The room was clean and neat. The two biggest areas of concern/disappointment were: 1. The front entrance. At night, in the rain, it was difficult to even know that was the main entrance. The doors had to be opened by hand, no automatic open or even a button to push. My sister had a walker and I had the luggage. Had to put things down to open and hold the door. Definitely NOT handicap accessible!! 2. It advertises breakfast and you can have a bag breakfast, but really??? No place to sit in the lobby, despite the big empty area.

We decided to take an impromptu trip to the casino for the weekend. We normally stay at the casino but it was sold out. Several other familiar hotels were also booked so we decided to try here. It was extremely clean, the hotel staff were constantly mopping the lobby and elevator. The room and bathroom was very clean. The decor was cute.We arrived late and our room was on the first floor right near lobby. We did not hear any noise. They had underground parking because the lot was full when we arrived. The staff were friendly and professional! I would definitely stay again!

Very Clean and staff was very helpful when I needed to change my check in date. The negative was that we could hear the people in the room above us walking! I felt like I was in an apartment, not hotel. It was bare-bone amenities (no phone charger access as an example) which I didn't think warranted the price of the hotel stay.

Very spacious room and although basic, all one would need after a very lengthy day. Plenty of sockets/power outlets everywhere around the room, as well as USB points. Very comfortable bed and excellent pillow quality. Exceptional attention to detail and the sweetest artistic touch by the housekeeping staff. (see image). So cute and unexpected - but much appreciated. Scrupulously clean linen and towels. Necessary amenities in the bathroom, soap, shower gel and a combined shampoo/conditioner. Body lotion was a nice touch too. "Breakfast" leaves much to be desired; especially if you are, celiac, gluten or lactose free, paleo, or low carb of any kind. An apple was all there was for me. But there are plenty of dining options in the vicinity. External and internal parking and plenty of it. All in all highly recommended.

Very clean and spacious. The bathroom was immaculate and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The only thing that my wife and I didn't find to be exceptional was the bed. It wasn't in bad shape or anything, it was just too firm for our liking.

Very nice stay. super clean rooms. Carlos at the front desk for checkin was incredibly kind and the checkin process was smooth. his professionalism and customer service skills are commendable. The rooms were clean and the bed really soft. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was good ceareal, bagels with creamcheese, coffee, and juice. Comfortable seating in the front for breakfast. convenient guest laundry and easy commuting around Dover and surrounding areas.

Unfriendly front desk staff, and unhelpful. We had no hair dryer in our room. She didn’t even offer to give us one. I had to ask after I told her. Why else would I be telling her?!? Then, she gives me one and angril tells me to “bring it right back”. Guess what, it didn’t even work lol!! Also, the “free continental breakfast” consisted of….nothing, there was NOTHING!!!!

Waited for 30 minutes trying to get checked into the room with a staff person who is here by herself and has no idea what she is doing!!!! She said this is her second day on the job and they have her running the entire front desk by herself! Very disappointing experience.

No one at desk when we arrived. Had to ring bell several times. No bathroom available in lobby. Staff in pajamas. Said there was a grab and go breakfast but nothing was out. Sign said to go to reservation desk if you want breakfast. Rang bell several times, no one showed up. When checking out we rang bell. Day staff in what looked like pajamas too. Very poor customer service

The best feature for me for this location is the walktrail directly connected in the back of the hotel it goes along the marsh and through a nice set of nature makes for a great early AM sunrise walk.

Staff was not available when we arrived, waited 10 minutes to checkin. Ridiculous breakfast in a bag, yogurt, granola bar, water and package of muffins. No coffee maker in room. TV didn't work and staff was no help. Room was shoebox size. For the price we paid, this was not worth it. Will not stay again nor recommend it.
