Comfort Inn MSP Airport - Mall of America

Staff was great and helpful. Pool was closed during our stay so cannot rate that but one of the two elevators was broken and stuck on our floor and the alarm for it would randomly go off. Room cleanliness was iffy. Crumbs on the bed when I peeled back the covers and I’m praying it was dried glue on the bathroom door handle 😳. AC was not working in our room either. The courtyard, however, was a great outdoor space and the sitting areas under the lights were a relaxing way to end the night.

The property seemed to be undergoing some sort of renovation in our hallway. The hot water didn't always work in the room. The biggest issue was the shuttle. They overbooked it to take people to the airport and when we arrived after a long delay on our flight, we could see on the app that our shuttle driver just drove circles for twenty minutes or so before finally showing up just before 2 AM. It's not a place I'll stay when I have to come back.

The room was clean. The hallway smelled fresh. The woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. My husband enjoyed the breakfast (waffles).

Breakfast was very good. Staff is amazing
