Very friendly and welcome hotel to have a short or longer stay. Love that staff remembers you from day to day. Also that the same staff we keep seeing every year. The front office tries to really think with you in what you needs. And gives services with a smile!

The hotel is very nice and i have stayed many times but this time was surprised and somewhat let down by being charged for 2 extra coffee pods....that sort of pettiness would make me look at alternatives

Room was nice and fairly tidy. The lady at check in was very nice. On our last night the man at the front desk asked me and my 2 friends (who had each booked a room) if we were staying in the hotel. When we said we were he asked in an accusatory way if we can all show him out keys. He waited while we each had to dig through our bags to find our individual keys. It seemed a bit unnecessary and as soon as we provided the keys he went over the top trying to be friendly as if he had realized his mistake. Overall decent hotel but that left a bad taste.
