Thanks to other reviews, we gave this Red Roof Inn a try, and we're glad we did. Conveniently located to I-75, but quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Mattress eas a little hard for me. The water in the pool was very cold, but good for kids. Lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. We skipped the continental breakfast and went down the street to Huddle House.

It was a nice hotel. It served our purpose well stopping half way on our drive home from our vacation. It was very dog friendly. It had lots of grassy areas to walk your dog/dogs.

AVOID We had the misfortune of being stuck at this awful place for a week. Staff was absolutely horrible. They treated us awful. The staff was rude from our very first encounter. We had a grocery order delivered and the hateful woman watched us the whole time with her arms crossed as we carried it down the hall to our room. She was clearly angry about it for some reason. We soon found out why they were acting so weird. They have a roach problem and she (the desk clerk) was living in the room right next to ours. We kept our room spotless and took out our own garbage our whole stay. We saw a few roaches every day, and one day specifically after housekeeping had came, I grabbed a fresh washcloth and there was a roach inside. This tells me the issue isn't isolated, as in, they're obviously in the housekeeping room too. The pool is cold. If you look back at reviews as far as 2023 (as far as I went back to see), plenty of people have mentioned the pool heater hasn't been working. They obviously aren't concerned about fixing it if it's been years, but they still advertise an indoor pool. Not to mention it's absolutely filthy. Dirt settled all over the pool floor tells me it isn't being filtered either and hasn't in years. This place has no concern for the safety or health of their guests. Every single encounter with the staff was awful. I was afraid to ask for a single roll of toilet paper. Noisy. You can hear everything in every room and the hotel is 118ft from I75.

Only one glitch to check-in: signs posted all over lobby and elevator that the pool remains closed due to unforeseen weather conditions. When I asked what kind of weather would close an indoor pool, I was told it happened over the December holidays with -45temps destroying the water system. Strange how nothing was mentioned on the website, nor with the telephone conversation I had with the front desk 2 weeks before I booked this motel -- very disappointing. The last time we stayed here there was no hot water available throughout the entire place -- once again a broken water main -- but we weren't told when we checked in. We didn't find out until we tried to shower before going out in the evening -- very disappointing. It doesn't seem like they have reliable water source with the on-going issues. Bed was comfortable but pillows hard and flat. Choose a quiet room at the front of the building (superior room charge is needed for these rooms) to avoid traffic noise. Light breakfast available in morning but no protein offered (not even cream cheese for the bagels). At 6:15 the juice machine wasn't working. I had to find someone to get them to open it up and fix it. Had problems with the internet on our mobile devices -- hard to get in, and several times kicked us out after using it for an hour -- had to re-sign in. Friendly staff and clean conditions. Really doubt if we will return when travelling through this area next year. Love nearby Gondola Restaurant though!

Breakfast is very basic. We were told they have no proteins (no meats, only carbs) only gravy, waffles and cereal. Shower head only on one setting (jet). I chose the hotel because I wanted a pool and it showed that they had an indoor. Unfortunately the water was freezing cold and so was the room that the pool was in.

Clean property and friendly staff. Pool heater was not working or on during our stay so little one was disappointed it was too cold to swim. No coffee pot or hair dryer in room. Breakfast could use some protein like eggs or meat. Very clean and good service especially for the price. Have stayed here twice. Would do again for the price.

Location is very convenient to I-75 and endless shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly with a huge area for pet exercise. Staff is amazingly attentive and pleasant to work with. Hotel is recently remodeled and rooms are large, clean and in great working order.

We stopped here for a quick overnight to get some rest. The staff are friendly and kind. The room was clean, except for the stained floor of the bathtub and what I think was likely cleaner residue on the floor of the bathroom area that was a bit tacky on our shoes. That meant we did not walk on the floor without shoes. Other than that, the beds were fine, breakfast was quaint and adequate.

The property was pretty clean up-to-date unfortunately the bathroom tile floor was kind of busted. Not just missing grout, but like the sub flooring underneath was weak, and when you stepped on the tiles, they moved and had huge gaps.

I’m not sure why this hotel gets good reviews. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, there was no hot water in the shower and the shower pressure was a trickle. One of our towels had a stain on it and there was a lipstick stain on the bedspread. It was gross.

Oh man. I really didn’t want to leave a bad review for this place. The staff was really friendly, BUT there were loud barking dogs next to us at 11 at night. I talked to the staff and they were friendly and encouraged us that once we stopped moving around the dogs would stop barking so much (which they did). We found German roaches in our room, told they staff and they didn’t offer any type of comp on the room. I found one in my hair once I left. So gross. To top it off, I left my purse behind, very kind staff member offered to ship it to me which I really appreciated, BUT they took cash out of my purse to pay for it without talking to me about it first. After the roach issue, I felt like paying to send my purse was the absolute least they could do. Taking money out without having a discussion about it first really bothered me, especially since they didn’t leave the change. I had 10$ in ones because my daughter had a loose tooth and it left me feeling angry and empty handed. This hotel is definitely overpriced. I would say 90$ would be a stretch. We paid 130$. Never again.

The room at the back facing along I-75 is noisy. You can also hear the people walking above on the second floor. The breakfast is just bare minimum… not even scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is clean. The bedsheets and towels are new. The staffs are very nice.

