They had the Valentine’s event at the rooftop bar close to my room, so too noisy due to loud music and cleanup activities during night. I wasn’t able to sleep well. Finally I complained that situation to hotel staff and was offered the new room. That was bad experience

I stayed a total of 23 days & I definitely had a wonderful stay! Anjoe, Kim, Sweet, Duane, Philip were the best people! Very knowledgeable, accommodating, & made my stay even more memorable &,comfortable. Housekeeping in my floor headed by Gina were excellent! The guards & all the staff are just doing their jobs! I will surely go back there & will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends here & abroad! Thank you Marriott Fairfield Mandaue!
