Pool out of order and hot tub was green

Property advertsed hot tub and heated pool. It had neither as pool was empty and under repair and the hot tub did not work. Since the human amenities were not functioning, staff were hosting stray cats in this area. Kibble food dish greeted you when entering the pool area (I have photos) and the aroma of cat piss graced the air inside. How nice....yuck. management would not offer a discount for these deficiencies, they just said "oh, we\'re so sorry" Truth there is yes, it wss a very sorry facility - stay elsewhere.

We checked in for a 3 day stay. And was immediately realizing that we had got a not so great property. The staff was nice but unhelpful to all questions and requests that were given. Unfortunately they only have two outside floors with no elevator. The stairs are metal and far apart which made it hard for children to walk up. We left our trash outside our room every morning. Just to find it still there so we ourselves discarded it. Upon asking for fresh towels the worker went to the pool and grabbed pool towels for us. Which was odd. Overall it was a place to lay your head but not for anything more. The vending machine only took coins. And no coin laundry on site.

The unique thing about this hotel was the pool. Was indoor/outdoor. You swam through a wall for the outdoor portion. The hit tub wasn't working while we were there, but you could still sit in the hot water. When you book through orbitz though, it confuses the front desk and they may try and make ya pay for rhe room again. But just ahow them your receipt. There is a 100 dollar deposit. You get it back the day you checkout though as long as theres no damages and nothing is missing. Was a very relaxing stay though

TV didn't work so they moved us into another room. Comfy bed but the hair dryer didn't work. Pool was nice but the jacuzzi was cold. Maybe they shut it down for the summer.

The property was dirty pool was not clear. Hot tub broken, front lobby no a/c, front desk worker sitting in lounge feet up. Watching tv. Door to bathroom didnt shut.

The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not working.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The hottub didnt work either time. This time i even called a head to ask if hotub was working. I was told yes however when i checked in i was told the water was hot but the jets didnt work. So the hotub didnt work after all. The room i stayed in 208 the air conditioner did not cool veey well the door was very hard to open and close. I will not be staying here again

Nice hotel. Good value for $ spent. Easy access, secure room, good neighborhood. Very quiet, got a good night sleep. Heat worked well, nice shower, good free hot breakfast. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, only negative thing I could say is that it's not connected to the building the rooms are in so you have to go outside to get to it, a heated connecting hallway would be a nice addition.Highly recommended, AAA+

Dirty pool no hot tub no Ice an tv don’t work

The toilet was disgusting. It appears to have a lot of new paint and a beautiful new bath tub, but the lampshades looked damaged. If you want to update and look better, don’t skimp. Lobby restroom should have a new ceiling. Looks like a child painted it. Just a bit disappointing, for a quality inn.

Just an overall gross experience....the lobby had no a/c...the front desk lady was nice but said it has been that way thru last summer...our room was worse..a/c wasnt on initially and mind u this is July..thats not the grand finale...blood stained matress, wish i could post the pics, room 223...and then the other one was just filthy....the best part about it is the refund refusal bc of their unsatisfactory facility...smh lesson learned and be warned. AVOID

This property was nothing like it was described as. The bathroom had black mold all over it. The breakfast was just cereal, coffee was nasty. The room was not very clean at all. All in general horrible place, checked out a day early because it was so bad.

This place is a dive , room was filthy, the bathroom was a mess looking like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, the beds were full of lumps , the pool had algae in the bottom the hot tub didn’t work no jets and was ice cold and scum was everywhere! We asked for clean towels and was denied clean towels so I had to Expedia to resolve this issue along with many other issues I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again for any reason!!! Also they don’t have handicap rooms or elevators so definitely don’t want to stay if you have disabilities because they have nothing to help assist you with them ! Horrible property

Worn out dump plain out nasty. Blood was on the mattress protector. Led in bathroom hum so bad a elongated toilet seat on a round toilet...etc etc. My worst stay ever on hotel.com be warned its a dump. Wont let me add pictures go figure

Clean rooms

This place should be demolishd. The place is absolutely disgusting. From the bugs at the check in desk, to the ants in our room, the OLD !!! Cobwebs in the room. Every metal surface in our room was rusty. The lights werent plugged in. We had to move furniture and crawl around in the dirt to plug them in. The filters in the A/C unit hadnt been cleaned in years. Had to clean them myself in the tub, and rub them with a dryer sheet to get the musty smell out if the room. No batteries in the remote which was covered in battery acid. 2 trips outside to go to the desk to get a remote that worked. Advertised buffet breakfast but it was continental. Cereal dispensers didnt even have knobs on them, "just use the communal plastic cup" that sat on the counter to scoop cereal out of the top of the dispenser. Pool was absolutely filthy. If i had a pet, i wouldnt have even left it swim in it. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel, and the guest next door stood in his doorway and smoked, and dropped his butts next to the A/C unit for our room which pulled the cigarette smoke into our room. We have been on the road for 2 weeks, from Pa to Wyoming, and back. This is the absolute worst hotel ever. It remindes me of a 1960s roadside motel. Inside and out. Never again will i stay in a Quality Inn.

Cleanliness of the rooms. Walls and floors were filthy.

The room was very nice. The bathroom was quite large and handicapped accessible. The only problem I had was with the TV. It took me awhile to even get it to come on, and I had to ask staff to get it to change channels.