The Red Roof Inn far exceeded expectations for the price. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was large, in good repair, and very clean. Nothing fancy ie no marble bathroom walls or fancy shower, but again very clean and everything worked as it should. If there is a negative, the a/c unit could be quieter bit it worked perfectly. I will stay there again next trip to Florida.

Andrea at guest checkin is a gem employee. She was so welcoming and friendly. The accommodations were adequate as we were only there for one night passing through. Room could use a TLC update. Overall Good

The hotel is nice, beds are comfy, and staff is friendly. Our only complaints were 1. How thin the walls are. We could jear the people around us having conversations, and the people enjoying the football game next door made it nearly impossible to sleep after our 15 hour drive. And 2 Even though thr room was mostly clean the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a soap scum ring on the bath tub, also little piles of dirt and hair in the corners.

We don’t normally stay at budget hotels, but were drawn to this property by all the good reviews. By and large, they do all the basics very well. It was clean and safe, there were restaurants nearby and the price was right. The bed was quite hard, the pillows flat and the a/c kind of loud. Points off because odd numbered rooms like ours were maybe 60 uninstructed yards from the interstate, making sleeping difficult. We didn’t look at the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

AVOID We had the misfortune of being stuck at this awful place for a week. Staff was absolutely horrible. They treated us awful. The staff was rude from our very first encounter. We had a grocery order delivered and the hateful woman watched us the whole time with her arms crossed as we carried it down the hall to our room. She was clearly angry about it for some reason. We soon found out why they were acting so weird. They have a roach problem and she (the desk clerk) was living in the room right next to ours. We kept our room spotless and took out our own garbage our whole stay. We saw a few roaches every day, and one day specifically after housekeeping had came, I grabbed a fresh washcloth and there was a roach inside. This tells me the issue isn't isolated, as in, they're obviously in the housekeeping room too. The pool is cold. If you look back at reviews as far as 2023 (as far as I went back to see), plenty of people have mentioned the pool heater hasn't been working. They obviously aren't concerned about fixing it if it's been years, but they still advertise an indoor pool. Not to mention it's absolutely filthy. Dirt settled all over the pool floor tells me it isn't being filtered either and hasn't in years. This place has no concern for the safety or health of their guests. Every single encounter with the staff was awful. I was afraid to ask for a single roll of toilet paper. Noisy. You can hear everything in every room and the hotel is 118ft from I75.

Hotel stay was good. Booked and paid through Expedia mid afternoon. Arrived at hotel and there was no record of booking from Expedia. Luckily had text and Email with booking and payment info. Staff took awhile but finally we got our rooms. The Red Roof Inn provided a clean, quiet and restful room for the night. Two actually as we travelled with friends. On the road for twelve hours and almost “no room at the Inn”. Thanks to staff at Red Roof Inn for sorting out the mess. Expedia—- DO BETTER!!!

Excellent every time I stay there, friendly, always clean, consistently. They always remember you and help you any way they can. I love the place and so does my dog. I never have to worry if it’s gonna be clean, if the tv works. It’s just one of those places you can count on every time you stay there.

This was a fine hotel for our brief one-night stay in London. We chose this one based on price and prior reviews. I would definitely stay here again, although I typically stay in higher-tier properties. We really wanted to be in London instead of 20 miles away. My only issues were the woman at the desk for check-in, while not rude or anything, was just pretty curt and not very welcoming. Also, we found a hair on the bathroom floor mat. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

We don’t normally stay at budget hotels, but were drawn to this property by all the good reviews. By and large, they do all the basics very well. It was clean and safe, there were restaurants nearby and the price was right. The bed was quite hard, the pillows flat and the a/c kind of loud. Points off because odd numbered rooms like ours were maybe 60 uninstructed yards from the interstate, making sleeping difficult. We didn’t look at the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Location is very convenient to I-75 and endless shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly with a huge area for pet exercise. Staff is amazingly attentive and pleasant to work with. Hotel is recently remodeled and rooms are large, clean and in great working order.

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was fantastic. Only downside is that it is right next to the interstate so if your room is in the backside of the hotel it is a very noisey when you are trying to sleep.

Breakfast fair. Biscuits extremely dry and cold. Saw mill gravy lukewarm. Maybe provide yogurt and Hard boiled eggs instead of biscuits and gravy. Belgium waffles were good and fresh fruit.

The hotel is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly room was sufficient. The beds probably need updating they’re a little lumpy. The breakfast was very minimal. The only hot option was biscuits and gravy, which you had to microwave your biscuit, which makes the biscuit real kind of rubbery. But there were waffles if you wanted waffles.

The worst hotel we stayed. First, it’s false advertising regarding pets. It said cats and dogs allowed and not stating there’s a fee for the second pet but when we checked in, there’s a fee for the second pet. Second, our room smells like old carpet and it stinks. It is run down. And the breakfast is minimal option. Third and the worst of all, we asked for 30 mins late checked out and they said no. So we hurriedly pack our things and get ready. Then the owners, cleaning lady came knocking on our door at exactly 11 am saying it’s check out time. So rude! We traveled a lot and this is the worst experience we ever had! I highly don’t recommend this hotel!
