly immediately came down and cleaned out the freezer and with that I noticed that the air conditioner was not working she tried and told me, let’s give it 15 minutes maybe to recycle and in the meantime I will reach out to my manager. In 15 minutes I called Elly back and told her that it was still not working. Again she immediately came down and started checking things again and with her manager on the phone she was actually laying on the floor looking for a plug or a breaker to possibly reset it, that didn’t work but she was able to get me a table top fan from the laundry room, which was able to keep the air circulating in the room. I am a retired tradesman and I understand things happen, but your employee went above and beyond to make it comfortable for me. I do hope that your company recognizes the value of this employee. Check in and check out were very easy. The staff was very friendly and sent text messages checking to see if everything was ok. They had a coffee bar that was open 24hours which was very nice. The room was clean and very quiet. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will come back again.
