The facility needs a face lift and a good thorough cleaning. There was a roach on the elevator button. We noticed blood on the wall in our room. There is paint chipping in some places throughout the facility. The ice machine area was very unwelcoming. We were told that the vending machine was not being stocked because there is a 711 convenience store across the parking lot. The building over was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

It was not a good stay. The young man did not inform us that the elevator was broken until after we paid and we were on the 3rd floor...My 90 year old grandmother was with me. I was getting luggage out of the car at 9:15pm and the sign on door said the main doors lock at 10:00pm and when i was coming back inside with luggage, the main doors were magically locked. Thankfully i had my key..... was that to purposely inconvenience me? The next morning when i was bringing the luggage to the car (mind you i am making 3-4 trips as we had a dog with us too) and i got back up to the room and my room key stopped working almost as if someone deactivated it on purpose to inconvenience me again, forcing me to speak to the young man at the desk who i already felt was trying to have unnecessary conversations with me. The breakfast area is tiny and i mean tiny and as i was making my last coffee for the road, the same young man was reaching over me and around me to pick up because breakfast was over.... i was almost done making my coffee... and the room was so tiny. Awful stay. That young man made me very uncomfortable.

And unlike other locations, they will not hold your luggage without a cost if you happen to be checking out early but heading to an event. There is a late checkout fee which I was not aware of. If you are checking out beyond 11aam, let's say 1:00pm, it is $20 and after 3:00pm it is $30.

check-in took forever and was unnecessarily long, person at the front desk asked many personal questions. made us wait for a clean room even though we arrived on time, once we got into our room both of the beds were dirty. we called the front desk and the lady came down with a cleaner. The cleaner unmade the beds in front of us and kept giving us dirty looks and was very aggressive and rough with the way she made the bed and neither one of them greeted us or talked to us at all. We felt very uncomfortable. There was hair all over the bathroom. Floor was unclean. Bathtub had sand or dirt in it. Tried to call the front desk to switch rooms, said none were available. Hallway smelled like smoke. Very noisy neighbors fighting. as well as hearing the elevator all throughout the night. It was a horrible stay.

This hotel is easy to find, great parking and friendly staff. The hotel has all new bedding, towels, and looks like the place is getting upgrades. Its apparent that this is a well used location. Very clean, sanitary and safe location. Love that the key card entry starts at dusk! Keep up the great work!

At check in I asked to use a card not on my app and they still charge that card. Got to our room and the gap was so bad you could see light through it, outside noise was so bad I thought the windows were open and our bath tub had a weak spot in the middle that looked like it had been fixed and didn’t hold up. Oh and no in room coffee pot

We had a one night stay. Area around hotel was clean. Plenty of parking. There's a 7-Eleven and beverage store nearby. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was not desirable. Didn't have a great selection of food to choose from. Room was just ok. Roomy thruout, but floor in room was very unleveled. Some parts of it were sunken in, while some parts were elevated. Bathroom was extremely small. In order to move around after showering, you would have to keep the door closed as the tub was behind the door of the bathroom. Towels and washcloths were soft. Bed and pillows were soft. It was ok for the one night we stayed.

Property was ok. Bathroom in room was tight and very small spaced. Showerhead was eh!!! Bed was comfortable. The floor in our room was unleveled in my opinion. Did have a light smell of cigarettes but was advertised as a non-smoking room. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Parking was plentiful. Only stayed one night so it was decent for the price we paid. May stay here again if we have a short stay.

For the price, I expected a waffle maker, eggs and a protein. Nope, only cold items.and according to the sign, guests are held hostage to eat their breakfast Fridge and freezer didn't cool, much less freeze. Not the hotel's fault, but if you'd like a quieter experience, ask for a room NOT street side. Seems like the stretch of hwy 13 in front of the hotel, is a place the loud vehicles sport their exhaust.

Check in was horrible. After waiting 15 minutes behind a difficult person checking in I was finally checked in. The clerk told me to scan my card again because the transaction didn’t go through; I told her it was showing “APPROVED “ on the screen. She told me it didn’t go through. I have been waiting since Wednesday for the credit to go back on my credit card, The clerk didn’t even know how to do a credit to my credit card for the double payment. She told me to come back down to the desk in 30 minutes and she would tell me what happened. I was not given a receipt to prove the credit was given back on my card. I had to insist on a receipt showing proof of the credit,

Service desk was empty most of the time. No one answers the desk phone even during checkin time. I asked for a quiet room and get one with people being loud and possibly smoking weed as the smell was in my room at the door area. Had to buy aur freshener for the two nights.

The manager was so rude. There was no one at the front desk when we got there. We waited as a line formed. When she arrived, we were not greeted. Than she asked for an ID we handed her a card and a military ID. SHE asked for a license..we said no problem. So she gives us a room 109.. i said we dont want a 1st floor room..she says its not the 1st floor... Really . Ok so maybe there floors are different . We go to the room ....1st floor...bars on the windows..weird smell ...NO THANK YOU! I was there for an event now I am going to be late. We went back to the front desk. We need our money back please. I will never stay at any of there locations again! In this day, when people are trying to save money . Kindness is so valuable.

Room was clean, but a little outdated. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, like a broken piece of trim in the restroom. It didn’t affect anything, just didn’t look nice. Service was amazing! Mr. Pat was so sweet in the mornings and quick to freshen the room and provide clean towels. Front desk was also friendly.

We stayed at this property for the Dover Nascar Race. The location was great very close to track. There was a lot of restaurants nearby. 7/11 next to hotel in walki g distance. The staff was very courteous room was large and comfortable . There was a continental breakfast each morning. We have already booked our trip for next year back here .

it is safe, clean, frtiendly staff, usually the lowest cost rooms in the area. rooms are big, have fridge and microwave, nice tv , beds are confortable breakfast very basic, fruit, yogurt, cereal juice coffee. i would stay there again

I liked that the 7-11 was super convenient. The breakfast was ok. They need to add begals to the menu but other than that it was good. The coffee was good also. If you just need a quick easy and cheaper hotel, this one works!

I had a cracked bathroom sink, loose bathroom fittings. Staff took long before noting these problems after I reported it. Breakfast was minimal. Apple juice was so watered down, it did not need to be served.

The room was clean and satisfactory. The breakfast was of low quality foods, including bread. The coffee was not drinkable and there was no butter for toast. It was noisy as I was on the first floor facing the road but there were also people making noise in the hallway until about midnight.

The staff was friendly, but the property is definitely not managed well We saw a cockroach in the bathroom And bathroom is very small, the place had a weird smell and the pillows were terribly uncomfortable!!