Desperately needs upgrade, lamps are gummy with oils and rusting out, coffee pot missing a part causing half the water to be sprayed over the counter and at 8:30 complimentary breakfast was practically nonexistent. TV remote needed new batteries, at least that is what I thought made the tv nonresponsive. Bed was comfortable.

Nice place with very comfortable beds.

Noisy from the hwy

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The hottub didnt work either time. This time i even called a head to ask if hotub was working. Motel was pretty tired. Some maintenance issues (leaky showerhead). Road noise from the highway was VERY apparent. Breakfast was not worthwhile at all. Staff was exceptionally nice.

I just needed a place to rest my eyes because I was doing an 18 hr drive home from a family vacation and the tv cable wasn’t working and the door didn’t lock with our key card ! So I locked it by hand and put the chair in front of the door so I could get a few hours of sleep before I got back on the road

Room 213 needs massive help in the bathroom. Toilet seat had cigarette burns and the whole door jam was falling off. Toilet was loose from the floor and ran constantly. Could only get to flush everyone in a while. Let staff know at checkout as they were very nice and said it was like that for a while….. so fix it.

At check, I stood waiting while 2 staff members worked on a computer. I didn't expect IMMEDIATE attention, but they could have acknowledged me with a "hello-be right with you". Room was OK-bathroom was a bit less than clean, sloppy painting. When we returned to our room at 10p.m. after a long day out, our key would not work. I had to go to down to front desk.....there was NO staff! I waited almost 15 minutes-after I walked all around the property to try to find someone. Another guest who wanted to check in finally found a woman. I told her the key wouldn;t work-she said "how many nights are you staying?" We had booked for 2 nights. She did something with the key & handed it back to me with not even a "sorry",. At check-out the next morning (10 a.m.) again there was no one at the front desk! I had to go searching again & finally found a women doing laundry. Hot tub was not working! A very disappointing place to stay!

The staff are super nice and helpful.

Check in person was rude and sounded angry that I booked through a third party. She said I had to give her $100 cash or I could use a credit card. Then she didn’t return my card to me. Thankfully a friend brought it to me after they checked in. There was no way to know what channels were on the tv except to go through each one and it was very slow to respond. Watched my phone instead.

Our rooms did not get cleaned the whole time we stayed there From a Sunday night till Friday morning. I had to ask for towels & wash rags every night.

Staff was great. Super helpful and friendly.

I arranged my stay in advance and online. The clerk checking me in did not know how to handle my reservation in their computer system and it took 35-40 minutes for her to check me in. Another gentleman whom walked in off the street with no reservation was checked in and in his room in 5 minutes. Very frustrating. Probably won’t stay at this property again.

Nice staff!

Check in process was long even with having already made a reservation. The lady at the front desk was kind but very disheveled looking. She never informed me of the deposit policy but based on the sloppy hand written note on the counter, I assumed it was 100.00. The area seems scratchy, at best. The check out process was worse, the girl was sitting on the couch drinking coffee. Whe. Asked bout the “deposit” she was not sure if it was a hold or a charge or when it would be credited back. Telling me over and over, “I don’t know I haven’t been here very long”. It took 10 min to check out and give me two receipts for the two rooms I reserved. The room was clean but we couldn’t use the a/c because of a constant loud clicking noise from the register.

We ride side by sides and the hotel easily accommodated our trailer. The bed was comfy, the air was cold, and the water stayed hot. The blow dryer and a lamp didn’t work but no biggie. They don’t clean your room unless you ask or until you leave.

They charge a $100 deposit to your card that is not mentioned online. The sign in the lobby said this deposit was only collected for locals. We are from 4 hours away and we were still charged the deposit. We had 2 rooms and they charged this for each room.

The facility is in a lovely, elevated wooded area. Very easy access to I-75. The breakfast area and pool are very nice amenities. Room was very clean, and a short, covered walk to the lobby.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, nice area.

Easy on and off to I-75 ... literally minutes!!! Close to gas and food ... Clean room with plenty of space. Very happy we stopped!!

Pool area is very nice, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was very nice, the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, not much to offer in that aspect and what was there was gone within an hour of start of breakfast times.

The room was not handicap accessible like promised. The room was dirty. The breakfast was not diabetic friendly no protein or fruit served.

Wish we could have stayed more than one night, will definitely be back. Clean room & common areas. **Hot breakfast**. Loved the decor of lobby, common areas, and room. Nice modern look. A/C worked great, actually got as cold as we like it, which is rare. Shower was nice with adjustable pressure, refreshing. Nice, attentive staff when we needed them, but didn't disturb us otherwise, which was much appreciated, as we were very tired. Staff works very hard doing multiple roles, hopefully they are paid accordingly. One person seems to be doing the job of several employees. Hot Tub does not work and may not be replaced/repaired. But pool area is nice. We enjoyed that the indoor and outdoor pools are connected and also clean. That was super fun for my daughter. Overall great place to stay at very reasonable price. London is a nice town, glad we stayed while visiting friends!!

Never again, Staff ignore customers at the counter when they are doing their thing, shift change or conversations between each other. They should place the customer first , then take care of what they need to do. Breakfast consist of toast, muffin or waffle. Over charged for stay in the end, because they said they didn’t have the room that was reserved. Sign to get to the property hard to see from the main road.

The hotel was old and is showing its age. Hot water tap in shower/tub was very difficult regulate. breakfast was very limited
